Burger King in Doncaster

Our sandwiches were sat on the side unwrapped for a while for some reason so when we got them they were barely warm. Fries were undercooked Bought cheese loaded fries, what a load of rubbish, cheap horrible cheese sauce literally squirted over Won't be going again !!!

Just ordered a double whopper and cheese bacon chips. I ordered delivery. I live 10 minutes walk away. Food got . All of it was totally ice cold. Never even been cooked for hours. Was not even warm... totally disgusting

its new and tucked away behind a larger building on waste ground, so hardly anyone in, to be honest. been past lots of time since it opened and there haerdly been more than 2 cars there.

As what you'd expect. Food is always fresh whenever I've been in. Seems rather slim on staff sometimes so there can be a small wait if you want to use the tills rather than the sometimes convoluted self service kiosk. Use the Burger King app to get some decent money off.

Service and food was good, but a dinner time visit, the place was dead.

Great service and a fresh tasting Chicken Royale 🤠😁🤠 You can see into the kitchen area and it was extremely clean 🫧 Order on the large screens or at the till. Staff and service was really good and the meal was pukka 🤩 Thanks 👍

Very well looked after restaurant. A little quiet (maybe could have done with some music on) but the food was hot and the service was friendly.

Tables not been cleaned .toilets not been cleaned .bins in car park full and blowing over car park took a while to cook burger that was ok but chips cold .

Food was just warm really . Coke zero had run out so had to have diet coke which tasted awful. Reminded me of a service station pit stop type of place . All in all was pretty rubbish

Came for lunch today with a work colleague and unfortunately not a good experience. To say that there were only the 2 of us in the resturant probably should have told us what we needed to know. We both ordered the bacon double cheese xl meals at just under 10 pounds each and both were shocking. Cold, slimy and fatty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I came here today at 10pm. Tom the manager told me they should close earlier because they are short staffed. I'm really sorry but I just came here and spent 30 min just to get here and no chance to get to an other Burger king tonight. How I know the law they are not allowed to do this.

Worst burger i have had in a long time, to say it was freshly cooked it was luke warm at best avoid this burger king at all cost.

Genuinely the most depressing meal I've ever had and was shocked to be charged airport prices - abysmal, food prepped without gloves, kid looked like he’d rather be anywhere but working there

Other day i was being served by a lad named Josh, he was very respectful and food was lovely too. Will be returning

I was expecting good things for a modern branch. Toilets still out of order, despite there being an image on here from 11 months ago with the same sign. Quite overpriced, food nothing special. The restaurant was spotless which was nice to see! Everything including the tables was clean and polished, unlike the other local branches. There was 3 staff members. One man was stood out in the bin area staring and laughing at me whilst I was waiting to order, a young girl made my first order and came to serve me on the counter so I could order something else. Then the third came and thanked me as I received my order. The chilli cheese bites were very good quality of food and I was very impressed. I was expecting better with the Oreo Fusion. All in all, a decent experience, better than other stores I’ve been to!

Went on 27/11/22 at around 5 pm staff not friendly at all and very rude was waiting 10 mins for one meal even though I was the only one in there. When I arrived home I phoned up to ask about my order and was very unhelpful to say the least and rude when answering questions. Definitely will not be going to Wheatley hall Road Burger King again.

What looked to be 4 staff working this evening but when we arrived only 1 was about after 5 mins 2 members arrived from outside out the back probably having had a smoke break didn’t notice that they washed their hands before handing the food! Order taken requested no cheese on 1 burger burger gets made and cheese is added had to tell them I requested no cheese so they just pulled it off the burger! 1 further member of staff arrived eating food and took it round where food was being prepared! All in all hygiene needs addressing and food allergies and intolerances!

Best and freshest burgers and loaded fries. This store puts the ones in Sheffield to shame. Top quality. I'd give it 6☆'s if I could 👏👏👏

Empty store, Walked in store, every member of staff on phone,not very happy I disturbed them was feeling I got, one young lass, begrudgingly got up and served me. No drinks machine, handed a small bottle of coke with order, told me been waiting for a drinks machine for over a year! Toilets out of order, was same for past 6 months according to other reviews. Plus sides, relatively clean store.. Food OK. And the young girl serving interacted nice with my young lad.

Racist Manager's and discriminative conduct of members of staff towards foreign individuals.

Menu has drinks that they don’t even serve there. Young girl serving looked like she needed a good wash and coming to work with a love bite on your neck is disgusting! Why she wasn’t sent home is beyond me, it wasn’t a great look for the whole place. Also manager got his phone out to use calculator to check that I’d been charged extra for the drink they don’t actually have. 🙄 it was £1.40 and it was really poor customer service. Food was good, shame though as I won’t be returning because of the staff.

absolutely fabulous.. a place where the burger actually resembles the advert! put together with care. Yes expensive but you get what you pay for. only gripe the app doesnt work for collection at this venue otherwise it was a 5* experience

The staff that were working tonight don’t seem very happy about the job the have everytime a order came through , they wouldn’t stop complaining that had to make it. Preparing orders with no gloves !!! Tomato lettuce you name it with no gloves what so ever! Not acceptable now a days !

Food was prepared with no gloves on 🤢didn’t see the man preparing food sanitizer his hands between preparing meals 🤢 handled the burger and salad completely glove free and no tongs were used ? asked why he didn’t have any gloves on and was told ‘we don’t have to anymore” needless to say my burger went straight in the bin!! Had the fries as they was scooped in to a bag and drink was bottled.. not going to trust just anyone to handle food. Needs addressing!. Will not use again!!

Ok places our order watched staff prepare meal, no hand covering, touching their hair, face watched them touch the chicken with hands , pick apart cheese with nails, ok just 2 young kids maybe they don’t know any better. Order went right in the bin. I will never go back. Oh and never got part off the order (chilli bites missing) not matter they would have been binned.

Bottle coke self ensembley burger large frys that look like half portion. There more chips on Assistant manager shoulder then in bag. And nearly £11.00

XL Bacon double cheeseburger.....what else do you need in your life. Service isn't rapid but the food doesn't look like its been in a cement mixer like from McDonald's 👍

Jay was really helpful. Cleanest burger king I've been in and the best service I've received by far. Probably the warmest welcome I've got in a fast food restaurant. Lot of credit needs to go to Jay.

Nice snap as far as burger king goes. Long wait even though nobody else was in the restaurant and the order was partially wrong. But it was quickly rectified.

Very quiet, didn't realise it was even here. Burger was full of mayo and not very warm. Chips were nice, pop in bottle...no cup or ice. Not very impressed!

How can you get an order for two burgers and two Fries wrong, I live a two minute drive fro the drive Through , which by the way isn’t a drive through, But by the time I got home the burgers although Nice we’re barely warm and a portion of fries were Missing

Great food 🤢, they even add their own ingredients. Today I got home and find a long brown hair in my XL Bacon Burger. 🤮🤮🤮 Oh and don’t forget the warm bottle of coke. (Fridge is empty….the place is a work in progress the manager said) it’s been open 3 months!!!!

App said it was closed 🤔 No drive thru No online ordering Toilets out of order Couldn't order on screens Had order mumbled to me through mask rather than being given a receipt with it on Given bottles of drink, not even in the cups with ice or whatever Thankfully the food was the one good thing about it
