Burger King in Glasgow City

Came in for a quick bite while doing some Christmas shopping service was rapid and food was amazing especially considering I got my meal less than a couple minutes after ordering

Waited over 20 minutes for my order, which is disappointing for a fast-food place, especially since it wasn’t even busy. The food itself was good, but the long wait really dampened the experience. Not what you’d expect when you’re looking for something quick.

Denise was really helpful and helped me when feeling down think she a manager really helpfull

Food served was burnt and below standard will never be back there again disgusting -10/100

Completely wrong order, not even close. Refused delivery, courier was rude and demanded his code.

Restaurant was clean and well present staff were working quick to order away and meet customer needs

that's my order just delivered now. it is not fit for eating its stone cold and I would like a refund as I am unable to eat it.

I am not happy with the delivery driver as she left the gate open seeing that my neighbours dog was running around excited and my neighbour struggling to get him

nothing about burger king but why have useless drivers that collect multiple orders argue with my mum and ignore me when I said they had got took to the back side of the house which isn't even the street for the adrress

driver had wring address and started accusing me off sending wrong address and was very intimidating

Everything was great service to door device just didn't didn't have 6 Chicken nuggets with it but everything else was there was great just a had discount but well no nuggets fine everything else was great guy on delivery in food was hot so great

I could tell on the map the driver was lost you seem to be slipping up the drinks are also leaking when they come. I think I will be going elsewhere next time

The card reader at the customer till didn’t work last night and they took my card away to tap on another machine. My burger was completely raw and uncooked. I had to throw the food out after the first bite unfortunately

Once again the order was wrong sorry but its getting ridiculous now i dont no how many times the order has been wrong or delivered to the wrong person its puting me off ordering to be honest

Got served by Brooke today and she went above and beyond to make our experience great! Very friendly service, even when we forgot to customise our food she got this resolved very quickly for us. Very attentive and warm. Thank you Brooke and rest of team!

Yesterday I order vegan hallumi sandwich because is vegan or doesn't have any meat,and they send me the sandwich with bacon 🙁

Today I went to the Burger King located in forge (Glasgow) , I saw the staff preparing foods without any gloves so I asked the cashier to asked them to put on the gloves on and prepare my food and I could see all the staff started nagging and avoiding to do so so , poor cashier himself had to prepare my food and afterwards I explained due to the hygiene your staff must put on the gloves and I should not ask them,for this reason I am not going to buy anything from Burger King anymore, horrible and rude staff except the cashier

order was 20 mins late as driver couldnt find my address after phoning to tell him about 5 times to give directions. all food was cold so it all went in the bin. please hire drivers who know what they are doing and how to find my address by typing it into Google earth. please fix your app as it goes to the street I live in but not the correct address!!! imbeciles everyone else manages to find my address but never just eat

Had a very bad experience with just eat driver (bag opened and looked like food tampered/eaten) Came to store and staff couldn't have been more helpful and nicer. Very professional .
