Stagolee's Hot Chicken & Liquor Joint in Hammersmith and Fulham

Absolute travesty this place closed down. Went there a few years ago- both in the restaurant and deliveroo. Quality was brilliant, better food of that US style than I’ve had anywhere including in America. Owner is a very nice bloke also, interesting talking to him. Really hope they come back!!

Such a sad day! Stagolees closed down. If you hadn’t been, this was such a great unique spot in a london. Hopefully, they sort this out and start someplace again.

Dropped by on Saturday for the first time and was delighted! I've not had better home cooked southern food anywhere else. Ever. A MUST visit for any true foodie. If you're feeling home sick or want to experience fantastic soul food give this place a try. Ask Jordon (one of the owners) how they make the sauce and if you're lucky, he'll help you decide which desert to try too! Happy Eating! A.

Una fiesta para Stagolees acogido mi esposa y yo, que era fantástica. Servicio absolutamente encantadora, un ambiente divertido, pero sobre todo la comida era sensacional. La sartén de pollo era simplemente alucinantes como el mac y queso y las hamburguesas. Primera clase, auténtica cocina sureña. Pronto volveremos para la cena.

The place is lovely, brunch is great and really cheap! Portions are huuuuuge - My humble advice is to reduce them because it was a waste of food (at least in my case). Good coffe. Customer service could be better, but the girl behind the bar is super nice!!! :) In the picture: pancakes and waffled French toast with fried chicken
