The food here is always great. Pizza is so flavourful, I love it here better than dominos in my opinion

meal deal is good value for dinner. decent pizza if a bit greasy, tasty tomato sauce, garlic dip and sides.

Absolutely awful customer service! I placed an order on Uber eats! 10.40pm rang them at 10.42pm because I ordered the wrong pizza. The guy said sorry lovely your pizza is already made, and hung up the phone!! How ridiculous within two minutes! The pizza is made! Never ordering from them again! Don’t think they understand the importance of customer service!!!

Don’t eat here I had wings from here and had belly problems for a week not good wings

Food came a little earlier than said which was good but the pizza was barely warm & wasn't the best of tasting. Iv used these a few times but this was the final nail In the coffin for me.

Order a pizza, ask for Donna and chicken tikka, there was no donna, rang the shop and said you haven’t gave the correct order, very rude, told me I’ll give you 4 free topping on your next pizza, I would never recommend this shop. Their customer service is appalling.

Really good crew with professional behaviour

The best chicken fillet burgers I went there again tonight waited over half just for them to put my pizza in the oven and while I stood there they were just messing around also so had to go to the cash point to take money out because they can't use the card machine tonight's experience as one of the worst I've ever had in any takeaway in Cardiff and I will never be returning again.

Fantastic food and very very reasonably priced the kid's and myself loved it and will definitely be using again.

You need to concentrate on your customers that come in the shop aswell as the delivery orders that you have going out, waited ages for a 10lns pizza, customer service shocking, won't be using this shop again

Waited 45 min in the shop for 2 x 10 inch pizza and 6 wings. They clearly forgot I ordered wings, made the wings and then forgot to pack it. No apology, just a free can of diet coke. Won't be coming here again which is a shame because the Grangetown branch is so good.

Never again! Big mistake going to this place. The worst customer experience I've had in a long time took nearly an hour waiting inside to make a few chicken burgers meals. They don't even seem to care. Would give zero stars if I could.

Tandoori Hot pizza was fantastic!

Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered again. When it opened it was lovely. But unfortunately today it wasn't. Burnt & bland :( won't order again.

Orded 3 large pizzas for 3 family's as we had guests and some extras. 1 of the three pizzas the one I would of ate tasted very funny. The taste was embedded in the base. It was the taste/smell of a very dirty oven/ tray. The type that's been unwashed for months. Never ever again. Clearly they ain't cleaning them every shift or even every week. Be warned its Russian roulette what tray your pizza goes in. We burned the whole pizza in the evening fire. And to top it off everyone who ate said it wasn't pleasant coming back out.

Omg i never ever face any bad customer service like this. I just ask them how long it will take for delivery and the guy on the phone is shouting. Horrible customer service. I am not live in Cardiff otherwise i love to see him in person

Gone downhill massively. Very Rude staff. Get orders wrong.

Would love to rate this place higher because I order from them regularly and the food is great. But they seem to have some pretty consistent problems. Firstly the orders, I have more than once had the wrong drink, or no drink at all, and the poor driver had to go back and get it, and on one occasion someone else's order entirely. I cant fault them on correcting it, they sort it ASAP but it kinda makes the second and most important problem worse. Their delivery times. I've ordered thru Uber and Just Eat, both services predict a 20-40min delivery time. You will wait at least an hour. I dont know if there is an issue instore or with delivery but it takes forever. Standard is an hour and a half. No matter the time of day. I now order well in advance

The pizza is great. The problem is the delivery, I made an order for 2 pizza and got someones eles order. I keep calling the place but it keeps saying the lines busy. I called over 100 times using 2 phones and still no one answered the phone. Mr and my family are hungry its late and we don't like the pizza we got instead of what we ordered.

Order pizza and garlic dips and was told on phone 12 50 when turn up was shocked to find out it was 14 pound now 12 50

Would choose no stars if I could. Asked for a pizza without cheese on top, waited 2 hours for delivery in total and yeah, it arrived with cheese. Not impressed, not ordering again.

Really helpful and understanding. Ordered through uber eats and had many issues, they ended up making fresh food and ensuring it got delivered right after. The food is amazing regardless, and staff are amazing. Would definitely recommend this place, however only order through them directly or through just eat.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Order was late and both pizzas completely raw in the middle. Rang up the restaurant to complain and was told by a supervisor that nothing was wrong and we didn't deserve a refund. Shocking customer service, they do not deserve your business!

Order didn't even arrive after 1 hr 45 min and the shop didn't even answer the phone. They couldn't care less. Don't bother ordering.

Rang shop to enquire about my late order, whoever the guy was who answered the phone didnt answer with a greeting just a dull hello, he had no manners at all and his attitude was stinking, he put the phone down on me before our conversation ended and didn't even say bye, manners cost nothing

Awful, smoke in the whole place, waiting for ages, nobody cares if you're there, nevef going back

the attitude and customer service is disgusting, banging food but they need to change there staff, who ever is on that phone needs a different job

I often order from Square Pizza Co on Just Eat and never have any problems. However the one time I've ordered from Uber Eats, it's been awful. Our food wasnt delivered until over an hour later and we didn't even recieve the dips we ordered. Not impressed

Food is okay and management were polite but over an hour dilivery wait on our first order, decided to give them a second shot (this time through ubereats) and we waited over an hour and no delivery time as it kept getting pushed back. Cancelled the order and won't be ordering from them again

Really tasty pizza. Excellent price. Fed four and a half of us easily. Great parking. About 15-20 waiting for it to cook so not bad at all.

One of the best pizzas ever tried

Really really average pizza. Some of the meat used was on notably cheap quality. Wedges and onion rings as part of meal deal were soft and undercooked. There was nothing awful about the pizza but nor would it warrant a second try really. Delivery was fairly slow too.

Very kind and hospitable chefs who always cook the perfect pizza. Also the pizzas fit the box almost perfectly leaving spare space and maximizing pizza quantity. All at a fair rate too, all of my encounters to date have been from walk in collections where there is minimal wait (no more than 10 minutes)

Spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. Ordered 2 large pizzas with a garlic pizza side for £14.99 for 2 people sharing but was honestly big enough to feed 6!! Couldn't decide my toppings so staff made me a 'special' which was totally gorg. Highly recommend

Found the whole ordering experience very difficult and food was nothing special. Impossible language barrier, rude staff, don’t accept card payment (even though card machine present). It won’t last.

Really bright and open shop, with seated waiting area and there is also the option to eat in. The staff were pleasant and the prep and cooking area looked clean and tidy. The food is really well priced and was freshly made. However regardless of the well priced food it just isn't for me. It felt like something was missing. Also, not offering card payments automatically loses a start for inconvenience.
