Spitfire Pizza & Grill in Birmingham

Food was missing chicken wings. And other food was freezing cold.

Food ready earlier (thanks!) so collected, greeted me politely saying he saw my request for jalepenos instead of sweetcorn on my pizza and he waited to put my fries in fresh in the bag, lovely fresh food, lovely service 5* hygiene too thank you!

Food was delivered late, however had a call of the manager of the store who offered us free food for the inconvenience which I think was very good of them.

We only order for delivery, the lady is perfect never gets our order wrong, however the owner of the shop, is rude, arrogant, obnoxious, and as much as we love the food we will never order from there again.

Great quality food and fast delivery. I asked to remove the Jalapenos from an item and they did just that. Always good quality food and good service from Spitfire

Whoever wrapped the naan kebab needs a pay rise 👍 no leakage and perfect size for my big gob

Chips wasent in the the thing they was meant to be all over the place in bag and the pizza was dripping with grease and it was cold in the middle of the pizza

absolutly luv the pizza's but asked for 2 lot's of pineapple as an option for the topping and there wasn't many on there

Tasty hot food cooked to order. Personally id ring shop and place order that way your not waoting 20_30 mins for chicken

Foods Average, I've been here 3 times jn the last few months and my orders been wrong every time. Edit: The first time, I came here on my break from work, drove back to work and realised it was wrong. I wouldn't of had time to sort it out. The 2nd time was after a football match just before your closing time. There wouldn't of been any point in trying to sort it out because you would of been closed. The 3rd time, which is what this review was for. I drove home, I'm not going to drive all the way back because you gave me something I didn't ask for instead of something I did. It's just annoying that you can't get my orders right. Maybe I'm the just the unlucky one

the restaurant called to say they were running late with our order and apologised but added extra chicken and bottle of pop and no charge to us no other restaurant has done that.

Food was stone cold, pizzas had hardly any toppings on and didn’t taste of anything was so bland. Wouldn’t order again went straight into the bin

1hour 45 mins late. rang them woman said sorry fir delay it's leaving now. no explanation nothing she put phone down. when delivery arrived 8 minutes later considering I literally live 3 minutes around the corner the lady was rude. when I asked what the delay was. said I told the last people it's not my fault get in touch with spitfire. son followed her to the end of the drive to ask her what her problem was and it wasn't even her driving it was a male he sped off.

These guys are fab, quality of food is consistent, price is reasonable, staff very friendly and helpful x

Forgot the bottle of pop with the meal

MADE MY ORDER, all confirmed, waited 1.5hrs only to call the restaurant and they said it’s been closed for months!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND

Just to start basically there was a bit of a mistake and my too good to go was meant to have been cancelled, as they did not have any left over food, but this store was so helpful they recognised their mistake and they cooked me a fresh pizza, Kebab meat and chips, which I thought was really, really good service. And weather it is on too good to go or not Iwill definitely be using this store again and also the food was fantastic. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. Customer service like this is non existent everywhere else normally.

Been going here for years now since they opened and it's always been 10/10 food and service. Best Pizzas I've eaten and overall great food on the entire menu, and always cooked just right, never over or undercooked. And all the staff from the owners to the drivers are super friendly <3 :) I definitely recommend their pizzas if you're looking for a new pizza place!

Delivery driver always on time. Food quality very bad. Paid for salad no salad arrived and salad that came with kebab and fries was old. Used to order everyweek from them but never again. Last 5 times food was very bad quality so will not order from them again.

The atmosphere was the best part, showing the history of WW1 and WW2 spitfires was amazing and the food was greater than my expectations especially for the pricing. The only problem is the seating options were subpar with only being a high table and 4 stools.

The kebab was 10/10. Surprised the bag didn't rip open from the weight and size of the kebab and fries, the boxes are huge and both sides completely full

Excellent and tasty food and great prices, i had the best donner meat and fries here, the pizzas are very popular, the bueno milkshake i had was very nice. Everything about this place is high quality, very clean place with great attention to cleanliness, friendly and welcoming staff.

This is one of the best take out places I’ve been to. Couldn’t recommend it enough. I’ve had a few things from there now and keep trying something different each time. The zinger burger is my personal favourite. In alot of places the chicken can taste quite processed but here it’s delicious. Also ordered a pizza which again didn’t disappoint. Very good quality food and the service too 10/10.

Ordered from here plenty of times and never been disappointed. Food always come on time, if not early, and arrives in good condition. Delivery drivers are polite and courteous, food is good quality, and the prices are pretty fair. Overall, a consistently great restaurant

Tried the fried chicken and it was really well cooked and seasoned. It was late when I ordered so bossman gave me some free wings. What a guy!

This place is the only takeaway I go to now. Food is always perfect, chicken better than KFC. Nice staff. They deserve a 5 star rating.

Order arrived early, piping hot food and tasted delicious as always! My husband ordered the peri chicken strips, I tried one and they were amazing! We also had pizza, fries and cheese chilli nuggets which are always spot on. Just the best takeaway all round 👌
