Little , unassuming corner deli / cafe . But away from the crowds . I’ve eaten the best wrap so far. Delicious & healthy.

Wonderful to find somewhere doing delicious food that's also very good for you, I had the beetroot and humus on sourdough with avocado and it was gorgeous!

Lunch on the go. Was amazing quality and tasted fantastic. Little gem of a place in Barmouth. Definitely my sort of food.

My partner and I went to squeeze today and I can honestly say what we had was amazing my partner had the acai bowl and said it was amazing and defo be having it again, myself im not the healthiest eater as can see on my profile but I tried the loaded toast and had a fruit juice which were lovely and can honestly say I’d have the same again. There’s so many other healthy food options and juices also they do Rolls with different fillings.. Defiantly will be going back. Cheers.
