Arian Express in Glasgow City

Food is normally good but staff don’t listen, I ordered a kebab with garlic sauce and a hoagie wrap with garlic and was given chilli on both.

Has went down hill. You get less food than a year ago but the prices have went up

So disappointed been regular customer for years but last few times food been bad greasy kebabs vegetarian pizza was more like cheese pizza had next to no sweetcorn or peppers just loads of mushrooms and just tasted like plain cheese pizza not happy shame they need to stop putting different ppl all time at front they dint know what they doing hope they pick there self's up or I'm going else wear.

Went from being a big fan first time around to never using the place again. Over 1 hour 30 min for a short drive? Far too slow for a Wednesday night.

Best chicken tikka pizza ever. Everything else is awesome.

The pizza and chips are amazing, it's my favorite takeaway shop and I can get enough food for me and my sister with leftovers for out budget. 10/10 would recommend!

I like arians pizza, kebabs, pakora but I'm sorry that lamb rogan josh wasn't a rogan josh and more like just base gravy used in authentic curries. It's the worst curry I've ever had if I'm Honest so won't be touching the curries again (I make better myself following Als Kitchen curries on YouTube) . Very stingey with the lamb aswell , very small bits . Pizza great as per but curries 🤮

I ordered two kebabs. The guy doesn't want to listen so I got two wrong orders. Shame. I asked twice if he understood what I want he shouted at me yes. Poor I'll never come back.

Decent little takeaway, I found this by accident one night as it was the only place open late on, I'm glad I did. Not my go to takeaway but certainly worth using.

just got a kingsize mixed kebab, smallest I've ever seen, 3 pieces of small chicken, 3 pieces of lamb and roughly, and about half small donner kebab, will never be back to the shop, plenty of better places

Kiedyś dawno kupowałam tam chicken doner kebab pyszny. Dziś Myślałam że tego nie przełknę wstałam Surowe mięso nie zrobione pełno skór połowę tego wyrzuciłam mam nadzieję że następnym razem będzie lepszy i że nie będą czymś takim nas karmić dziś był obrzydliwy

Previous takeaways have been delicious but sadly tonight’s was disappointing. Tea Time Special for 1: spiced onions & pakora were nice but Lamb Bhoona was not, it contained 4 tiny pieces of lamb & sauce was running off the plate, it was so watery, Bhoona should be thick !!! Also sauce was not delivered with Pizza Re: ur reply, “garlic sauce” was ordered with pizza but was not delivered

Food was delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. Totally recommend. The big boy burger was awesome and the sauce provided as curry sauce was exceptional

Low quality food. Ordered curry, pakora and 2 pizzas. Very disgusting in all. Have had food previously, it has gone downhill rapidly. ‘Chapati’ was a from a multipack of tortilla wraps. Not a chapati! Do not recommend.

I really enjoyed the pizza. Nevertheless, the stuff is so friendly and the atmosphere reached the standard. Carry on.

Normally I would recommend this place but unfortunately I got a tandoori mixed grill last night and I'm still chewing the lamb just now so I will go in tomorrow with my complaint and c how that goes

Used to be great but chips were like skinny oven chips half cooked and cheese was tasteless pakora sauce was slimey and pale vegetable pakora was just onions no other vegetables in it food has went downhill

Terrible. Got my order wrong. Over charged for what I ordered. No refund or return offered. Pakora itself is rubbish. Sweaty and dirty smelling. Fryer is clearly dirty. Will never use them again. Avoid

Phoned an order for delivery. Waited an hour for it to arrive. When it finally got here half the order was missing. Called the restaurant only for someone to hang up without saying anything. Called straight back for someone to shout at me "it's on it's way" as soon as they answered. I explained what was missing and was told it'll be with you in 5 minutes. 15 mins later I had to call back to find out where the rest of the order was only to be shouted at again "I'm waiting on a driver coming back". I was then told it'll be with me soon. 10 minutes later, 85 mins after I placed the order it finally turned up. Cold with watery sauce. Oh yeah, and the tasty addition of cigarette packing wrapper in with my meal. Safe to say after this 1st order I won't be making a 2nd order!

