Excellent food, delivered quickly.

Took 2.5 hours to arrive and was cold

Delivery was on time but the food was not cold

I recently visited Burger King in Forge Retail just over 2 weeks ago. I had taken my grandchildren out for a teatime treat before I went on holiday. They thoroughly enjoyed their meal as did I . Staff were excellent, very hands-on with the smaller ones . I had to use the toilets on this occasion, which I normally wouldn't do as I don't like using public toilets , but this time I had to as one of the younger ones needed to go . I couldn't believe what I saw. The toilets were amazingly spotless and sparkling, not a bit of dust or dirt at all well done to the staff who cleaned them . Back to the food, mine was nice fresh, and the way I wanted it, no lettuce, just chicken and mayo. The children were a bit more difficult, and the staff coped exceedingly well with them . In all honesty, I had to tell my grandkids I would buy them something from B&M as they wanted happy meals, and I don't like McDonalds . There food is always cold when you get it . The only downfall of eating there is that you must have changed the suppliers for your chips as they haven't been as nice for a few months now. Our visit was valued for money , staff friendly , restaurant spotless, and staff were on hand to go check toilets, etc, for cleanliness. We will be back for more visits soon .

Every time I order from this place they always forget drinks and fries every time !!!!

Nice delivery driver and food piping hot 🔥

Absolutely appalling service this Friday evening at Burger King Parkhead (23rd May) Popped in this evening at 1720 approx for a quick bite to eat on the way home, firstly my wife and I tried to order from the App in the car - no joy - the App refused to progress past the "I'm here" button. Gave up in the end and went into the restaurant. Which wasn't any better!!! Stood at the counter for at least five minutes without getting any acknowledgement at all, as the person at the counter was far too busy getting Just Eat / Deliveroo orders ready rather than serve waiting customers. Eventually managed to grab someones attention and was abruptly told to use the self serve kiosk. So I did this, after which I had to wait another ten minutes for my food to be handed to me (Order No75 if any of the staff serving this evening read this). There were other customers who had been waiting for a long time for their food too, so this wasn't just me. Avoid this branch if you are in a hurry. I definitely won't be back, especially at those prices by the way!!! (£17.23 for a Whopper Meal and a Bacon Double Cheeseburger Meal) Thanks for reading.

my food never arrived and I spent over £40. It said it was delivered. Obviously some lucky person got loads of free food delivered to the wrong address. I thought that's why a code was now needed? Shocking!!

Best Burger King I’ve had in such a long time, everything was so fresh.

Unfortunately the 2 bottles of water were put in the same bag as the meal making it stone cold by the time it arrived

I spent 35 quid on cold food no point complaining the restaurant will blame the delivery driver. Never again. The chips in my freezer were warmer than the chips that arrived. Cheers folks

Went in for lunch and the restaurant was the cleanest I have ever seen a store to date and manager was so welcoming and customer service couldn't have been any better as the lad by the name of Aiden was so courteous and friendly making sure we got the exact meal we needed and my 2 year old little girl was having fun with him too so child friendly too exactly what you need to ease your day.

Waited over an hour for the food to be freezing as expected, pants service, make the food fresh if ye know it’s been sitting there waiting for a driver. No drivers fault.

Burger was limp and cold while the onion rings were piping hot. Burger also was missing half the salad.

Paid for sauce that hasn’t came with order, will have to eat the chips dry. Wouldn’t have complained but it’s every time I order something now the sauce is missing

The delivery time was great, courier was lovely and the food was nice and hot, however I was not given the drink that I paid an extra £1+ for. I wouldn't be too bothered about it if I didn't pay extra for the drink, however since I've wasted money it is a bit annoying.

Went to Glasgow for a day out and nipped into burger king the food and atmosphere was lovely will definitely go back

Ordered a whopper through the drive through. I had to Waited nearly 20 minutes in the car park for my order to arrive, The whopper and chips where cold? The place was empty with no customers, so beats me how it took 20 minutes to get a cold burger? Guy comes to car with disposable appron and big beard, who must have just prepared the food. Also Shouldn't be out side delivering food with ppe. And also should be wearing a beard snood if preparing food. Totally put me off my burger. And have also a sore stumoch a few hours later. think its food poisoning. Won't be back at this branch!

absolutely boggin. ordered a plain double Angus with extra bacon+cheese, sent me a burger with some absolutely stinking sauce on it when I ordered plain. ruined the burger. refund now!

Said 25 minutes delivery time. Came an hour and a half later. All of the food was freezing cold. Cold and hot stuff packaged together adding to how cold the food was. 0/10 do not recommend.

This branch is a farce put in an order of £40 when it arrives there’s a full meal missing calls the branch who tells me it’s not there fault when it obviously is. Then they tell me there is no other burgers in line and no drivers I just tipped the driver £5 but this branch can’t send out another meal to contact just eat. I don’t know where they learned their customer service skills they clearly never cause they have none!!!

Thankfully I don't mind a cold Burger from BK, but my preference is a hot one. Service? What service? The queue display doesn't work so no idea when your food 'might be ready. Have to wait for what seems like all the delivery drivers to get their food, then given no straws for milkshakes, and given the empty cup to fill my own Coke order at the same time I get my food, which I could have filled during the 20 mins I've been waiting. The only service of any kind by way of interaction that I got from the staff was my number being called out. Wow ...
