Staff are always so lovely and helpful. They go above and beyond to make the experience. Its a nice atmosphere and they offer a good range of options which are suitable for vegetarians. Would recommend if you are in the mood for sweet or savoury or both! They take card and cash, parking is free and they are wheelchair/buggy accessible

Soy profesora en el East End de Glasgow y traje mi clase como regalo para el martes de tortitas y también para vincularme con su aprendizaje en fracciones, etc. El personal era increíble, me permitieron hacer un pedido anticipado y reservaron un gran espacio para 30 de nosotros. Fueron geniales y también muy interactivo con los niños. Quítate el sombrero a los chefs para hacer 30 tortitas para nosotros a la vez. Fue una gran experiencia de aprendizaje!

Visited today as we usually visit the restaurant about twice a month but today pancake day I was told that I couldn’t use a voucher I had been given as a gift and I was told that it was because it’s pancake day and no vouchers or gift cards can be used. Pretty poor show by stack and still by advertising vouchers then saying we can’t use them. But we live and learn and don’t think we will be back to stack and still.

Staff were so friendly & accommodating with my friends and I who had our kids with us made it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience

Pedimos agua para la mesa y nos dieron vasos de plástico (incluso para los adultos) estaban bastante desgastados y los lápices de colores de los niños también se mantuvieron en los mismos vasos de plástico en la mesa. La comida era deliciosa y el servicio excepcional, Jenn era nuestra camarera y ella era tan amable y servicial. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias.

Seguí adelante como lo hago mensualmente con mi hija durante un día, ya que le encanta. Probablemente tenga un precio más alto por lo que obtienes, pero es un placer que le gusta. La comida era bastante decente como siempre, panqueques y coberturas eran agradables. Pagué con tarjeta ya que es todo lo que aceptan, le di una propina en efectivo a la camarera, y seguí mi camino. Al encontrar el billete en mi bolsillo, vi que habían añadido un «cargo por servicio discrecional» del 10 %, que aparte de la letra pequeña en la parte inferior del recibo, nunca se me informó. Muy descarado, creo, quiero decir, ¿qué pagas de todos modos cuando entras? Es una audacia total simplemente agregarlo a la cuenta y esperar que la gente no tenga el cuello de bronce para pedir que se lo quiten, o simplemente no lo note (como lo hice, y de propina de todos modos). Malas tácticas y bajo robo de llaves. Stack n Still es ahora Stack and Binned de aquí en adelante.

Great food and service. Good gluten free and vegan selection with extra care taken from staff to ensure what you are ordering suits your dietary needs. Also dook friendly which is great as we had travelled an hour and a half and the weather was terrible so we wanted somewhere we could sit indoors.

Huge portions for a decent price, lots of different selection, our server was very helpful and flexible and very friendly. Would recommend.

I don't understand how this restaurant justifies their prices. £44 for 2 adults having pancakes and non-alcoholic drinks. No service at all from staff (yet they're charging 10% automatically!) and charging £2.75 for syrup (without telling you there's a charge). Definitely won't be back.

First time here, brother and sister in law took me out for my birthday... My beautiful pancakes came out with a candle! Our waitress was lovely, the place is gorgeous and the coffee (Americano) was perhaps the best I've tried!

Fue interrumpido 4 veces para preguntar si todo estaba bien por la misma camarera, mi nieta de 7 años comentó cuántas veces la señora vino a la mesa, ella vino bk una quinta vez para preguntar si todavía estábamos recogiendo o se podían quitar platos , ella podía ver claramente que los niños todavía estaban comiendo, acabamos de pagar £ 86 factura y dejamos nuestra comida nunca más , qué grosero ! ! Nunca se nos ha hecho sentir tan incómodos en un lugar de comer como en su .

A bit dear for what it is but overall good quality. Really nice pancakes and loads of options. Super yummy and filling every time. Don’t skip on the fries if you need a break from the sweet! They’re crispy and seasoned.

