We really enjoyed our meal and would order from here again.

Arrived late & cold, waited an hour and 45 minutes for sausage and chips & I live 3 streets away, I wouldn’t recommend here I won’t use again

food is always really nice. unfortunately today delivery was slw and food Luke warm.

Service poor, delivery time poor, called the restaurant and asked for order after just eat saying it was delivered and they had not even cooked the food or even thought about delivery!!!

Fantastic service. Huge £400 order put in for delivery at prime time of 7pm. Arrived at 11 minutes past 7 (to be expected on a large order!) food piping hot and order was spot on.

Nice and fresh fish . Nice size on the large cod . Never had a bad meal in all the time I’ve brought from this chippy

2nd time they’ve been late. Food not very warm, chips dry and hard, will not be using again.

Never received my order and when phoned was told the driver knocked my window which will be hard as I'm a 1st floor flat had this problem before and the order was delivered to a different address

Tbh I use this place quite a lot but thought I would get it delivered and tbh I was very disappointed food was dry and tasteless will be having a chat to boss man next time I go in and ask why the food was so bad

Called them 3 times, kept getting told will be with you shortly. Arrived just before I was due to go to bed arrived at 21.50 shop closed at 22.00. Pie was cold and fish was oily. Not good

Food delish, good size portions. Order was 20 mins late so I called the restaurant and I was told the driver had been, knocked and called and left - I told them nobody knocked … because nobody knocked - I was told he “wasn’t going to argue” - it’s weird how the food turned up 5 mins later piping hot and the driver managed to find our buzzer 🤷‍♂️

Usually 5 stars all around but my child’s food was missing from the order which meant I then had to go hungry so she could eat.

I can’t fault the fish but the chips were tough and stale,I think they had been left to go cold and then fried again,there were 7 of us and we all left most of them, disappointed as the order was not cheap

Restaurant chips were totally inedible. The fish was good though

Always perfect always early and always find us

first time ordering from here and i really enjoyed it. Large cod and chips could have done with a few more chips but the size of the Cod was very nice so overall was a decent sized meal. Will for sure be ordering again 😊

Basic chippy and given wrong order. Rubbery pies weren't great, no salt and vinegar on chips as requested, mushy pease looked horrific (I passed on those) and was given another chewy pie instead of chicken nuggets.

One of the worst chips we’ve ever had from a chippy. Bland and overcooked. Definitely not fresh. Would not recommend.

Paid hard earned money for what can only be described as a bag of foul concoctions. £5.20 for 2 pieces of chicken so dry and hard you’d need jaws of steel to even attempt to eat it, which you just wouldn’t. Battered sausage, a takeaway staple, transformed into a grease filled vessel that would give the Exxon Valdez a run for its money. Of course I contacted St Mary’s only to be met with a highly agitated and abusive ‘man’. Although he did admit that the chicken had been cooked 2 days prior. The dog even backed away from it.

Overall really tasty. Chips were abit too crispy though.

We waited for 2 hours after I had ordered the food for it to be delivered, when it came it was luke warm at best.

Only half the order arrived first time had to have the rest redelivered. Food normally is really good quality but seemed rather poor today.

Lovely chips and plenty of them. Fish at a decent price too. Highly recommend to anyone in the bay.

unfortunately there was a delay on my order but when it arrived it was still not and hot and didn't need heating up will certainly recommend

Waited 2 hours order was placed at 18:30 delivered cold and soggy, inedible and items missing at 20:24, this was not acceptable on both the shops part who I contacted and the delivery from Just Eat was almost 2 hours. I would like a refund please before using this app again

Honestly the worst meal I've had from them.... chips were so over cooked and dripping in oil. Sausages just about cooked. Waste of nearly £9. Chip shop up the road is alot better. Just avoid!

It would help if they read the notes. Quite clearly asked for battered sausages in the kids meals and normal were sent.

Chips weren’t great tonight and my sausages weren’t hot , we have never had a bad take out from here before so a little disappointed.

Sadly I won't be ordering from here again the last 2 times my chips were dreadful so I thought I'd try 1 last time annoyingly my chips and my sons chicken kebab were awful 😖

Fish was fresh, beautifully flaky, and covered in a light crispy and crunchy batter. The chips were also well cooked, crispy and yet fluffy in the middle. All in all an excellent takeaway and would definitely recommend.

I was shocked how quick my order arrived and the driver was v polite and friendly. The food however was not so good. The chips were greasy and the texture was like reheated ones. Pizza was inedible. Very salty.

Everything was good but an item was missing.

Whilst the order was early, and the fish was very nice. I think I got the dregs of the fryer for chips, which were mostly, scraps,hard, rough and inedible, very disappointed in those. Would hope it was a one off..but who knows?

Ordered 2 battered sausage, large chips, curry sauce and chicken strips. Chips were missing. And had an extra unbattered sausage. Rang them and was told about a 50 minute wait for the chips. After 50 minutes I rang again and they said 5 minutes. And that was 20 minutes ago. So 3 sausages, curry sauce and 6 chicken strips for £19.80. Worst service I've ever had

Cod roe very small for the price. Chips not very nice and kebab meat barely cooked. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Poor standard of food, pre cooked or microwaved I suspect and estimated delivery time was 19:15 then changed to 19:35 and arrived at 20:05

We don't go any where else for our fish and chips now . Great service , Always great cod and crispy batter !!!!

Fish 10/10, Chips 10/10, Curry sauce 10/10 .. Dedicated, determined & focused delivery guy 10/10 (but sorry, pie was soggy)
