Burger King in Glasgow City

Burger was limp and cold while the onion rings were piping hot. Burger also was missing half the salad.

Amazing order was completely correct and I ordered three burgers with all different add ons and deductions

banging door loudly ..not polite at all

waited an hour and a half for a dogs dinner absolutely freezing and the delivery driver who hadn't a clue about the area spent 10 minutes trying to find my address absolutely horrific for £28 I expect better service and at least something ediable

Paid for sauce that hasn’t came with order, will have to eat the chips dry. Wouldn’t have complained but it’s every time I order something now the sauce is missing

The delivery time was great, courier was lovely and the food was nice and hot, however I was not given the drink that I paid an extra £1+ for. I wouldn't be too bothered about it if I didn't pay extra for the drink, however since I've wasted money it is a bit annoying.

Requested no mayo, but the sandwich had mayo. Otherwise everything was good.

Went to Glasgow for a day out and nipped into burger king the food and atmosphere was lovely will definitely go back

Ordered a whopper through the drive through. I had to Waited nearly 20 minutes in the car park for my order to arrive, The whopper and chips where cold? The place was empty with no customers, so beats me how it took 20 minutes to get a cold burger? Guy comes to car with disposable appron and big beard, who must have just prepared the food. Also Shouldn't be out side delivering food with ppe. And also should be wearing a beard snood if preparing food. Totally put me off my burger. And have also a sore stumoch a few hours later. think its food poisoning. Won't be back at this branch!

absolutely boggin. ordered a plain double Angus with extra bacon+cheese, sent me a burger with some absolutely stinking sauce on it when I ordered plain. ruined the burger. refund now!

Two of 3 burgers were cold cheese bites tasted of old oil. chips one one burger ok. For the price, not worth it.

Said 25 minutes delivery time. Came an hour and a half later. All of the food was freezing cold. Cold and hot stuff packaged together adding to how cold the food was. 0/10 do not recommend.

This branch is a farce put in an order of £40 when it arrives there’s a full meal missing calls the branch who tells me it’s not there fault when it obviously is. Then they tell me there is no other burgers in line and no drivers I just tipped the driver £5 but this branch can’t send out another meal to contact just eat. I don’t know where they learned their customer service skills they clearly never cause they have none!!!

Excellent service. Clean. Staff very friendly.

Thankfully I don't mind a cold Burger from BK, but my preference is a hot one. Service? What service? The queue display doesn't work so no idea when your food 'might be ready. Have to wait for what seems like all the delivery drivers to get their food, then given no straws for milkshakes, and given the empty cup to fill my own Coke order at the same time I get my food, which I could have filled during the 20 mins I've been waiting. The only service of any kind by way of interaction that I got from the staff was my number being called out. Wow ...

Very friendly staff and fast service.

I visited this store recently and the food was excellent ,fresh hot and very tasty. The young boy who took my order couldn't have been any more pleasant to me . I noticed that other staff taking orders were just as nice even although one customer seemed to think it was OK to be nasty to assistant who was taking his order. She treated him with respect although I didn't think he should have. I used the toilet when I was there and they were immaculate the staff in this shop go above and beyond their duties . I would give them full marks all round . Thank you Frances .

The order was placed at 6.44pm, however no driver was allocated and the delivery time continued to increase until a final delivery time of 8.55pm. In this scenario there should be an option to abandon the order with a full refund. Ridiculous to be made to wait 2 hours for a delivery.

No wonder it was early, food was stone cold, not delivery drivers fault, obviously wasn’t cooked or reheated properly before leaving restaurant. Ordered near shop closing time, staff must have been wanting home sharp, hence the reason for the food being cold…

Absolute farce wrote on the notes no Mayo as I’m highly allergic a £42 order and all covered in mayonnaise and just eats reply even after photo evidence nothing further we can do. Furthermore not on any point in the description of this festive burger does it mention mayonnaise is on it won’t be back or the next time I might end up dead

Waited over 20 minutes for my order, which is disappointing for a fast-food place, especially since it wasn’t even busy. The food itself was good, but the long wait really dampened the experience. Not what you’d expect when you’re looking for something quick.
