I was just in the shop and witnessed the lady behind the counter go above and beyond to help a person that needed it. Was so nice to see I didn’t get the lady’s name but a real credit to you’re little coffee shop platform 2 22nd may at 14:40 😇🙏

Just here to pass the time while waiting for train, Two hot drinks, slightly inflated prices but you're a captive customer. Service was okay and there's some seating and tables inside as well as a shop.

Ugh. The most awful, flat, white bread toastie and a fruit smoothie in a soulless, scruffy cafe and I’m stitched over £7 for the pleasure. Total rip off.

This is the only place I know that sells coconut water. So convenient if this is your choice of drink, you're travelling and you're thirsty. Not sure why it is called pumpkin cafe though I couldn't see any of the popular oversized squash based vegetable on sale so maybe stick to supermarkets if that is what you were thinking they sold. Others on this site complain about the staff personally I found the lady serving delightful and I prefer her to being served by some AI Avatar who is attractive but unable to feel true emotion....and has blue skin. To offer a balanced view it is cheaper if you invest in a flask or buy your snacks before your journey in a supermarket but if you can't be bothered to be organised then expext to pay over the odds for flavoured hot water and don't Complain on here about it..... honestly this is not the right platform to inspire genuine change.

Closed early, contrary to its stated opening times. They told me they can’t serve me despite it being half an hour before the stated closing time.

Giving extra stars as the woman who works there is lovely, but otherwise do yourself a favour and break your journey to go outside the station or take a flask! Really overpriced and poor quality coffee, esp. if you opt for non dairy milk.

Quick service but only half a cup of coffee, never seen a latte with so much foam on top. Havant coffee options have sadly declined.

This cafe has gone to the pits as of late!!!! Never open when it’s meant to be as advertised !! When open staff are too busy talking about their lives than too serve. Truely appalling service !!

Terrible coffee in a reg sized cup and charged for a large and it was only halved filled. Was so dissappointed but think it was possibly a new assistant so maybe it was by mistake.

Outdated shop looks like its still in Victorian era. Price of items extortionate. Any item your used to buying you can double the price and a bit more I'd you buy from here. My suggestion stay far away from these robbing f###s

Have always used Pumpkin but not anymore. To charge £2.20 for a small bottle of water is diabolical. That is really sharp practice as they know everyone needs water this weather.

Picked up a coffee and frappe here this morning. Both were excellent. The Salted Caramel Frappe was the beat I’ve had in ages. Service was friendly and fun.

Wish I could rate it higher, coffee is ok and you don't have to wait long that's the positive part but the staff in the platform 1 side where rude and not very friendly at all not even a acknowledgement when you say a thank you when you get your drink your just ment with a moody little woman frowning at you like you have just spat at her. I always thought it should be service with a smile not a frown. I think they need to do some customer service training in all honesty and a bit of tape to put a smile on her face. Hope no one else has to suffer the same miserable staff here.

She really must hate her job! Scowling and sulking all the time. Puts me off having a coffee after a hard morning's work.

I’ve been there a few times before and every time I have come away with mixed feelings. There is a lovely gentleman who works there and always serves me with a smile which acts as a great start to my day, however there is also an awfully rude woman who is extremely blunt and always scowls at the customs if they take too long with the card machine or take a couple seconds longer to find the right change. She has been terribly rude on more than one occasion despite my best efforts to smile and be a good customer. Will definitely be going to platform 2 for my coffee from now on!

The staff in the South side cafe are usually very pleasant and friendly. Today I popped in for a coffee, but noticed a cockroach visiting on the floor and changed my mind.

Yo estaba en el andén 1 esta mañana a las 6. 30. Normalmente no tienen un bocadillo de tocino calienta, pero yo estaba realmente hambriento. Mi razón para escribir esta crítica es no hacer con el bocadillo de bacon, pero más el excelente personal que entregó con las personalidades más alentador. La señora de hasta era tan alegre y alentador. Hemos oído algunas noticias acerca de la terrible atentados en el hotel Malmaison en Manchester. Fue genial para ser recibido por un personal feliz haciendo un trabajo estupendo en lo que son tiempos difíciles. El tocino sándwich y una taza de te estaban bien. El personal de la cafetería están haciendo un gran trabajo en lo que es un entorno bastante pobres. ¿Por qué hay una máquina tragaperras en un café de tren? ? No estoy seguro de que posee de calabaza, pero si lees este debe. Todo en la cafetería y ver lo que un gran trabajo las chicas están haciendo, también se deberían replantearse el régimen bastante pobre de asientos y mala calidad de muebles.

This chain is ok but why is the door wide open on a nasty cold morning? 'Because the supervisor says that if the door is closed people won't come in.' Ridiculous, especially as the branch on the opposite platform has all the doors closed.

Este café estación tiene dos partes, una en la plataforma 1 (a Brighton/Londres) y el otro en la plataforma 2 (a Portsmouth/Southampton) y es parte de una cadena. Ofrece los habituales bebidas calientes y frías, snacks y comida como rollos de tocino que calentarse en microondas. También venden periódicos y revistas.

Un excelente servicio al cliente, desde el cajero, que no solo se ofreció a guardar mi bebida en el congelador hasta mi tren, pero también me dio un vaso grande lleno de hielo y una pajita, así que pude disfrutar de mi refresco! Tan amable, me encanta ver a los miembros del personal ir más allá, Él merece agradecimiento! 5:30 pm en el 27/06. También no es culpa del personal que el lugar es horriblemente caro.

Tienda de lado de Londres, compramos una botella de agua, me cobraron £4.30 cuando se supone que debe ser £2.30 . ninguna disculpa cuando mi pareja señaló que había sido de corta cambió. Sorprendentemente, la señora sabía exactamente cuánto todavía le adeudaba ... creo que ella debe estar a un precio cafetera ... ten cuidado!

Metimos en un café con leche rápido durante un cambio de tren. El servicio era rápido (que era estupendo porque la mayoría de las personas están esperando a los trenes) pero no había personalidad o calidez en el servicio. El café era de una gran relación calidad-precio, pero parecía un poco quemado, tibia y no muy café y sabor.

lugar ideal para pasar el tiempo, si tienes que esperar para el tren - decente café y razonable selección de aperitivos, y amable personal cada vez que he estado. Una modesta selección de periódicos y revistas también disponibles para la venta. práctico lugar para salir del frío en un día con viento wintry.

we had two latte's and two americano's one cinnamon whirl and a pack of oat/raisin cookies. coffee hot and medium strength cookies very nice lots of fruit. Staff very friendly and very efficient a lovely start to a day on the choo choo
