The whole idea of having food while watching a movie is great, and the food is good although it is very expensive due to being in the cinema.

Had early dinner whilst watching movie with my son. The cinema is so spacious and comfortable, having a meal during a movie is fairly easy and we were excited for the experience. The staff were polite & explained the process clearly My son had tapas (three for £16) with a side of chips. I had burger with bacon, Red Leicester cheese and chips. I had Diet Coke & my son had Oreo milkshake At subtotal of £47 this, I felt was a little steep Still, for an artisan burger…maybe? My son really enjoyed his Oreo milkshake but I think the reason being it was only this that was made from scratch. The chips were floppy and soggy, tasting microwaved. The “buttermilk chicken” in my son’s tapas was greasy and honestly tasted like anything but buttermilk. The garlic dough balls in the tapas were admittedly delicious but the artisan burger…. Was painfully fine. I was reminded of burgers you get at funfairs or markets for £3. The patty was tasty, sauce was tasty but very very greasy, to the level I had to keep wiping grease from my mouth & fingers The super artisan brioche type bun was cold & fell apart a little with the grease. The bacon was delicious but cold To be honest, wouldn’t recommend- too expensive for what it is - basically cheap car boot food on a fancy plate

16 of us sat down to have a Xmas meal. To our delight the tables were made very nice and in a festive manner. The food when served was piping hot, and absolutely delicious, as with the starters and deserts. James and Nang did us extremely proud. I urge anyone contemplating giving them a visit, go ahead have a meal, l assure you, you will not be disappointed Well worth visiting, looking forward to the next one.

Not very good TBF. Ordered a vegetable spring roll and got a beansprout spring roll and also ordered chicken with green peppers in a black bean sauce which was very bland and no peppers just bland sauce. Chinese roast pork fried rice was stodgy and the pork was not roast pork. All in all very disappointed, we live not too far away from here too and will have to find an alternative.

If you expect some sort of customer service or want them to take care of your ALLERGY REQUIREMENTS, never go to Domino's PIZZA. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ALLERGIES/ FOOD TOLERANCE. Today, around 6:30pm, I ordered a pizza from Domino's @ Stratford Upon Avon, I had the worst customer service from a very rude guy who served me. He had an attitude, was unpresent, and used foul language. Plus, he was talking in his own language very rudely. It all started when I was mentioning about allergy requirements. My daughter, who is 9 years old, has severe allergies to beef and pork. Therefore, I asked them to take care of my order and do a pizza with some vegetables and chicken. He went mad at me and asked me to hurry up and order, but he didn't answer me about my allergy requirements. Then I ordered a vegetarian pizza with chicken. He did not informed or make notes about my requirements regarding allergies to the staff , and he did not communicate with pizza makers. I was overlooking how they made the pizza, and I could clearly see that contamination had occurred, and they didn't pay any attention to allergies. In the end, I didn't let my daughter touch that pizza. I was very disappointed with their service, and I was really surprised to see a person with a bad attitude working and destroying a good brand name. Also, it's so funny to see them talking in their own language insultingly in front of customers. Domino's should invest in training, specifically allergy awareness and customer service. I am very disappointed, and I request everyone not to go there when there are so many other options. Definitely, they don't know how to take care of allergies, and there is NO customer service in the so-called DOMINO'S.
