the plain chicken on the pizza was instead donner chicken. it was grisly so i had to spit out 3 times within 3 slices- then i had to be cautious as i ate each slice. it was also drier than should be, (tuna and chicken.) Another member of the household decided they were not going ro eat it. we may have been put off pizza for a while! probably what happens when i leave it late to order.

Best service in the area, been going here 3yrs and always get the absolute best. Chatty servers who always make us feel welcome, and the food is everything you want from a late night takeaway. Lovely lads, 10/10.

1hr and 36 mins to deliver, chips were soggy and stone cold so was the lamb donner and burger, I normally stick to my usual Turkish for good reason as u can see what happens when u want to try something different, learnt my lesson never again will I order from this place

Rumbaba was half dry...considering that it's literally a syrup sponge,that's saying something...kebab meat smelt off...paid for halep...got doner in a tray with a bit of chilli sauce...definitely not ordering from here again.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this kebab shop. I went in to buy a doner kebab, and when I requested one freshly cut, the chef outright refused. Another chef overheard and decided to make one on the spot. While waiting, the first chef started arguing about the quality of the kebab in the pot. When I inquired about the temperature of the pot, he lost his temper, screamed, and swore at me. Things escalated quickly when he stormed into the kitchen, screaming and swearing even louder. Eventually, other staff members had to intervene to calm him down. It was a terrifying situation, with a total of five people trying to manage the outburst. The chef's behavior was so erratic that he even attempted to start a fight with me when I tried to leave. I feared for my safety as he continued to swear and scream. Later, I was informed by other staff members that he has mental health issues. Despite the chaos, I decided to wait for my order to avoid causing further trouble. Although they offered a discount, I declined and paid the full amount. However, the stress and trauma from the incident lingered long after I left the shop. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering visiting this establishment, especially if the mentally unstable chef is still employed

Kebab was delicious, my only issue was too much garlic sauce covering the kebab it would have been nice to come separately..

Döner portion was so small it’s as if they ran out of meat or couldn’t bother putting the meat into the bread

Donner Kebab was awful.Had that gritty meat , pale looking Donner.Was over 30 mins late . Had to call twice to be told it's on its way. 30 mins later it arrived , I live 5/10 mins away in a car so moped should of been here quicker, so when I called and they say it was on the way it had not even been prepared. First and last time ordering from here.

I got 2 meat and chips with my cousin and both of us got diarrhea the next day we didn't eat anything else before that so it has to be this, ordered from this place many times didn't have that problem but this time I did and I will definitely not order again I think we got food poisoned I am still in pain after 2 days

The food was ok. The chicken looked kind of weird though, was kind of grey looking. Not sure how I felt about it. The delivery guy also buzzed and claimed the gate wouldn’t open but I think he just couldn’t be bothered to come up lol

Massive shame. Tried on a recommendation. Ruined because of basic mistakes. Pizza tasted nice but was cold. I don't know how cold it left the shop bu the box felt cold to the touch. Pizza felt just above room temp. Doner tasted nice but was cold. Opted for no salad as didn't want to make the meat cold. Ironic that huh. maybe offer or send the salad seperate because it's likely warning up the doner meat. Prices were reasonable but I don't dig cold food. Lastly the order was not marked delivered for like an hour so I couldn't report or interact with the complaint part of the app right away. Seems sus

Tried this place for the first time last night and had a really tasty felafel wrap 😋 It wasn’t immediately obvious to me on the menu on the wall (it is there!) so I’m glad I asked if they did one. All ingredients great and fresh - houmous, felafel, salad, plus the wrap itself. Good sized portion, reasonable price and the guys were really friendly in there too. Sometimes I’m disappointed with wraps in kebab shops as they taste of meat if they’ve been cooked on the same griddle but this wasn’t the case here 🙌 Would definitely go back.

I being ordering from here for years. The quality and quantity is good but I tend not to get live updates of the delivery so next thing you know they are already at your door while on the app there is no indication they are on their way.

I often buy from this restaurant and I was usually happy. But today the food was stale, unfresh and the meat smells bad. It was terrible and I played quite a bit for food that is such poor quality

Awful food was so late i ended up contacting jis eat. When it did turn up 40min late food was cold. Chips were rock hard even hurt my tooth on a chikn nugget lucky i checkd as its not suitable for kids. Chips were old jus reheated in grease ended up binning . Doner wrap had soakd thru the wrap and fell apart . Disaster. I wont buy from again
