My first night/ time in Thetford, working on a refurbishment in a local hotel. Found this place on JustEat, a very nice kebab indeed !! I’ll be having a few more while I’m here.

The lamb was inedible and cold even my cat couldn’t chew it the pitta bread was stale not be using this again . But lettuce was plentiful

Never had a bad experience in the 20+ years I've been going to star ok! The guys always make me feel welcome! Can't say enough nice things about the place!

First time of trying this place and definitely not the last. Ordered online, it was all ready in time. Correct order entirely, superb quality. Gorgeous chips, great kebabs, lovely pizza and a fine cheeseburger. We would thoroughly recommend it.

To be honest over priced standard kebab shop, nothing special about this place. 12 quid for a donner or anything else for that matter is ridiculous and my work pays for my food. But you begrudge paying 4 it. Rip off!

Ordered an extra large kebab and was very disappointed with the size of it considering it cost £16!

We ordered online. The lamb kebab and the Adana Halep were amazing!! We used the spice on the halep on everything else we had ordered (cheese fries on pita, humus, etc.)!! The portions were very generous and all tasted great. Having lived in Turkey for a bit, this filled a huge craving for Turkish food. Going again in the near future!

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and got mushrooms and green peppers on the top but that wasn’t on the description. We also had hard bits which we believe may be olive pips which could have broken a tooth. Normally order and the pizzas are amazing but got let down this time

All the food was dry, and because the food was delivered so early they cheese on my chips wasn’t at all melted so I had to melt it myself

Only place on Thetford that does chicken donner meat , I mean I rate there chicken donner and chips and you can’t get it anywhere else , I can not comment on any other dish

If you like this kind of food, you have to try Special OK mixed kebab. This is my favourite there.

Fantastic kebabs, fresh salads , good chips. Honestly best kebabs we've had in years. Spend most of our time in Cyprus and Turkey and they cannot match out marinated shish, salads and chilli sauce... the ready to go on grill fridge says it all. 2 large shish (1 chicken 1 lamb) 2 large chips was too much for 3 big eaters.... honest fab.

I’d accidentally forgotten to change my delivery address back from my parent's address! But after a couple of calls from the delivery lady, she brought us our pizzas still piping hot & very tasty. Well done Just eat lady!

Ordered a Lamb Ishlik, was £14 so was expecting good things, however, it was less than average. The sauce lacked flavour and depth, was very watery and had chunky bits of Celery in the sauce which was very strange! The quality of the lamb wasn’t very good either, very chewy and fatty, needed trimming better or to cook with better cuts of meat. We also ordered the mixed special kebab, again the quality of meat could be better. For £30+ for 2 kebabs you would expect them to be amazing. Overall, unfortunately it was not good for the price.

Really disappointing. Chips soaked, and apparently all salad means just onions and red cabbage, and missing cheese . Bottle of drink warmer than room temperature, impossible to drink , not even a bit cool , not saying cold

Usually very good but this time my Kabab was almost cold.

Was missing cheese on our chips and not a big deal this was after a missing order last time. Food is still lovely and rally enjoyed my dinner but just a little thing missed after last time just put a bit of a downer on my dinner.

Unfortunately they got all sauces and salads mixed up. As we collected we just made do but my husband hates chilli's and I love the chilli sauce so this didn't go down to well

Never ever go to this place!! Rude horrible nasty people ! Stunk from minute I walked in there, he was shaving the kebab meat while his belly was hanging out really put me off but was so hungry as nothing to eat round here!. I felt trapped! Stay clear of OK kebab house!!! £7.50 for a tray of kebab n chicken felt like it weighed 100g !!!

Your website is easy to use. I was a bit annoyed at first as I thought it was going to be difficult first time and I could'nt find a phone number to call my order in. I was pleased to find I was wrong.

I normally go star ok a fair bit, same order and I get it how I ask for it, I done what I would normally and added to note to the chef, my food came wrong so I simply asked for it to be done correctly got told over and over again they don’t pack things separately, I have the same thing every time and I have it packed separately as I don’t like sauce over my meats or the water dripping from the salad onto my chips, I’ve never had an issue guess coz it’s a Sunday they couldn’t be bothered and that says it all really.

The only kebab takeaway I use in town and have done for many years. Although I’m not someone who orders takeaways on a regular basis, I have never found fault with Star Ok. The food is always of high quality and delicious, and the staff are so friendly too.

Everything tasted perfect the chips still had a crunch, the burger was delicious. The only thing I’d I had to was the doner was a bit greasy.

On this occasion the chicken for my Donna kebab was awful it was burnt and barly even chicken meat not happy

Me and my partner ordered a takeaway yesterday evening one doner wrap and a special ok mixed kebab we have both now got food poisoning and star ok was the only food we both had yesterday very disappointing as I’ve eaten here many times with no issues and for spending close to £30 on food this is the last thing we excepted won’t be ordering again

Love the Kebabs.The Lamb kebabs are great with lovely tender lean non grizzly cuts of lamb.the service is very good.if you can’t make a change online to your order just give the restaurant a quick call after you’ve put in your order and they willingly change it to how you would like it.