Personal amable. Tortitas recién hechas. El ambiente no es muy agradable, ya que han llenado tantos asientos en el espacio, por lo que es increíblemente ruidoso - un poco más de insonorización haría un largo camino. Visitamos para nuestros hijos 2nd cumpleaños. El lugar es moderno y el personal es lo suficientemente acogedor. La comida es muy cara y promedio en el mejor de los casos. La salchicha Lorne que viene con el desayuno era de goma y no era tan agradable. El personal, sin embargo, era brillante con nuestro pequeño y ayudó a celebrar su cumpleaños, etc. Dudo que volvería a visitar debido al precio y el estándar medio de la comida.

If your looking for great food and service and also allow dogs.. this is the place to come, staff so friendly will go above and beyond for you, they even brought out some finger sausage for our 2 pups, been before and will definitely be back, thank you all for food and your lovely friendly service 😊

Excellent food and great service!

We visited Stack and Still for the first time this week - we were really pleasantly surprised. Great value for money: lots of food for your money. We certainly couldn't eat everything we were served. What really made the visit though was the service. We were served by a waitress called Amy who was quick, kind, attentive, talkative and very welcoming. The service we received was enough to make us want to return; and we definitely will.

Had their famous one, also its halal.

Me apetecía algo un poco diferente para el desayuno, y como Stack and Stil, l Glasgow Fort es realmente local para nosotros pensamos que lo daríamos hace El servicio de principio a fin fue fantástico, nos donde se muestra a nuestra mesa por nuestra camarera Abby se aseguró de que todas nuestras necesidades se satisficieran, Abby estaba muy segura en su papel que nuevo justo cuánto charlar (mi odio a las mascotas es un camarero / camarera demasiado amable) y era muy bueno en la lectura de su público. La comida era increíble yo tenía la pila de superalimentos y mi marido decidió crear su propio dulce En general fue una experiencia muy agradable y sin duda volveré!

Was originally going for the big breakfast, however I'm not a fan of Lorne and the only substitute was a veggie sausage, so went for the salmon & avocado instead. It was unusual, but not bad and was about to recommend the place, however it was followed by 2 negatives. They also serve American style milkshakes, and was looking forward to that, but it turned out so overwhelmingly sweet that it was a complete disappointment. They then added an admittedly optional service charge, to drive home that disappointment. In summary avoid the milkshake, expected the service charge and you might go away less disappointed that I was

Visited today for the first time in a long time and wanted to note how nice our experience was. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Service was excellent and food was lovely too. What a difference from previous visits. Will definitely be back again before the end of the summer holidays.

Had a voucher to use so came along for lunch with my fiancé. We both had a double stack buttermilk pancakes. I definitely underestimated how filling they are and struggled to finish them both. I had chosen strawberries, Nutella and choc chips and my fiancé chose banana, strawberries and white choc sauce. We both also got a scoop of vanilla ice cream which was lovely. The toppings were delicious and very fresh. we thought it was delicious but the pancakes were just so dense that I struggled to eat it all! Would go for a single pancake next time. The staff were attentive and quick to take our order. We attended on a Sunday and was expecting it to be busy but it wasn’t bad at all and got seated straight away. Pretty pricey for what it is, but would be good as a once in a while treat.

Took my family there our pancakes were amazing great choices to choose from grandchildren loved it

Fantastic as always. Staff very accommodating give me kids like to make really awkward orders. Fod excellent and fresh. Have been to another franchise of this chain and this is by far the better one.

A very busy place, friendly efficient staff, great food. I'm not one for pancakes, when mixed with a fried breakfast, I could not resist. My wife had the usual pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Definitely worth a try.

Called in for pancakes and coffee whilst waiting on a bike repair. The three staff members were exceptionally polite and helpful and even had time for a chat. Pancakes and coffee were excellent. A surprisingly pleasant visit. The staff do make the place. I will be back with the family.

Have been a loyal customer here since it opened although today was the first time in a while as this is a treat for us. We were greeted with a grunt from a waiter saying.."card only" , something I don't agree with but we move...the next grunt was something about allergies..showed us to a table..and walked away..asked another server twice for a kids menu..never arrived..4 waiter/waitresses standing at the pass chatting to the cook for 10-15 mins ,messing about with plates.We still have no kids menu or been asked about ordering drinks . There was only our table of 2 and 2 other tables ,both who were eating so they were not in any way busy. So we left..and discovered Heavenly Desserts a few doors down.. which was out of this world and MUCH cheaper. Every cloud has a silver lining!!

