delivered an hour late. food is barely warm. "sorry it's late, we're busy" is not acceptable at all. don't accept orders for certain things if you can't get it done! Sh#tshow.

Tasty, but missed curry sauce off the order and sent full fat rather than Diet Coke.

Second time ordering, the food is lovely, still hot, chips cooked perfect with the right amount of salt and vinegar. Partner had mixed meat and chips and it only just fit on the plate. Delivery driver also polite and friendly.

My delivery was 20 minutes late, but the food was still hot when it got to me and I know that they were particularly busy when I ordered. I wasn’t going to worry about a small time like that, but it may be important to other people. The food was tasty as it always is.!

Fish was ok. Chips were dripping in grease and chicken had a lemon taste to it.

3 fish and chips were £37.40. The fish didn't taste of anything and the batter was soggy. Would not recommend.

Rude, terrible service, refused refund, snappy rude attitude, shouted, hung up twice. Spoke to my wife like crap and then me. Foods nice but not worth such ratty attitude and hour late delivery. HOWEVER, the Delivery driver, lovely guy, always works hard. Not his fault. 16/11/24 19:10 supposed delivery, 20:00 arrived.

The Cod roe is really over battered, my daughter had a combo chicken meal the chicken was dry so she didn't eat it . The chips now aren't soft they are all crispy?

Food was cold and not appetising at all. Usually my go to when at home won’t be ordering for delivery again.

Got a delivery tonight. Curry sauce container not closed properly so all the packaging was covered in sauce. Fish was cold and far to many screechy (small) chips.

The food was delicious and delivered early. Thoroughly recommend!

I really want to give a 5×..I have an allergy, and they did their best to work around it. But I ordered chicken meat and chips. When I opened my order. Just chicken meat. Was a upset with the lack of chips. They may have mis ubderetood but still. But other than that they were amazing. Great food

Fantastic service. Huge £400 order put in for delivery at prime time of 7pm. Arrived at 11 minutes past 7 (to be expected on a large order!) food piping hot and order was spot on.

Never received my order and when phoned was told the driver knocked my window which will be hard as I'm a 1st floor flat had this problem before and the order was delivered to a different address

Tbh I use this place quite a lot but thought I would get it delivered and tbh I was very disappointed food was dry and tasteless will be having a chat to boss man next time I go in and ask why the food was so bad

Called them 3 times, kept getting told will be with you shortly. Arrived just before I was due to go to bed arrived at 21.50 shop closed at 22.00. Pie was cold and fish was oily. Not good

Order was 20 mins late so I called the restaurant and I was told the driver had been, knocked and called and left - I told them nobody knocked … because nobody knocked - I was told he “wasn’t going to argue” - it’s weird how the food turned up 5 mins later piping hot and the driver managed to find our buzzer 🤷‍♂️

Usually 5 stars all around but my child’s food was missing from the order which meant I then had to go hungry so she could eat.

Always perfect always early and always find us

first time ordering from here and i really enjoyed it. Large cod and chips could have done with a few more chips but the size of the Cod was very nice so overall was a decent sized meal. Will for sure be ordering again 😊

Basic chippy and given wrong order. Rubbery pies weren't great, no salt and vinegar on chips as requested, mushy pease looked horrific (I passed on those) and was given another chewy pie instead of chicken nuggets.

Paid hard earned money for what can only be described as a bag of foul concoctions. £5.20 for 2 pieces of chicken so dry and hard you’d need jaws of steel to even attempt to eat it, which you just wouldn’t. Battered sausage, a takeaway staple, transformed into a grease filled vessel that would give the Exxon Valdez a run for its money. Of course I contacted St Mary’s only to be met with a highly agitated and abusive ‘man’. Although he did admit that the chicken had been cooked 2 days prior. The dog even backed away from it.

Overall really tasty. Chips were abit too crispy though.

We waited for 2 hours after I had ordered the food for it to be delivered, when it came it was luke warm at best.

Only half the order arrived first time had to have the rest redelivered. Food normally is really good quality but seemed rather poor today.

Lovely chips and plenty of them. Fish at a decent price too. Highly recommend to anyone in the bay.
