the pizza doesn't cook thoroughly this dough not cheese

chicken tikka pizza not cook good. It seems to me that the interior is not well done. And the sauces are raw inside, I don't like it.

Disgusting behaviour I've experienced from the staff rude and very disrespectful unprofessional twice I have abused by the evening staff who work thier the tall skinny kid when he sees me Always smirking finding it funny , the fat girl who thinks she's geordie loool bad attitude problem the little short guy who looks like a an troll who's got a bigmouth doesn like me the old guy running his mouth to much speaking in his own language, I've have made a pervious complaint to the manager he said he was gonna sort it second time this has happened the mix wrap was burnt and ruined deliberately by the skinny kid not happy they should be shut down avoid avoid avoid if you want to get abused shame thier Muslims to may Allah forgive them

Food was absolutely beautiful😍 kebab, chips, stuffed crust bolognese pizza & garlic, first time I've had it from there & wasn't sure incase it wasn't nice but other reviews reassured me, so pleased I ordered, Honestly couldn't fault any of it at all, really enjoyed it, one of the best takeaways I've had, thankyou very much

The most boring and bland pizza on the planet. Yes its cheap, but the price is reflective of the product. Bought a large bolognaise pizza and it was like cardboard. Barely any tomato sauce on it. Vile

Good came freezing cold and only live round corner,when rang got a load of cheek like I was trying to steal food or get free food,avoid at all cost

Waited ages, struggled to get through on the phone (they just kept hanging up) and then when i did get through they say ‘yes we actually cancelled the order’ but i was not notified about this

i placed an order via ubereats after i finished work… however the restaurant cancelled my order… i wasnt too bothered they cancelled it, however i woke up to an email from ubereats to say i need to pay for the food as i cancelled it? However the restaurant cancelled my order not myself. Contacted ubereats and they have resolved this issue as they can see that it was the restaurant cancelled my order and not me.

Foul food poor customer service received food then found 2 hairs on it rang them saying you have to bring the whole pizza back when we threw it away really bad health and safety

I never do reviews but this place deserves one. firstly.. the service was second to none. Collected my order for the first time from this place. Lovely friendly guys, order was ready perfectly on time and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the pizza! Really nice dough and base. Best I've tried in a while. Cooked spot on. Definitely recommend the benwell spicy chicken pizza if you like spicy food. I don't live in the area, I was just passing but would travel back just for that pizza again!

Ordered Donner kebab with salad, The meat was tasteless, Chicken Parmo, it was tough as old boots and burnt, the chips were not great, peperoni pizza was ok loads of cheese on top of the peperoni which spoilt it ,, had better at other places tried and won’t go back

I order from this takeaway almost every weekend. In any weather conditions they always manage to get here, one driver in particular is so lovely, very chatty and always either on time or early. Couldn’t recommend this service more!

Waited 2 hours from order to receive the pizza to find out it’s not even the pizza I ordered and it’s stone cold! Waste of time and money

Good service friendly staff always say hello to me and ask how I am. If your nice their nice. Have great deals too. I get my 2 children a 8" margarita pizza with chips and can of pop for just £3.

Hemos tenido unos llevar desde aquí ya vinieron a comer solo en nuestra zona. Es verdaderamente el mejor pan de queso ajo que he tenido. La geordie pizza no era de mi gusto, pero mi compañero le encanta. El kebab envuelve son para morirse!

Delivered 40 minutes late, driver didn't have a clue where he was going, kept ringing, 1 minute saying he was walking, then driving. He said he was late because the roads were 'too dangerous' for him. Ordered a pizza with meatballs, chicken and pepperoni, however was delivered a meatball, pepper and onion pizza when I do not like peppers. When we rang to ask how long the delivery would be as it was late, we were just told that it had left the place and would be approximately 10 minutes when in fact it took another 25 minutes.

The food here is of a good quality for a good price. Usually I collect my order and it's speedy but when I ordered the food came over 40 minutes later than specified. When I rang the takeaway they could not give me a specific delivery time. Would not recommend for delivery.

This is the second time in a row that the pizza has turned up cold, we were hoping the first time was just a one off. Unsure whether we'll order from here again as although the taste is great, I don't really want to have to be heating up the food I have delivered from a place 10 minutes away that takes an hour and a half to arrive.

food was late and stuff was missing so when they eventually came back with the rest the other food was cold , no extras as an apology

Food was ordered for 9.05 came at 8.20 asked them to take it back as myu partner wasnt going to be home until 9 hence the 9.05 order. delivery driver shouted at me then slammed the gate wakimg both my children. rang up and spoke to a lovely women . Then when my food was delivered at 9.20 its was burnt and freezing rang and asked for a new order to be sent out & a refund after all the complications and horrid food. I order from here all the time (nearly 3years) and never had a problem. I have a 6am start so not even enough time to order from somewhere else. absolutely discusted with this...

The food was nice, I use this takeaway regularly so was disappointed that the delivery was almost half hour late, when I called I was told the delivery had just left the shop 4 minutes ago and would be with me in 2-3 minutes, the delivery was only five minutes after my call but the food was cold on arrival :(

Pizzas are OK. Burgers nice but expensive considering chips aren't included. Chicken strips are horrible have a really weird taste to them.

The food is absolutely beautiful and nothing was forgotten from the order, however we did have some complications with the delivery. After waiting almost an hour we rang and they apologised sincerely and offered a free pizza. Kebab was very very greasy and chips were dry and the Pizzas looked like those cheap frozen ones with a little extra thrown on top. Very dissapointed with the whole order and will not be re'ordering from Star pizza (Benwell. Adelaide Terrace) ever again and i gave the delivery driver an extra few quid as a tip lol. Will order from elsewhere in the future. Top points JUST EAT on your app it made easy work on ordering food

Longest I've ever had to wait for a pizza to be delivered! I didn't even get what i ordered on both items ordered- both cheaper items which im not happy about. Salad came in a tub which appeared to of been made up days ago as it had sweated down. Very disappointed, the last time I order from here