Vastly overpriced - poor value. Visited with our granddaughters and paid over £40 for 2 pancakes with a topping on each, 2 kids drinks and a coffee. £3.85 for one glass of irn-bru didn't help. The fact that refills are free is irrelevant, as no one can drink that much irn-bru!!

For what you get it’s really expensive. Kids had fun I thought the food was pretty bad.

Pancakes were cold. The staff served 3 other before us but who had come in after us, not much space for a pram when you have to put up with the person at the next table coughing and sneezing. Probably won't go back again.

Went on a Saturday and the staff were busy which is understandable but 10 mins to get the bill after asking was a bit much. Went yesterday and was much better.

Visited here with my two kids and one of their friends for pancake day. Of course it was busy and initially we had to queue to get in but the staff were on the ball ensuring quick turn over. Got seated order was taken promptly and food arrived a short while later. All delicious we had pancakes and a few sides - loaded fries and chicken tenders - amazing. Fruit was all fresh and sides were piping hot. Only criticism was the wait for our drinks were longer than the food. Excellent value for money and the staff done a fabulous job of keeping everything under control despite how busy the restaurant was.

First visit to S&S. Nice savoury pancakes with BBQ pulled pork. A little expensive for what we got, but would probably return.

If you've never been then you need to try this restaurant. The best pancakes with bacon and maple syrup that I've ever had! Staff are lovely, it's always clean and a lovely atmosphere. There's so much to choose from, they have options for all dietary requirements too.

We had a lovely experience here today, a spontaneous visit. My mum is on constant oxygen for a terminal illiness, she carries her portable oxygen so that she can still get out and about. Unfortunately today due to another extended appointment her battery was running low. I thought I will jump in to see if they have a free table and with a charger point. The lovely girl was very accommadating and went out of her way to get us one (she was the only one on the floor at that time and it was busy enough) meant that my mum could relax and enjoy her time and the food (our first time trying amazing) as could I. People like that make a huge difference to our lives. It was lovely and mum was all charged and ready to go 🙏 we will be back, coffee and tea where great too. We shared as the portion sizes are huge😀

The order came alright but most of the toppings were missing from the food and I was charged for them and did not receive them

The person who created the breakfast stack needs his hand shook and a pint bought for him. It was amazing. My wife got the oreo and banana stack and she said it was delicious 😋 Staff where pleasant and very helpful deffo will be back.

Tiny tables crammed together, they did suggest moving to a booth that was much better. Ordered food, missing items, took a while to find someone to rectify - missing items came quick enough. No spoon for ice-cream, she ate it with a fork (considering the time it took to fix missing items she decided she didn’t want to wait on a spoon - turns out ice cream isn’t good - lots of ice crystals so didn’t eat it anyway - they did take it off the bill). Toilets are absolutely vile - some liquid on the floor, stinks of urine, with a layer of dust on everything - made me concerned about cleanliness of kitchen when it’s obvious toilets aren’t being cleaned properly. I’d went to toilet first so decided not to order / eat anything. Staff are lovely.

Having loved going to other pancakes places we were incredibly disappointed in our visit to Stack and still. Wasn’t too busy so surprised at the very slow service. Food quality was poor and the pancakes themselves were all cold, I don’t believe these are cooked to order at all. Having ordered 3 breakfast with pancakes we were asked if we wanted maple syrup then was charged individually for the syrup on the bill (£7.50!!!!). This isn’t made clear when being asked and how ridiculous.Drinks all served in small plastic cups and at £3.50 each for poor quality orange juice this again felt disproportionate. I would absolutely avoid this chain for looking for authentic pancakes and particularly at the cost.

