Slow drive through wrong food no milkshakes! Sad children

Been going here for years. Occasionally we get a random thing missing here and there but the staff will help greatly if you go up to the front. They keep the place clean and tidy and the atmosphere is decent. Workers are friendly and drive through is quite efficient even when busy. Recommend asking for sauces at the last window rather than during the order.

I had a drive through, the meal was the worst I’ve ever had from McDonalds, it was like eating card board, clearly been sitting for hours, not fresh at all

Staff friendly and easy to park.

The food isn’t bad there, however it is by far the worst McDonald’s I have been to for mobile reception. I literally couldn’t open the app to get a code for the self service machines for 20 minutes.

Food wasn't amazing and presentation was awful. The click and collect bays are just placed by 4 spaces so all 4 cars around it have the same collection bay number.

Food... Disgusting 😡 when I got it as they gave me someone else's order and gave me there's. 25 mins waiting for them to sort it and they just tried to swap the bags after someone else mooching through my food and was stoned cold. After 30mins, food got sorted... Got home and stone cold 🥶 and that was fresh of the racks. What we eaten was poor and threw the rest away. I was shocked how much Mcdon had gone up in price and was 50/50 on buying in the first place. That terrible experience I had there was enough to close the lid on Mcdon for good for me. Poor service, poor food and not worth the price they are asking.... Too expensive.

Visited here on Sunday August 18th 2024 at around 8:30am. The brown sauce bottle was empty. We sat outside because we have a dog, but we were disgusted at how dirty the tables were. It was obvious that no one had cleaned up out there the night before, or filled the brown sauce pot. Management needs to get on top of he cleanliness element.

Its a maccies. They are all the same. Food came fast though.

Ordered via App and collected through drive thru. Foid order was accurate, and hot.

Used to be 100% last three visits food has been cold warm at best which is a shame hope this helps improve the situation as its the only change as in I eat at same place everytime so can't be down to distance etc

Toilets are disgusting. There’s poo all over the floor and toilet seats. Obviously haven’t been cleaned all day. Smell disgusting put us off our food, mist unhygienic place I’ve ever been

The food is alright, the chips are always over or under salted and sometimes they forget to give you things so always check. The last 4 times I’ve been there, after my 3 minutes drive home my chips were cold. Inside is moderately fine, sometimes the floor is a bit dirty but, eh. Altogether not too bad considering it's a McDonald's

When they learn how to make a coffee or a burger that looks like the pictures I might give a four. The daily wraps are good value.

Was quiet but at least they got our order correct although it wasn’t as quick as I expected with table service. I can’t complain as we ordered wraps.

Ordered a hat trick meal here yesterday 14/06/24 have been being sick all night worse I’ve ever been haven’t eaten anything since lunchtime have the McDonald’s at 9pm and then sick all night long , I tried to inform McDonald’s about this but was told I could only report this to head office via the app which means I have to now download an app just to complain . Never going back here for food again and their service is terrible . Hopefully no one else has got what I had from eating this rubbish overpriced meal .

Drive thru was backed up, not particularly peak time but they haven’t got to grips with how to keep things flowing. Avoid it.

Went for a breakfast mcmuffin. Food was hot and good service.

Food was rubbish. The chips were no way near hot enough and the Mycspicey burger we sent back because it was over cooked and very tough , but it was also cold. The replacement was warm, but again over cooked and very tough. The only saving grace was the staff were very helpful, but totally short staffed. It will be a very very long time for me to revisit your establishment.

Order slow, incomplete, bad coffee. Missing food and took a really long time to get our food. Service was not good either.

Hi Robert Holdcroft. Unfortunately breakfast was very slow and unorganized mainly because of the trainees not knowing if they should put it on a tray for eat in or what the hell I will put everything in a bag. Also the BBQ sauce dispenser was empty and when I had to go back up to the till the trainee didn't look too happy. .

Probably the slowest McDonalds I have ever visited and then the order was wrong!

Very slow service. Took 15 minutes to get a breakfast mcmuffin and a coffee. Lots of very unhappy customers standing around while staff seemed to have no idea how to prioritise the queues preferring to just look after newer orders instead.

Thank you so very much to the staff being so helpful after I broke down .. unfortunately other establishments refused to help but the staff here did not hesitate.. can’t thank you enough

Bad customer interaction, every time I have been here

Absolutely shocking service 20min wait waiting 4 drinks had 2 inform the manager who had our food remade very bad attitude from staff serving got home found regular coffee in a large cup when I ordered large this used 2 b a good place going down hill fast

Drive thru service very bad today. I am still waiting i last 12 minutes. Food not come yet .. they put me now on parking bay 1. Still waiting,my God, I'm so hungry.

The best Fish burger in town. I wish McDonald’s make one, only one branch “Halal”. I miss Chicken burger. Only I can eat when travel to Middle East or Pakistan. Come on guys. Muslim population is increasing. Please think about it.

A happy a friendly example of a modern Maccies

Went here and it was dead me and a few other men in the whole place we spent 30mins waiting for two burgers and some nuggets I ordered 2 double quarter pounders and after the wait both of the double quarter pounders were singles then we had to wait a further 5mins for the new burgers to be cooked very slow and not even busy after they remade the burgers correct they were very nice but did take a long time.

