Cuidado, este lugar es caro y lo uso ocasionalmente como un regalo especial. Esta vez fui recibido por un letrero que decía que todos los clientes deben usar guantes, pero mientras llenaba mi helado, un grupo de adolescentes estaban sentadas con los pies en los bancos y sin guantes y haciendo un escándalo. Me quejé sobre el pago a un joven que se puso rojo y les dio excusas. Entonces, como le dije, una regla para algunos, mientras que otros la desobedecen. Mi bañera de un minuto cuesta 2. 80 que tomó sin guantes. Qué absurdo. Los sabores de los helados son originales y divinos. Disfruté del jengibre natural. Volvere.

Una gran selección de yogur helado y helados y una gran variedad de ingredientes. La masa de galletas de caramelo salada era buena. Las piezas Kinder bueno son siempre imprescindibles y las salsas de chocolate.

Feliz por la visita y el amable personal, especialmente el gerente Marisol es muy agradable, delicioso yogurt de helado y mucho sabor, definitivamente volverá.

Primero visitamos este lugar en Nochebuena después de un paseo por el parque. Lo hemos hecho nuestro lugar para tomar un helado cuando estamos con nuestro nieto. Es un ambiente impecablemente limpio y alegre donde puede decidir cuánto o qué poco de helado, yogurt congelado y coberturas desea. Perfecto para los pequeños que solo se casan con monturas pequeñas. Es divertido para diez elegir la suya. El personal siempre ha sido muy amable y paciente con nuestro pequeño. También sirven el café y para los que no son golosos. Además, hay una gama de asientos que es perfecta para todas las edades. La gran pantalla de TV con películas para niños es un gran extra adicional. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente para el trato familiar.

Primera vez aquí anoche. Me impresionó la elección de yogures congelados, coberturas y salsas. Me dieron el froyo de terciopelo rojo, galletas y crema de froyo y el froyo de caramelo salado que estaban todos deliciosos. Obtuve oreo, malvas, chispas, hojuelas y puse un poco de salsa de chocolate y salsa de kinder bueno encima. Delicioso. Lo único fue que olvidé que pesan tu bañera y luego te cobran según el peso. . . lo cual es caro cuando te vuelves loco con los ingredientes. . ooops! Súper delicioso sin embargo. Yo regresaría

Just out of this establishment. Didn’t get an hello or how can I help you? We didn’t know what to do as it was our first time, but the two staff members were more interested in taking the Christmas tree down. Awful atmosphere and needed a good clean. Disappointing.

VERY bad customer service, especially an Asian girl. I do not know what She is doing to the public. I will not come back !!!

I brought my girls here to try out this novel concept in frozen yoghurt desserts. Gr8 concept and an import from the States with our Norn Irish twist!! I must say it’s fun and simple to use, and the ‘build your own’ idea is a master stroke. It satisfies and intrigues young and old!!! My only comments would be that there is too much selection and it can be expensive if fully loaded so beware!!! At £1.75 per 100g it’s hard to gauge just how much you actually pick. The tastes on offer are very varied from fresh fruit to sweets of all sorts, chocolate-hot and cold and cereals, there’s certainly something for all throughout the day. The verdict my girls loved it, I wouldn’t rush back it’s not my cup of tea!

Was served by a man with glasses and brown hair and his customer service was very poor, will not be back from that encounter alone... also very overpriced for what it’s worth. Although in fairness the capuccinos are good

Sarah was extremely helpful and offered us samples when we couldn’t decide what we wanted. She was so friendly and recommended her favourite flavours. She created a lovely atmosphere, you are lucky to have such a delight in your store.

Nice yoghurt and good idea but really overpriced which is a shame as you might get more customers if you lowered your prices

A group of 8 of us went here for a treat on a Thursday evening. I do not eat yogurt so I wasn't sure if I would like it. Well the selection is amazing - there must have been about 40 different flavours. The price is based on weight so you get a carton and you fill it with whichever flavours you like (you pump them from an ice cream type machine) then you add the toppings or fruit you want and weigh it. Be careful of the heavy things like strawberries :-) Very clean and friendly staff.

Visited Spoon Street on a lazy Monday afternoon off. I'd been to the other store in Ann street and it's the same model, I love it! You select your container size and fill as much or as little as you like, add toppings, weigh and pay! Easy peasy! Natural tart flavour Red velvet Peanut butter Chocolate and many more Toppings include fresh fruit and granola or smarties. I really like the natural tart flavour with berries, you can kid yourself it's healthy.
