Food is just not the same anymore .not to say it was bad, but the love in there for the food has gone .it was best place at one time ,a go to place without even considering any other Chinese. Plz bring back the extra thick noodles

Ordered at 8pm phoned 9.20pm to ask was told 20mins. Phoned again at 9.50pm told 5mins. Phoned again 10.10pm told 5mins again. Food freezing cold. Chips were like rubber never again

Great service and overall lovely food. Only problem for me was the crispy beef had an odd taste so had to throw it away. It just didn’t taste right.

Ordered 6pm and arrived 8.30pm. Very annoyed at the timing

Ordered at 6:10pm, was told delivery would be at 8pm. Didn’t receive my order until 9:15pm. A three hour wait from the time ordered and the time I actually received the food.

Food arrived after a phone call as was pre-ordered due to busy NYE, however when I rang I was told it hadn’t been cooked. Unfortunately sauces had been mixed together rushing and special fried rice was only half full and covered in a mixture of sweet and sour and curry sauce. Really poor service.

I ordered pork ribs, and I got ribs, which was that long like my finger, the colour was red, and dont wanna say nothing about the taste. I cant realized what meat was that!!!! My husband is slaughterman, and he told me that!!! £26 gone the to bin!!

Very disappointed, delivered incorrent order, customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, very rude lady claimed to be owner hang up whilst I was trying to explain and politely resolve issue.

Had a very disappointing curry ordered extra bean sprouts but only had a handful in the curry, won’t be going back any time soon.

The wait time was between 1h20 and 2 hours, which I thought was only a guidance an ld thought that even if it’ll come at the earlier specified time rather than the latest but the food came bang on after 2h (the order wasn’t really big). The chips came completely cold and dry and the beef and duck dishes consisted of 90% veg and sauce and small fraction of meat - other than the meat dishes portions were decent though

Proper satisfying Chinese food with friendly service. Been doing some hiking for a couple of days and worked up a real craving for some decent Chinese food. Magic wok did not disappoint. Just happen to walk past on my way to the hotel. Ordered a Szechuan Chicken and egg fried rice. The chicken was tender and juicy. Flavours were rich and delicious with decent spice without relying on excessive salt and oil. Fried rice was also very tasty without being too oily or too dry, Both the lady at the front and chef were super friendly, they even helped me charge my phone while I waited for my food (thanks again)! If you got the craving for some decent Chinese food in Merthyr or just want a good satisfying meal after a long day give this place a go.

Estimate delivery of 60 mins. Ordered at 6 25. Arrived 8 25. Parts were cold. Asked for refund refunded £2. Absolutely ridiculous. Driver apologised and tried to give some excuse that they prioritise in store orders and that he was there waiting for them to cook it. Noodles were cold. Second time in a row order was late

Do yourself a favour and don’t bother. Not sure how they can describe that food as Chinese, I’ve never had food that bad in China. £50 in the bin. MSG, gloopy, what looks like red food colouring, impossible to tell what the meat is. Absolutely gross. Felt sick for days even from the small amount I had.

I ordered chicken chow main and beef chow main and it was very good. Beef chow main was delicious and it was plenty of meat which is fair and honest. Chicken chow main was good but the chicken was bland, and needs more seasoning.I will order again. Delivery driver was lovely too.