Staff are always very pleasant and polite. Only use the drive - through, but food orders aren't always able to be picked up whilst queuing meaning trying to find a place on the car park which tends to be busy from the adjoining motel. Plus point is that when you do get your food it's mostly what you have ordered although napkins, sauces and straws can be a bit hit and miss.

Drive thru orders seem to be accurate and the quality of the food is better than Evesham.

Not the best experience when you see food prep being done. NO GLOVES NO HAIR NETS NO BEARD NETS BUT the icing on the cake was seeing the person making burgers then pushing the rubbish down into the bin and carrying on preparing food. DISGUSTING HYGIENE

Wrong order given - a big tasty ordered amongst other items ,the bun only had Lettuce in it - nothing else - don't waste your money here ,they seem surprised when you place a food order ( this was an order just for 2 people !)

I only use the toilet in this place.

Slowest McDonald's ever. Not the staffs fault, I think they just need more staff on. I don't think there's enough on each shift. It's been slow for years and years, not a new problem. Genuinely the slowest service I've ever had from a maccies whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. I usually do drive thru but went in for take away today thinking it'd be quicker. No. My number went off the board way before it was even called probably because it'd been there too long! 20 mins waiting for a mcmuffin and latte

This McDonald's is great. The food is always hot and the quality is always consistent from this outlet. I dont live that close to this outlet but often find a reason to stop in as the food is always a good standard. Credit where credit is due.

Had to wait a while l, food ok but missing items when I got home.

The service was poor.. I kindly asked if my food was ready and the worker responded yes it's here in the bag. I had to ask could I have it then and take the bag as she was taking slow and continued to talk to someone else... rude and very un professional.. don't want to pull the raise card but I was the only black person I seen in the area being here the night

Terrible service with drive through had to wait 10 minutes then no sugar, pepper, serviettes or syrup with the porridge and syrup. Never again will go to new Greggs or Bikkies Buttys on Alcester industrial estate next time.

Tills didn’t work , kept deleting my order , spent 5 mins trying to get everything ordered on a faulty till. Waited 15mins for food to be served even though I was the only person inside (it was about 11:30pm). Got home and my burger was missing but been charged for it! Cannot claim money back as checked out as a guest on the till - infuriating

Why the order screens only allow for take outs is ridiculous, resulting in long queues at the counter and the same again if requiring a dessert later. The mens toilets have a urine soaked floor under the urinals indicating no cleaning of late. If needing milk for drinks it has to be requested behind the counter, other mcdonalds has this by the condiment area making things a lot easier Things need sorting

Why is it that I’m in drive thru for 10 minutes every morning wait for 2 coffees no queue staff never at window to take payments or make drinks absolutely disgraceful

Today I had a Big Cheesy with bacon meal for my lunch, bet they're nice when they're hot !!! Chips (sorry fries) were stone cold as was the burger... Orange Fanta was not available, had to make do with coke .... You are on a services next to dual carriageways so a return and complaint is not an option ...😕😕

Wait was around 10mins, ordered with no tomatoes but came with them anyway, despite the sticker being correct! Was reasonable clean inside

Same old problem foods good quality. Staff friendly. BUT food is cold . Why you go to a fish & chip shop the foods hot . McDonald’s what ever branch food cold , Luke warm if you’re lucky !!!! Needs sorting out .

Absolute joke, told to wait in Bay, after over 20 minutes waiting I go inside to complain and told by the manager it had been sent out. Arguing with him it hadn't he found it Sat on the side, apologized and said do you want me to make a fresh order, I declined, wasn't waiting over 20 minutes again, safe to say won't be going back, wouldn't mind, but there had to be easily 10 people or more behind the counter 😡

Used drive thru really poor food soggy tepid fries no milkshake available (again) I think they're just to lazy to clean the machine but I'm sure the 3 people stood in the serving kiosk had more important things to discuss

Call this a fast food joint, just miserable people taking 30 minutes to serve my food and then when asked about it they said they had forgot. JOKE !

This branch should be branded snail pace food not fast food as it is always freezing. Don’t get me started on the brain and heart freeze I had the other day from the “strawberry lemonade” after their drinks machines were out of order. I genuinely thought I was having an aneurism

Every time I go through drive thru they always seem to get the order wrong, ordered a Mcspicy and got a Mc chicken sandwich in a Mc spicy box, ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single and the chips are 9 times out of 10 cold and undercooked. I mean come on put the right food in the right boxes.. basic

Ordered a breakfast roll meal with no ketchup or brown sauce. One latte and one hot chocolate. Received one hot chocolate, one latte and a bacon roll with ketchup. I did not know about the roll untill I was about 3 miles up the A46. Can you please tell me. What breed of monkey are you actually employing there?

Served us fries that were HOT and FRESH so couldn't be happier!

Not good. I asked for a happy meal with a toy and chocolate milkshake, got a book, and a vanilla milkshake. Also, my coke was tasteless. The double quarter pounder was ok, but overall, it was not good by time we found wrong stuff in order to far to go back.

Possibly the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever visited. Fries and dirt all over the floor, while staff standing around chatting at a very quiet time of day.
