Order said Delivered when it wasn't. Delivery took 40 minutes despite the shop only being 5 minutes up the road. Food was cold.

Food was nice as usual. There was no Dr Pepper can that I ordered with one of the meals.

It was really busy but they still delivered on time and the quality is always amazing!

Advertised as 35-50 mins. Rang them at 60 mins. Said its on way 5 mins. Rang them 90 mins said its 5 mins again. More than 90 mins for delivery. Shouldn’t advertise shorter deliveries i wouldn't have ordered otherwise.

Dident even get chance to order food they refused to take the order over the phone and wanted us to order on just eat and may I add the price Is increased on there we wanted to pay cash but they refused again and there poor excuse was the drivers are busy! Not even tried the food and I won't be since there customer service is shocking!

Said it was delivered at 5:55 but wasnt, rang restsurant they didnt answer so contacted through justeat and theh delivered at 6:15

The delivery man was nice, the food was tasty and good quality. I ordered first time and it was above my expectations. Will definitely order again

Smashed burger meal was horrendous, cold and soggy. 1 smash patty in a burger bun for £7.50. Need to re look at the prices and quality of the burger.

Used to be good but it's poor now. I thought it was a one off but last few times there was at least one thing wrong with the food, usually the buns are soggy and the chips are cold, that kind of thing. Shame that.

Customer service is not good i have order more than 30mins I have been waiting asked staff on till want to speak manager first he said ok I will let them know than after 5 mins I asked again he said no manager in today what a Bullshit is this order on 27 September

Staffing Shortages, wrong order give to myself Where do I start I was given an incorrect order on my last visit to only realise once I got home embarrassing customer service.

No lettuce or sauce in my chicken burger. Quality is getting worse everytime I order... Taste was 100% better when they just opened, now they are not even trying to make food okay to eat...

Never give right order . It happened twice they charge for meal but only give burger in the bag. Sad thing is when u ring them no one answer and leave a message no one reply . Always charge extra but never made order properly. 😒

Smash burger tasted of tcp disinfectant ordered for the family and were supposed to be skin on fries ... we are regular customers too but been a let down now a few times given them the benefit of the doubt

Bad service .staff were moody and seemed like they were being held at gunpoint to work there. The fries were cold . I wouldn't recommend. Just go texas or chocstop and dont waste your time.the toilets looked like they were part of a horror movie

Update on this review I gave a year ago; things are still the same. They haven’t fixed anything :) If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am absolutely disgusted at the shambolic level of service I’ve received COUNTLESS times. Sometimes the delivery order just gets cancelled after waiting hours and sometimes they show up 2 hours later with the food tasting awful. Keep giving them a chance and they keep letting us down. Will not be ordering from here ever again and I advise you all not to order on Uber eats with them as they cancel orders all the time.

The barbecue burger was one of best I had the house was awesome!

Completely different food to what was ordered! Ordered Wings and received chicken burgers, ordered cheese fries & received nothing of the sort. Workers were acting nonchalant as they told us they had switched off the grill before completing the order. All these mistakes whilst we were waiting 40 minutes for our food. Would not recommend at all & the productivity of this business will not allow it to survive any longer.

Ridiculously bad at answering the phone and delivery was late and they sent curly fries instead of skin on fries but won’t answer the bloody phone to rectify it.

The food is unreal but the service is abysmal .. they are always late and barely ever answer the phone. When they do there’s never an apology for being late. They also decide to randomly disconnect the phone if they’re super late as I think they know what’s coming. Great food, Terrible service.

The fried chicken burger was a disappointment today along with its Fries. The burger had Lettuce in it which looked old. The chips used to be skin on Fries but were now just regular chips which were oily and not edible at all. Really disappointed.

Just didn't live up to the reviews, may have just caught them on an off day. Food was fresh, can't fault that. However the burger and spicy strips vere very salty, and lacked actual flavour. Service was pretty slow, didn't really seem interested and wasn't a great experience.

Was really looking forward to eating from here following the TikTok promos and what people had to say. Walked in the place had a good set up however the hygiene was a problem, tables were not clean Scanned the menu and I have to admit for what you get it is very overpriced considering the burgers taste matches UK fried chicken from across the road. The service wasn’t great, the burgers were very bland and cold the curly fries were NOT fresh. Unfortunately this place does not live up to any of the reviews or videos I will not be eating from here again

Ordered curly fries but didn't get them, just got normal fries, ordered one spicy American fries and one not spicy both came spicy.

Cold food, didn’t get the right milkshake. When we phoned them they said they ‘tried’ to phone me 3 times but I didn’t get any missed calls. Disappointed

The food is always top quality here. They didn’t have the wings so called me straight away and offered the more expensive option (lamb chops with rice) which they really didn’t have to do and it was amazing. I’m a fan of Stacked and will be for a long time!

Been coming here for a while and the food always bangs We come all the way from Bradford to try their burgers and loaded fries Definitely the best loaded fries I’ve ever had and always good service with mixing the burgers and adding extra chicken filets

Burger - excellent, hot (both in terms of cooking and spicy :) The fries were crisp and salty and the Dr pepper was ICE COLD - five stars!

The fried chicken is unreal. Always. The peri peri was burnt sadly!

Food from here always is on point. Personal favourite is the combo stack and chicken loaded with curly fries. Staff are friendly and service is 10/10. From my original review above this food place has gone downhill drastically loaded fries always cold portion sizes are gone really small and the burgers never be what I order

Food was delicious and warm. I requested extra toppings - they put it on with no issue. It arrived so fast that I wasn't expecting it.

Meal quite nice, but for some reason doesn't include sauce, even though it was put on the receipt and a meal supposedly inckudes a dip. They wanted to charge an extra pound just for it! Ridiculous.

They have attitude issues. Probably a bunch of kids running the place. Maybe before accusing me of lying about your late delivery, check with your delivery driver first how late the order was delivered. It was 19:15 NOT 18:42, that is 1 hour and 13 mins LATE!!! Can provide video from my doorbell!Get your facts right. Don't bother replying as after seeing your recent reviews it is clear that your shop is in shambles.

Way better then McDonald's overpriced and still feel hungry afterwards, Stacked 100% and you don't feel hungry afterwards definitely worth the money

One of the best smash burgers locally but slightly pricey for a smash burger, still highly recommend.

Only issue I ordered curly fries and straight chips were given.

After hearing good things about this place I thought I'd give it a go. I must admit I was a little underwhelmed, especially considering the prices. I ordered a double stacked burger and the patties in it were the size of the ones you get in a £3.50 meal from other places in Nelson. I would've been happy paying the £7.75 if there was a notable size and quality difference. Unfortunately not in my experience 😒

I order 4 double burger spend £37 on them they send me 1 double 3 single burgers I will never it again

The food is unreal. The smashed Angus burgers are the best in the area as are the peri chicken burgers. When the delivery bags are used, the food arrives hot and are always really good. When they aren’t, the chips are cold and the burgers lukewarm at best. I cannot fault the food. It’s the best in the area. The service lacks a little, no apologies when late or notice they it’s going to be late and the phone number only works half the time so sometimes you’re just waiting in limbo. Don’t get me wrong, a couple of minor points /mostly outstanding!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went to place an order for a milkshake and the worker stated there’s no milkshakes as I see another worker making a milkshake.

Very deceptive as the main seating area and customer counter is on the first floor, quite a unique idea but could be a little off putting when someone walks by. The food was excellent and service was stop on. All in all a great experience. Will definitely be going back.
