The Royal China in Stratford-on-Avon

Not very good TBF. Ordered a vegetable spring roll and got a beansprout spring roll and also ordered chicken with green peppers in a black bean sauce which was very bland and no peppers just bland sauce. Chinese roast pork fried rice was stodgy and the pork was not roast pork. All in all very disappointed, we live not too far away from here too and will have to find an alternative.

It's a takeaway.. food is okay but a bit bland. On a positive, this place is open on a Monday whereas most are closed

Chow mein - is awful tasteless Shredded chilli beef - is awful, tasteless defo wouldn’t recommend BBQ sauce - again no flavour or taste was like water not a sauce BBQ ribs - were okay

First thing to address: The portions are sooo much bigger than others in the area! Also cheaper! I regularly get Chinese takeaways and have tried a few in the area and this may be one of the best. They tailored the dishes to our liking and answered any questions about the ingredients too. The only thing I would say could improve is the 30 minute wait time to collect - although we did order during the busy period - the food was delicious and worth the wait.

Food is always beautifully cooked but can take a while some times though there is not a microwave in sight.

Great Chinese, food was lovely, not greasy like you find in some places. Just good looking food with a nice flavour. Will be going again soon.

Terrible food tonight. This place used to be great but what a waste of 38 quid. Basic and overcooked. Rubbish.!!

We had a great takeaway last night. It was quite a big order and they prepared it really quickly. Very tasty and not greasy. The only drawback is they only take cash.

The food is cooked to order and tastes really fresh. Staff are friendly and there's free WiFi while they cook your food. Definitely would recommend.

I like this place. There aren't that many dishes available but the ones that are there are nice. A lot of various chicken dishes. The deserts aren't the best but I can't complain. Staff are nice and it's very conveinient.
