Spoon Street in Belfast

Beware this place is expensive and I use it occasionally as a special treat. This time I was greeted by a sign saying all customers must wear gloves,but as I was filling my ice cream a gaggle of teenage girls were sitting with their feet on the benches and wearing no gloves and making a racket, I complained upon payment to a young man who went red and made excuses for them. So as I told him one rule fur some whilst others flout it. My minute tub cost £2.80 which he took without gloves. How absurd. The ice cream flavours are original and divine. I enjoyed the natural ginger one. I will go back.

Such a great selection of frozen yoghurt and ice creams and a big variety of toppings. The salted caramel cookie dough was good. Kinder bueno pieces are always an essential and the chocolate sauces.

Happy for the visit & friendly staff especially the manager Marisol shes very pleasant, yummy ice cream yogurt & loads of flavour, definitely will come back.

We first visited this place on Christmas Eve after a walk in the park. We have made it our go to place for ice cream when with our grandson. It is a spotlessly clean, cheerful atmosphere where you can decide how much or how little ice cream, frozen yogurt and toppings you want. Perfect for little ones who only wed tiny mounts. It is Lao fun for ten to choose their own. The staff have always been very friendly and patient with our wee one. They also serve the and coffee for those without a sweet tooth. In addition there is a range of seating which is perfect for all ages. The big TV screen with children’s movies on is a great added extra. Cant recommend highly enough for family treat.

First time here last night. I was impressed with the choice of frozen yoghurts, toppings and sauces. I got the red velvet froyo, cookies and cream froyo and the salted caramel froyo which were all yummy. I got oreo, mallows, sprinkles, flake to top and put some chocolate sauce and kinder bueno sauce over it. Delicious. Only thing was I forgot they weigh your tub and then charge you based on the weight... which is pricey when you go wild on the toppings.. ooops! Super yummy though. I would go back.

Just out of this establishment. Didn’t get an hello or how can I help you? We didn’t know what to do as it was our first time, but the two staff members were more interested in taking the Christmas tree down. Awful atmosphere and needed a good clean. Disappointing.

VERY bad customer service, especially an Asian girl. I do not know what She is doing to the public. I will not come back !!!

I brought my girls here to try out this novel concept in frozen yoghurt desserts. Gr8 concept and an import from the States with our Norn Irish twist!! I must say it’s fun and simple to use, and the ‘build your own’ idea is a master stroke. It satisfies and intrigues young and old!!! My only comments would be that there is too much selection and it can be expensive if fully loaded so beware!!! At £1.75 per 100g it’s hard to gauge just how much you actually pick. The tastes on offer are very varied from fresh fruit to sweets of all sorts, chocolate-hot and cold and cereals, there’s certainly something for all throughout the day. The verdict my girls loved it, I wouldn’t rush back it’s not my cup of tea!

Was served by a man with glasses and brown hair and his customer service was very poor, will not be back from that encounter alone... also very overpriced for what it’s worth. Although in fairness the capuccinos are good

Sarah was extremely helpful and offered us samples when we couldn’t decide what we wanted. She was so friendly and recommended her favourite flavours. She created a lovely atmosphere, you are lucky to have such a delight in your store.

Nice yoghurt and good idea but really overpriced which is a shame as you might get more customers if you lowered your prices

A group of 8 of us went here for a treat on a Thursday evening. I do not eat yogurt so I wasn't sure if I would like it. Well the selection is amazing - there must have been about 40 different flavours. The price is based on weight so you get a carton and you fill it with whichever flavours you like (you pump them from an ice cream type machine) then you add the toppings or fruit you want and weigh it. Be careful of the heavy things like strawberries :-) Very clean and friendly staff.

Visited Spoon Street on a lazy Monday afternoon off. I'd been to the other store in Ann street and it's the same model, I love it! You select your container size and fill as much or as little as you like, add toppings, weigh and pay! Easy peasy! Natural tart flavour Red velvet Peanut butter Chocolate and many more Toppings include fresh fruit and granola or smarties. I really like the natural tart flavour with berries, you can kid yourself it's healthy.
