Fish suppers were ok, but tray of kebab meat was like cardboard, burnt & inedible, disappointing

the chips were banging and the pizza but the hambugers were so gressy that we couldnt eat it fritters were bland and the black pudding and the sausages were alright bit overcooked ...

onion rings were great and fish supper was gd 2

Amazing food always fresh asked for crispy and it was so crispy even extra crispy bits just how I like it !! Staff are lovely too

Waited over an hour and when it did come the curry sauce was cold and watery the sausages and hamburger were burnt had to peel the batter off as couldn’t eat otherwise won’t be ordering again as this is the second time in a row it’s been like this

I mean food was nice the nuggets do taste kinda cheap but still okay the pizza crunch was the best I’ve ever had tho if the delivery time was a bit faster this would be the best xx

Waited ages for 2 portions of single fish, when it did arrive it was cold and greasy, there was more batter than fish. Won't be using them again

So aye, a guy came into the shop last night n nipped out after ordering a sausage supper n two pickles, but he never came back... Yeah, that was me. Yeah £9 for a sausage supper n 2 pickles is wild man... I went out to the car cause I needed another quid but a wee voice in ma head says "DRIVE AWAY" Sorry man but not only was the food expensive but it looked humdingin... The sausages were in a portion container, in the counter heater.. Nothing else available.. just those two sausages in the cardboard tub looking like late night leftovers... Chips looked grim too.. pure bricks. The pickles seemed to be the most appetising part of it all, but £9? 😂 Mental.. ****Maxims in Dalmuir 👌 went and ordered the same there and they asked for only £6.60... food was bangin too.. Bet they were only open at 9:30pm cause that Paul guy was like: "right hen, ye can go up the road as soon as a sell these two sausages, somebody must want thum" ..she was dead nice aswell so I feel kinda bad for takin the hit n miss (hence the 3 stars for customer service) but it's gotta be said.. That Paul guy blasts his movies quite loud behind you on a some wee telly n I thought he was staring into ma soul but realised he was just tuned inty the telly.. I asked "Is there much ready?" N he was like "Aye" but theres nothing in the heater.. am thinking "if he whips oot just two random steak pies fae under the counter am gonna fold err laughin" But he's like "av got sausages" like he had an insane abundance of variety.. Bad vibes man 👎

Expinsive and portion sizes are terrible

Food was fine. Added a 1.75l of coke on too for £3.80 but received a 1.5l Polish bottle 😂. Could have at least given me the correct juice considering the price of it 🙄

ordered a pizza crunch supper with cheese and curry sauce for collection..no curry sauce, cheese or even salt..extremely disappointed when I got back to work go see that I had not got what I'd ordered.

I had a black pudding super my son had a sausage supper and the quality was great plus it arrived super fast so it was nice and hot so I recommend to anyone

Ordered this a couple of weeks ago, been a few times and usually get the donner meat. This time once the box was opened I was hit with a really bad smell. Almost like dog food and it was coming from the donner meat. Will definitely not be back again…..

Absolutely brilliant. Haven’t ordered for a while but was exactly as good as I remember. Food was hot even after coming a bit of a distance. Fish is probably the best fish I’ve ever had and I’ve had some just about everywhere.

Fed up asking for salt and vinegar, and they just ignore you, chips bone, dry, asked for sauce etc, that's 3 times, done, it, half meal wasted, because didn't add anything for flavour, chippy ain't cheap either 🙄

Too expensive and the food isn't that great

Waited 25+mins for a kebab. Paul took our order and went back to work. Told us it would only be a little longer after waiting 20mins. Kebab meat is deffos from a frozen supermarket won’t be back, quality just wasn’t there.

The stress & anxiety been all over place since I ordered on Wednesday as thy forgot my daughter juice & she not stopped going on Abt it & driver said ur 5 yr old daughter said it was ok & I said yes but I listen to me I'm the adult & told u I wanted it he said he would pop out with it when he had a min so coz my 5 yr old heard him say tht she been stressing me out going on Abt it but me my friend & family order from here but can assure you none of us will order again so thy have just lost 5 customers in total thought they would have offered some free food or something coz the stress I've went through since wed night but no they just laughed at me on fone

Paul's is a really good chip shop. Food always well cooked and really tasty. It's never greasy. I went to collect order at time advised on app and it was ready for me. Staff very friendly.

Orders 2 supers and never got chips with either of them what a rip off. A chippy that doesn't send chips absolute joke.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Pizza fell apart and the kebab meat was dried out as if it had been lying for days. The only edible thing was the chips. Would never order again!!

Absolutely great stuff. Had a baller kebab and chips and some nuggets. Highly recommend.

Food was cold when it arrived, could be due to it being delivered later than estimated.

Ordered fish and chips 1st time had fish and chips from here in a long time although my daughter loves the chicken nugget supper 10 nuggets and chips great value ... back to my fish and chips both tasted great plus really warm when delivered and being early by 30mins was a great bonus that's Paul for a great sat night dinner

Worst fried pizza I’ve ever had!

Been using pauls for years. The Staff are always really pleasant and helpful,more often than not,youre guaranteed a good blether when you're in. Love the burgers, literally just finished one haha thoroughly enjoyed it as always.

Food is always delivered hot and well contained and always very pleasant staff 🥰 great service

Horrendous didn't even buy anything ,server behind counter using her hands and fingers ,not even any hygienic gloves ,so glad I walked away ,this place should be reported

Very Average.. but delivered quickly. Requested a BBQ base on the pizza. They either never read the notes or wouldn’t do it.

Food arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious. Requests in comment also actioned. Will absolutely order again.

The cheese Burger was great but the chips was not really edible they tasted like they were left out for a couple of hours

Pizza was burnt and there was a big square in the middle of the pizza that looked asif something had been lying on it that bit was extra crispy

Best roll n fritter ever - buttered roll, plenty vinegar and just right amount of salt, that good, you want another one right there and then, yummm

There’s no chilli sauce sent me ketchup which I ordered but. No kebab sauce last time I order chips in cheese and got no cheese. I’m not ordering from here

Fish was not cooked properly and the chips were cold on arrival this is not the usual standard from Paul’s disappointed

Not a fan of pizza atall and I miss the bags of chips

Amazing food, really warm and fresh! Fast delivery too… 10/10!!!

The food came an hour after the delivery time with no update that the food was delayed. It was due to arrive at 8:05 and didn’t come until 9:15. I called the restaurant at 8:42 and they stated it was on its way so when the food came it was rubbery and luke warm I couldn’t eat it.

Food was pure oily taste like it was left in the oil for far too long

The sausage supper was ok but the but the two cheese burgers did not taste right they both taste like they was out of date
