Did not receive my order and says was delivered honestly not happy

Didn’t receive 12 box of cookies and nachos with meal

Ordered 12 cookies and 3 were delivered, ordered Italian white and hearty Italian delivered, won’t be ordering from Battlefield Subway again

My food was freezing as yous put a cold bottle of juice in the same bag as what was ment to be my hot food

opened it wasnt toasted the bread was soggy and falling apart one of the worst sandwiches ever waste of money

Incredibly rude staff and quite possibly my worst encounter with “customer service” to date. Never had issues with any other subway stores, the two guys on shift didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing, had to give our order 3+ times, stopped making one sub half way through for a cigarette break, announced they didn’t have stock for all sides ordered, dolloped an insane amount of mayo on one sub then proceeded to try and squish the bread together with it all spilling out. Told them just to leave it and we left. Staff member shouted to me that it was my fault because I chose salad?? Errr….

Your driver came back and rang my bell and handed me a box of cold waffle chips, I find this totally wrong. Please deal with this matter for me. Thanks Mrs Janis McCafferty

Food wasn't nice people work staff look like they don't bother about food and customer and my food is really mess up it's didn't right thing won't be back

The delivery time was changed 4 times.. was cold when it was delivered... Part of the order was missing.. Pretty poor for when you are paying 22 quid.. Not happy

This was awful, absolutely disgusting. I’d be embarrassed to have sent this order out. Also not impressed with just eats refund system, or system for reporting issues.

None of the subs were toasted as requested and an item was missing (a cookie).

delivery time changed twice the app said preparing food when i tried to call the store no answer then delivery came food was cold missing cookie deal and no carmel sause which we ordered maybe store was to busy on a saturday orded before there was no problems like this hit or miss with this place.

My subway was completely cold by the time it arrived, the delivery drivers tracker was also turned off throughout so I couldn’t see what route he was taking, I’m assuming it was the long way.

Ordered one of the meal deal things that comes with drink, cookies and crisps only got the sandwich

Food was cold no cheese on the footlong over toasted so bread was hard and unedible, hash browns were broken and cold these went straight in the bin. Don't think i will use this branch of Subway again. This is the second time or more that something has been missing or the food is just cold, yes I know most of the menu is cold but there is cold and there is FREEZING cold. So would not recommend this place to anyone

They gave me the wrong order and gave me cheese

My subway orders had the salad on the wrong item so now I’ve had to swap them about myself ! One of my subs are now stone cold

Driver almost delivered to my next door neighbour, who were about to take it, when I opened my door and advised it was for me. He looked confused then handed it to me. Had I not been keeping an eye on the app, the food would have been delivered to them and I wouldn't have known. My house is clearly signposted, so why deliver to wrong address? Can your drivers not read? I added a tip on the app for them, which I now know was a mistake! I guess I'll have to put my address in notes. SMDH

Food arrived almost an hour late, was given the wrong footlong sub. Nachos were cold. Very disappointed.

It took over an hour to get a 6 inch sub?? It was very poorly assembled. The meatballs did not taste nice at all and I will not be ordering again. Super poor quality.

The chicken in the chicken wrap was cold and seemed to not be fully cooked

The bag was completely burst open they didny give me my cookie and gave me thr wrong juice i have tryed calling the shop but the bettlefield store never answer ther fone when you call up about an order they a joke !

Delivered an hour late and with stuff missing

Can’t really leave a bad review for subway because it’s not their fault, but we got the wrong order delivered & not only that but just eat gave out our personal number to the person who got our order to see if she could swap it back. This was half an hour after we got it delivered though.

Crisps were missing but the sandwiches are always delicious :)

This was the worst Subway I've ever hard!! Everything stone cold, hash browns cold and soggy, meatballs looked like dog food with a tiny drop of sauce underneath the 4 meatballs so they were cold and dried up!! Heated up.in micro, had 1 bite then bin. Disappointed to say this is the last time I'll use Battlefield subway. Cold, sloppy mess. Seems the staff don't seem to care about the customers!!@

Sandwich was fine but for some reason every time I’ve asked for the sandwich to not be toasted, it arrives toasted. Please read the orders properly.

Normally order here when working and food is always good. This time it went in the bin bread rock hard sides were frozen to the point it wasn't even like they had been heated one slice of meat on the subs! £16 in the bin only decent thing was the cookie clearly near closing time so staff just can't be bothered when making orders won't be ordering again

Was a bit worried looking at the reviews but it got delivered within 10 minutes, came with everything I ordered and was toasted and fresh. Cookies are definitely smaller than a few years back but they’re still amazing. Milkshake was only a 250ml can but it was decent. Can’t beat the BMT sub and the xtra hot chipotle sauce was banging 👌🏻

Extremely annoyed as I ordered 2 meals and only one arrived, I called the shop minimum 6 times and got no answer… very disappointed I’m not sure how one forgets a whole meal for an order