Ordered before other customers and was made to wait, pizza was then completely undercooked, disgusting and disappointing considering how long I’ve been a customer, if I’m honest the customer service is a disgrace now as well

New review - wanted something quick to eat. Walked into the store, guy barely spoke enough English to take order. Im not even sure he understood what I asked for. Then ignored me completely whilst talking in a foreign language to people in the shop. Don't care if he's talking to other people but 0 confidence in my order, so had to cancel and give others my business. I've not been in here in a while, but back door was open random people walking about in outside wear. The place looked really unclean. Avoid

The only indian i get my food from

Can't even follow simple instructions. I placed an order for Baked potato with cheese, beans and chicken tikka and I ended up getting the wrong order. Phoned up and all I got was a "Sorry" Ordered a couple of times from Arian and everything was fine, but now when you phone to place an order, it takes around 10 minutes just for the person to note down your address. Definitely won't be ordering again.

It had good prices, staff were friendly and cheerful the interior could do with a freshening up and is a bit dated. The pizza we had was ok I've had better, it's the only thing I've had from here but my friend seems to really enjoy it! Will try again sometime and try something different

Phoned in a delivery called back a hour later to be told its just coming out 40 min later finally turns up its only accross the road .food was luke warm this place used to be great has badly gone downhill the last few months tonight was last straw wont be back

Used to constantly order a kebab but my son and daughter told me to try a hoagie. I'm a fussy eater so I stick to what I know and that's donner meat. It's my new favourite food from here, sitting eating one as I'm writing. Staff are really nice too, very helpful 👍🏻 edit- Recently broke my knee so I've relied on deliveries when ordering if my son isn't available for collection. I've never had to wait long. Thank you 😊

This place seems to do the job well,with a variety of different food.There is something for everyone that likes Indian food. There's a Munchy box for those who fancy a mini-buffet,giving you the opportunity to try different food items.There is also Kebabs available.A lower priced place compared to most others surrounding.

This place always seems to get one thing wrong with my order..... They have posted whacky opening times considering I have been at the shop at 12:30, 12:45 and even 12:15 sometimes after my local bar closes - hoping to get a bite to eat and 8 times out of 10 it's closed. Not something I want.... To be checking on Google for open takeways and I'm getting incorrect information then misleaded and taken to shops that aren't open??? This is the exact reason that I started reviewing a load of different places online! To help the customer/ Google user!

Best pizza in Scotland and best staff

Ordered from here for a few yrs and always been happy..NOT THIS TIME..90 mins wait for delivery although app said 30 mins arrival..Chicken Pakora was nice but that's the good part..Chips cold and soggy,nan bread uncooked and stale,kebab meat cold and hard. Worse meal I've ever had from here..Big disappointment...

Recently ordered from The Arian and got the Chicken Tikka Jalfrazie and a Biryani and it was amazing. I only order my Indian food from this takeaway and can’t fault the guys. Always helpful and happy to rectify any faults (which is rare). Keep up the good work.

Was recommended the Arian by a taxi driver on way home one night.finally got round too trying it at weekend,all I can say is it was one of the best curries I’ve ever had,the veg pakora were lovely and fresh as was the Nan breads.will definitely be back and try some different dishes.

Food is a 7 the staff are friendly and the price is reasonable

Had regular food from Arian Restaurant, both Take-away and delivery. On both occasions the delivery time was very prompt and the quality of food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other local restaurants. I have no hesitation in recommending Arian Indian take-away.

Seems to be a promising business - the owner made sure to reach out after food delivery was subpar, offered us a free meal to make up for it. Food is extremely tasty and price and value for money is as dependable as it has been since the first time I ordered here. Highly recommend.

Stay well clear, waited 2 hours for curry and told 4 times it was on its way, curry arrived and was freezing cold, don’t throw your money away. I also hope you see the comment left by Arian below, the customer is being called a liar, poor poor show.

We get a takeaway regularly from here. Never had a bad meal, always really nice. For Indian or Pizzas, we always go to Arian Express. I would highly recommend.

Regular customer but will not order again! Wrong order when delivered so called to sort out- appalling response "we are too busy for this" Reminded them politely I was a regular customer and was only looking for the correct order to be sent out and they then proceeded to put phone down!! Extremely rude - extremely poor customer service!!

Oh wow, it would be quicker making the food from scratch! Average food that is so not worth the extremely long wait! Firstly calling a customer dear is condescending. It's actually my friend who has been ordering for over 5 years. I tried to talk her out of it as always takes so long for short distance and this happens every time not once in a blue moon. Your response is pretty unprofessional. Maybe take a course in customer service dear.