The food is good. A wide range of savoury and sweet combinations or make your own. Service is fine but marked down for service charge...all they do is seat you and bring food to your table. You do all the ordering on an app. I like the option to give a tip when I think it is well deserved and dont appreciate them adding a set amount (it was 5 people...not a large party of people)

The service was outstanding. I received some bad news just as the food arrived and without making a fuss the staff noticed and moved us to a more private table away from the main crowd and gave us some space. The food was really good and its a great place for coeliac friendly gluten free food.

They changed the menu, which unfortunately isnt for good. Additionally, despite of the changes of the menu, the ingredients are not the same quality as for the old menu. It’s a shame cause we really liked the place

A waste of calories and money. Only option was to order and pay via stack n still's app. For this privilege we were charged a £5 service charge!!!! Pancakes were luke warm (seems like they were not cooked to order). Drinks given in plastic cups with no straws - felt a bit like prison! Very expensive for what it is.

Asked for several items to be removed from my order on the notes as i am allergic. Panackes arrived with everything on it i asked to be removed. Notes were completely ignored. Call the Shop spoke to David who was not interested and told me they dont cater for allergies and its the just eat drivers fault. Even though its the cheifs issue for not reading the notes. David really needs some training on customer service instead of trying to rectify the issue and instead wanted to blame every one else.

Food was terrible not even picture worthy. Girl serving with tattoos and the manager deserve to be working somewhere with food to match the service. Couldn’t have been any nicer or more patient!

Deadly quiet yet service pretty slow, tables and crockery not particularly clean. Toilets were dirty too. And £60 for 3 people to have a couple of pancakes with meagre amounts of yoghurt and fruit so you're dying of thirst is a rip off. Drinks in cheap plastic cups too! Don't plan on visiting again.

Nice wee desert place. Very filling, so whilst it maybe appears expensive I can certainly say it is value for money in terms of overall quality and portion sizes. Bottomless soft drinks too. They also offer savoury options, which I shall be trying next time.

First and last visit. Tables so squashed together you couldn’t have a private conversation. Luke warm pancakes, cold fatty bacon (perhaps my fault I hadn’t realised it was streaky bacon) and I can only assume ‘maple flavoured’ syrup as it certainly wasn’t true maple syrup. At £18 odds for pancakes and a cup of tea - daylight robbery and absolutely not worth it.

Absolute fantastic service. We stopped in early today. The server took us to a table explained how to order on the app told us our table number. Fantastic start. 5 minutes later again asked if we were okay and if we needed help. The food came same time as the drinks. Excellent. The server again made sure everything was okay. I've not had service like this for a while. My experience was actually so good that I went back and told the manager. Will definitely be returning and telling friends to try it

My first time in stack and still ever today. We didn't wait long to be seated. The server explained how to order where to find out table number etc. The app was easy to use. Food and drinks were served within 10mins. We both fully enjoyed our choices. Everything was fresh. The pancakes where nice and fluffy. We will definitely be back. Everyone was so pleasant and smiling. 10/10 for food and service.

Pancakes with a 2.50 charge for syrup. No butter, no tomato sauce, plastic cups and scant service. Just not good enough.

We were asked to order via the app even though the place was very quiet, the ordering process was very frustrating and with two kids in tow we decided to just leave as no one had approached us to ask if we needed help.

Driver kept getting further away when out for delivery so our time kept getting pushed back. Then when we got our order it was all cold.

There's so many combinations of meals here. But, whichever you pick, the ingredients are fresh and the combinations are delicious. And they always seem to recruit great staff across all their restaurants.

Food is always outstanding, staff is briliant, and they don't flinch if you ask for Glutenfree Pancakes (taste same as normal pancakes). Price is affordable, and you get a good portion.

The staff are polite and friendly. Observed them being very helpful too to a member of the public. The pancakes are delicious, very well presented and filling. They cater for special food requirements. Have protein pancakes and vegan ones too. Child friendly.

I had the double stack toffee apple with coconut ice cream, which was delicious and filling. Quite expensive, so would go for a treat, never mind the thousand of calories in it!!!!!

Overpriced, nice pancakes but everything else in the breakfast stack was terrible and for service you're asked to use an app. A second kids orange juice was £3.50!

Staff were lovely but not a fan off the pancakes, had the gluten free ones and they had a strong baking powder or soda taste
