A querky little farm/cafe well hidden in amongst a residential area. The burrito was a little on the pricey side, but it was absolutely delicious as was the accompanying salsa and mojo verde sauce that it came with (plus salad). Nice to support an independent/local place and from talking to the owner, they seem to have built a nice community around the farm/cafe which is great. If you're a coffee snob like me, you'll enjoy this place too - the flat white was top drawer. I was eating solo, but they were very welcoming and catered for children and pets also.

Absolutely love this place. Such a haven within Bristol, near the goats in the city farm... The food & drinks are an amazing combination of medicinal & comforting, & the building has an incredible 'Lord of the Rings' feel to it. Gorgeous internal wood structures. I was there yesterday & had the most unforgettable homemade kombucha, made seasonally with elderberry, thyme & star anise. Sparklingly thirst-quenching. Can't wait to go back.

Warm and friendly atmosphere, very kid/baby friendly. We had one cooked breakfast and one veggie breakfast (including scrambled tofu which was a revelation). I had to go thank the chef afterwards - it was the best breakfast I’ve had in years. Well worth stopping in after taking the kids to the farm.

One of my favourite spots in bristol. Situated next to a farm and allotments so lots of green space and places to explore. You feel as if your in a little village in the countryside. I don’t have children but i would bring them here if i did as you can enjoy a coffee and cake and let them play in the park right next to you ! The staff are always nice and food and coffee great too :)

Buon caffè e anche il cappuccino, panino anche molto buono. Posto molto carino e tranquillo (dipende da quanti bambini giocano😱) in mezzo al verde. Una stella in meno per i prezzi ma siamo in Inghilterra.

We hired the Cafe on a Sunday evening and paid a price per head for a fantastic veggie meal. It's a rare occurrence to eat food created by a kitchen that really knows their flavours and the Café really does that. Food that delights. Every dish was beautifully cooked with fresh flavours that really tantalised our taste buds. (apparently, their meat is pretty good too. If you're into that sort of thing!)

Visited the cafe a few months ago. Loved the coffee, the food as well the community atmosphere. The service was great. The staff who served us was particularly nice. She patiently helped us pick what to eat. Also loved the fact that it's a pet-friendly cafe. Would definitely love to visit again whenever I'm around St Werburgh's.

Great food (and I don't say that lightly, there's some great food in Bristol), friendly staff and some of the best coffee I've had in Bristol. The cafe had a lovely relaxed atmosphere with a quaint 'hobbitish' style architecture. A lot of the food is locally sourced.

Visited here for the first time yesterday. It was a Monday morning so most of the clients were people with young children. Had farmer (meat) breakfast. Great tasting local produce and really great value. I was kindly greeted and my order taken by Leona, who appeared to chat to all the customers with a genuine care and sincerity. This place is a total vibe. Highly recommend.

The best way to describe this gorgeous spot is - community. I do not live around this area, but everything around this place just pulsates love, care and tenderness. Children laugher, so many groups coming and going and everyone is welcome. Just what you need and get when you are part of something wonderful. Menu may be small, but food is fresh and made to order and OMG everything is so good! Staff, even the loyal pupper (dog) so friendly! Been here once and already wish to go back! Also, the interior-that's something that takes you on the journey and cuddles you in the dream.

What used to be a place for ruinous 5am afterparties is now full of the same people, just older, kids in tow having a relaxed lunch or walk around saying "hi bear" to the animals. It's a really nice part of Bristol these days and very different to how it was 10 (15!) years ago. Don't bother driving there because you'll never find somewhere to park, and the narrow streets are so much better without people stealing the residents' spots. Also, spend your money, because it might be a pretty expensive place to live these days, but places like this need the cash! Staff are great and made my kid laugh by pulling ridiculous faces, and if you want a pint, you're within a very short walk of some of the best pubs in Bristol.

Quirky carpentry crafted to create a crazily cool caf. Cavernous contours complement the cracking coffee and crockery. But enough of all that... what about the grub? It’s good, no hang on, scratch that, it’s bloody brilliant. I was going to add a photo but who wants to look at an empty plate? 5 stars. I’ll leave it at that. Oh wait, just one more thing... I promise! I really recommend the vegan carrot cake. Bye for now?

Super place, great kids' play area, staff generally lovely. Toilet can be a bit overcontended, it can be a bit pricey (but then they don't skimp on ingredients and they like to pay their staff - this is a long way from cynical chain store territory). The selection of savouries is sometimes limited, especially for veggies and kids, but generally a sound, right-on sort of place using genuinely good and ethical ingredients. Building has a hand carved "hobbit" aesthetic and it's worth a visit just to check that out. The food, service and atmosphere are unlikely to disappoint. Recommended!
