Stamford Kebab & Pizza House in South Kesteven

Had a delivery from this takeaway..they super quick..meal hot and plentiful..we are at yarwell so very pleased all round.

Ordered a large lamb shish kebab. Food arrived cold, and the bag it was in was soaked. Very rude Delivery driver called me, frustrated and annoyed after he was trying to deliver to the wrong house. Would avoid, and order from anywhere else in stamford.

We get a kebab box for 2-3 people are there was enough for 3. Hot and tasty.

Order was late but mistake was fully admitted and rectified straight away, never usually an issue and credit to Stanford delight for rectifying issue so quickly, tasty as usual

We ordered a 2-3 people mixed kebab platter last and was so impressed with it. It would easily feed 3-4 in my opinion, was piping hot when it arrived, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more!

We order on JustEat and the food is excellent, and delivery staff very polite. Excellent.

Really generous portion sizes and delicious food. They don't skimp on the sauce or cheese either, will definitely order again if I'm ever in the area!

Fantastic food, however, all of a sudden they stopped delivering, on Justeat it's advertised as minimum order of £15 but now has increased to £30, It would have been nice to know of such a high increase in advance so I don't try and order. ☹

At least 15 minutes early and super hot, fantastic! Also their chilli sauce is the best, tastes like homemade, everything was lovely, sadly, I think they've now stopped delivering to our village 😥

I think Stamford Delight is the best kebab and pizza house in Stamford. Used them for a few years and the food has always been great. The staff are really friendly and it’s clear to see how much passion they have for giving you great food and ensuring you return time after time.

Food was cold when it arrived (late) we had to reheat our food. Not what you want to do when you get a takeaway as completely defeats the point of one. Food tasted nice once it was reheated. Was also late and the people on the end of the phone weren’t the friendliest and somehow really struggled to find our house when it’s clear on google maps once typed in - it takes you straight to our door.

Food was not in the best condition. Arrived relatively cold and packaging wet. Feeling awful today with stomach ache!

Food was stone cold, pizza was very salty and the wrap had that many raw onions in.... Won't bother again.

This was honestly the most greasy bland pizza I have ever had, and I eat a lot of pizza. The chicken wings were pink and gave my friend food poisoning plus the chips were like cardboard and the dipping sauce was genuinely disgusting. No clue how anyone has enjoyed a meal from here, you are all clearly Deranged. Treat your body right don't eat here.

Food was 10/10. Delivery was quicker than expected especially for a Saturday night! Portions were so good and food was so fresh and flavoursome. Also, we were sorted out with some free garlic bread which was nice of them to do that. Would definitely recommend and try again

Food was very tasty but a little cold, possibly because a little too much mayo was added.

Said it was out for delivery 10 mins before ot should have and 2 mins later they knocked on my door absolutely stunning pizzas and at really good prices

First time ordering, and the food was delicious. A little late, meaning the chips were cold, but everything else was really tasty. I'm definitely ordering again. I live in a village, so this is definitely my go-to takeaway. The cheeseburger with bacon and a slice of pineapple I ordered was mouthwatering!!

The food was dry didn’t look fresh at all! Which is a shame because I did like it here at Stamford delight but they have no care for food. The chicken looked 3-4 days old re heated ! Pizza looked like it was cooked before hand and left to go cold the warmed up to sell for quickness ! Nearly £30 worth chips were cold! Terrible

Ordered cheesy chips with my kebab. Chips weren't very nice and were very soggy. Kebab was good

I have been using Stamford Kebab House since 2019. Being honest, which is what I am, they had a slight dip for me, last year for a few months. Prior, after, and since they are brilliant, and actually as this year goes on, even better. Service whether online, on the phone or the random late nights I need food, I have always gone there. Service, price, FOOD, always GUUUD! Having a laugh is FREE! Recommend this place 🤙

For 4 years it has been my family's monthly treat. I have tried most of the menu and used it for work event. Always amazing food and polite staff The kebab special is amazing and our go to, best take out in the area Worst I have had is a 30 miniute late delivery due to traffic

Food came early and was hot . Chips great but the chicken pieces and wings were obviously from yesterday and had been refried! They were rock hard dry and inedible! Really disappointing as I’d been told that they were one of the best takeaways in Stamford. Never again… I’ll stick to the chippy. 😧

they are very lucky to get a star, poor food , rude driver, he thought it would be very nice to short change my partner when I called them and explained, he replied it was nothing to do with him talk to the driver, if this is the way paying customers are treated, then everyone should give them a wide birth and stay well away, rudest take away ever.

Been using these guys a while. Its always exceptional. And you always get a load of lovely fresh salad. Delivery guys always friendly aswell. 10 out of 10

Fabulous food and great delivery service always on time sometimes early as well which is great. Food is always to a great standard.

Great pizza. Driver had trouble finding our Air BnB, so called and kept going til he found our cottage. Really appreciate it and sorry for the confusion!

Very accommodating for 15 people Hen party. We ordered in advance and it came on time. I did call to confirm and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pizzas are lovely!! Delivery driver was lovely too!

Food really great, forgot the Pitta for the Humous though, everything else was great.

Order was delivered cold, as if it had been in a fridge. This order cost £52 and £45 of this was food that went in the bin. I called Stamford Delight to complain. Just eat have only added £14.53 to my account. I will not be using the service of Just eat or Stamford delight again. This is a shame as I am a regular customer with stamford delight and they usually are really good. Very disappointing and upsetting experience from both Just eat and Stamford delight.

Missing items and the base was burnt on the pizza’s normally a 5star hope it was down to being busy and a one off

Delivered a lot quicker than the expected time give, but update was sent on order and on arrival as I have ordered for my partner it came handy but the delivery driver rang to inform me that he arrived at the request address. Overall good experience

Waited for more than an hour and foods that were delivered are incorrect.

Food really let, restaurant were rude when I called to try and find out where it was, refused to contact the driver and even put the phone down on me…….shame as the kebab was great when it finally arrived. Would have been even better if it was hot.

So I ordered tonight after ordering from here before and the food being rather nice now I respect that they are busy. But we ordered for 2 people only a little pizza and a burger meal the burger meal chips were soggy and not nice atall and the pizza I specifically telephoned due to no options to take any ingredients off the pizza. I'm allergic to mushroom but their bbq base pizza has mushrooms I asked specifically for no mushroom after waiting an hour for our food it turned up with mushrooms on and telephoned them again to be offered a free meal next time while I now have to go hungry because I can't eat my mushroom pizza I don't want a free meal to have my pizza rectified so I don't go hungry would have been great

One of the pizza were over spicy and could not eat it and the wedges were not nice and could not eat them

Stamford delight have been our go to Friday night takeaway!! We are still waiting for a time when we say “it wasn’t the greatest this time” but that’s never happened, they are consistent and their wings and margarita pizza are to die for!! Really pleased, we did have to wait almost 2 hours for a delivery once but it was still well worth it! Great choice of food and every single thing is of good quality!

Best kebab I've had around Stamford Value for money always alot of meat and salad and the two guys in there always smiling pop in and see for yourself some time
