A must try fish and chips shop. They also do great kababs,always visit here when we're camping near by.

Speedy service, excellent food, will go again.

Fresh fish and hot chips. What more can I ask for? I think it’s fair to say the prices are fairly priced and the service quality is great. Recently discovered Rumbles Fish Bar and they haven’t doubted me since. Thanks 👍🏻

Staying locally....popped in on a Saturday evening, and there was a nice buzz about the place...busy but not rammed. Whilst they didn't have plaice (ran out) the cod was fantastic. Huge portion size of both fish and the chips. Special mention for the chicken shish wrap that was tasty and again massive. Servers were both friendly and helpful. Wish we lived closer to be regular customers. Keep up the good work.

Wow I'm so impressed with this chip shop! They've improved on every level over the last 6 months or so going from good to great! The food is always fresh, tasty and well cooked. Good sized portions too! I can see why they were named in the best 10 of norfolk and I will definitely be a regular!

Our kebab was absolutely disgusting the chips were like eating mouthfuls of oil. Very disappointed as I’ve never had this experience with them before now, I think it was near to closing time 8:30pm it was busy no excuses for ruining a what is normally an excellent meal.

Been in a few times, and always very welcoming and nothing is any trouble. Food is top notch and exactly what you need. Couldn't rate it more highly, keep it up guys

We got a takeaway on a Saturday night and all of the food was great. We had the 3 chicken shish, a lamb doner and some chips The chicken was delicious and a great flavour. My husband devoured the lamb, so that must have been good. There are loads of options so that's why we always come here for our takeaway treat. We drive about 15 mins away and it was hot and what's really good is that all the elements are sperate, the sauce and the salad. I like this as the salad doesn't go all limp! The order was over £40 so we got a free portion of rice and a bottle of any pop we wanted, brilliant! Polite service and will definitely be back!

I'm here for the weekend. I asked for a little chilli sauce. As you can see,my kebab is smothered in it. I only tavel 6mins from the shop. My meat was just about warm,. Chips warm, not hot. Totally disappointed. Extremely over priced for the poor quality of food.

Just had two kababs which was tiny it's more like a snack than a meal charging 9£ a kabab and end up with something so small and chicken over cook chips were hard so having to cook pizza for the kids shocking for what you get and the price you pay

A big thank you to all the guys at Rumbles. I can't say enough about this little gem. Great value, fantastic food, and first-class service. We have been using Rumbles for our go place for lunch and have never had a bad meal. Highly recommended, and we'll be sad that we're moving onto another site. Support these guys and use them. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered a kabab with rice was really nice and wouldn't have thought to try it with rice worth it and would recommend it to anyone.

Best chips kebabs best everything 5 star

Absolutely awful service items missing and then the manager is rude and sarcastic down the phone. My daughter who as additional needs enjoys the independents of going in to pay and collect we have to ring the order through in advice and check the price. They tell us to collect in 25mins so head down 25 minutes later for my daughter to only have to wait for another 25 mins for the food to be cook not only that they added additional 5.00 to the price given over the phone. My daughter wouldn't of questioned this she no sense in money but to not only that she gets home to find she has no sausages to go with her chips being autistic caused unnecessary stress and the manager laughed at my husband down the phone and refused to send us 2 sausages. We shall never be using this chipshop again. Utterly disappointed.

Friendly staff and huge, reasonably priced portions. We stopped here on a bike ride whilst staying nearby and so were in need of sustenance. We visited at about half 12, so it had just opened and there was a steady stream of locals (always a good sign). We ordered a kids meal, pie and chips, sausage and chips, and a doner kebab. All were really good quality and the portions were huge. It is not often that I can’t finish what I have ordered! Whilst waiting, we had a lively chat with the guy behind the counter. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

I've been ordering fish & chips from here for ages & whether in person or by phone, the food quality & freshness, hygiene standards, polite & friendly customer service...are all always incredible here. Portions are great value, prices are reasonable. Best fish & chips in the area!!

