Broom Hall Country Hotel in Breckland

Just had a superb lunch at Broom Hall. We were met by Melissa lovely smile and very friendly. Food was excellent . Looked and tasted wonderful beautifully presented and excellent value for money. To top it all we overlooked and later sat in lovely gardens very peaceful setting .

Attended a works meal and disco. Had a great time. An extra member of bar staff would have been a great addition.

Very nice hotel with lovely and friendly staff. A bit understaffed for dinner as clearing was a bit slow and only came for drinks orders once but honestly they were very nice and helpful and the food was delicious. We had xmas dinner which was nice and breakfast was lovely and quick and a good selection. Rooms were comfortable, warm and clean. Parking was easy. Great. Dog friendly but didn’t smell. I don’t like dogs but they didn’t bother me.

Stayed for a Wake that was held there. Lovely service and even get welcomed by the hotel dog!

Always a pleasure to visit broom hall whether for business or pleasure, to stay or just to eat you always get a warm welcome and great service. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s dog friendly with large spacious rooms and the food is great quality and reasonably priced.

My family and I attended Broom Hall Country Hotel last month for a special birthday meal. We found the staff were very accommodating leading up to and on the day, by letting us create our own 3 course meal options for the guests, helping us decorate the room prior to arriving and by bringing out the food swiftly. The service was great and food very tasty. Thank you to everyone at Broom Hall Country Hotel for giving our family a meal to remember.

Another fabulous afternoon tea at Broom Hall. Service is amazing. Gardens are beautiful although due to weather unable to walk round them this time. Upon leaving asked about the Friday burger night they hold. Will definitely be booking that to try. Thank you

We have stayed with yourselves on numerous occasions and have always found the hotel to be friendly. I have also enjoyed high tea which was outstanding and well presented with a variety of home made cakes and savoury treats. Therefore we were really looking forward to our visit , but unfortunately the high tea we were served with today was certainly lacking in variety, not presented well and very disappointing! Having looked at posts of recent high teas served, what was provided today was certainly not what was expected and definitely not worth the money. I never post about my experiences but just felt it was important to let you know - maybe it was a lack of staff or just a bad day but unfortunately this customer has been left feeling very disappointed!

Great place, great hospitality, bar and landlord, food very good too.... Worth a stay if your in the area.... Dog friendly.

I highly recommend Broom Hall Country Hotel, their Afternoon Tea was absolutely lush! The sandwiches were very fresh, the scones were served warm & the homemade cakes were delicious! 😍👌🏻❤️

Went there for Friday night burger deal wasn't disappointed at all great burger, great service, and lovely place and setting. Will definitely be returning.

We decided to go away last minute, and found this lovely place ourselves. Booking direct was the same price as the online companies. We were well looked after by the owners and staff. Everyone was very friendly and very pleasant. Our room was in the Courtyard. All very clean and decorated nicely, as described on the website. The evening menu was varied and was really lovely, as was the breakfasts. Evening meal is not available on Sundays. However, the owners were more than happy to let you use the dining room to eat your takeaway. Beautiful grounds too. ,Not forgetting, Buddy, the dog, gorgeous. Would revisit again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A fantastic independent hotel offering a 'boutique country house' experience. The service, atmosphere and standard of the premise far exceeded expectations - the team went beyond the call of duty and provided a very warm experience throughout. Perfect for a relaxing holiday or for business trips. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

A last minute booking but wow; what a hidden gem of a place. Will definitely be returning. A warm welcome by owners (and dog). Extremely comfortable, modern room with exquisite decor, reflected throughout the whole hotel. Evening meal and breakfast offered an extensive selection which was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.