The food is good but the service is awful even if you order simple food it's takes at least 20 minutes to get what you order I complained about this tonight and the manager who has no understanding of how to work a chip shop effectively banned me the bloke has no clue it isn't rocket science on how to work a chip shop but he doesn't have a clue the previous guy but this bloke is not up to the job

Our residents at the local care home enjoy the fish and chips and absolutely love them. They are always cooked fresh and taste delicious. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond when we make a really big order last minute. Throughly recommend.

This place was our saviour when staying at a nearby campsite with no onsite food! Happy to find very fresh fish and chips, reasonably priced, tasty and lots of other options too, including children's meals so all sorted! :)

Quick service, food was hot but didn’t enjoy the fish and chips we had - was absolutely dripping in grease yet somehow dry! Will try again and hope for some improvement :)

Seems very busy little shop but with very limited parking access, the fish and chips are very tasty and freshly cooked.

Have eaten from Rumbles in my village in Cambridgeshire so was hoping the fish and chips were the same. I wasn’t disappointed. Absolutely delicious. Fish cooked to perfection, white and so fresh, the batter melted in your mouth and wasn’t greasy. The chips were to die for, best fish and chips Iv had for awhile. Of course I can’t just pop back, but the guys and girls running this fish and chip shop are a credit to East Harling

Improved the ordering, but the service is focused on one person and everything has to wait for them. More importantly the kebab side of the business has dropped through the floor. Poor quality lamb and dried out donner meat. Cannot recommend going here anymore

Went in on a saturday and they were heavin! We ordered for 10 people and everyone was pleased, all staff had gloves and the fish was fresh inside the boxes. definitely coming again.

Excellent food. Large cod cooked fresh to order, genuine cod fillet, delicious batter, hot, large portion as requested. Chips hot cooked in clean oil. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended this takeaway. Very impressed, clean conditions, value for money.😊👌😉

March 2022-went recently and it’s changed hands and sorry to say it’s gone downhill , the shop is dirty staff don’t wear gloves they are very miserable and 2 -3hrs after a kebab which was dry and tasteless my guts were on fire along with my ring piece . Won’t be going back there again ever. Think a call to the food hygiene people are on the cards when I’m able.

Very nice fish n chips/ kebab place. I've only tried the fish and chips as it was highly recommend by my hotel (the Elm). The fish was large, tasty and boneless with the chips being a good portion as well. Unfortunately I couldn't finish all the chips and felt like they could be slightly improved somehow but still delicious all round, especially the fish. Price was fair at 9 pound for fish, chips and can of coke (can being 1 pound which is fairly decent), slight wait for the fish but this is fair enough due to the general popularity of cod.

Don't know why but went back after a bad meal and wasn't disappointed, the staff seem to consider you a pain in the neck for been there It's the first time the order was right but very disappointing all round, very dry meat as tho it had been sat for ages waiting to be sold If this place was a restaurant l would have refused to pay the bill in full but because its a takeaway you don't know until you get the food home

Excellent got there just before it got busy ,I have to say be warned parking is a nightmare as the chip shop is literally just round a Sharpe bend ,however the chips definitely make-up for that .

[CHEWING GUM IN FOOD] We’ve been going here for years so I wouldn’t write a bad review for the sake of it, however, this evening we had ordered two Lamb kebabs and salad and once driving back home we discovered a chewed up piece of gum which was wrapped up in plastic thrown into the salad. This was utterly disgusting and so disappointing, given that we’ve been going there for so long. I’d strongly advise NOT ordering from here as the staff don’t seem to have a problem with spitting chewing gum in your food ! The worst part is that I can’t rate them lower than 1 star which is an awful shame. We won’t be back.

Been visiting these lovely people for a number of years! In our experience it’s always reliably good food with fast and friendly service. Varied menu including great quality fried chicken (no grey meat here!), decent kebabs and the burgers and fish are always good too! Never had a poor meal. Sad we’re moving further away from the best local chippy we’ve ever had!!
