Spicy Sizzler Takeaway in North Lanarkshire

Got order wrong and I was allergic to the sauce I specifically asked not to have and refused to take anything to do with it and refused to give refund and started to dish out cheek as I asked for said things and things I did get that were correct were wrecked. I got verbally abused and harassed when I asked for compensation to my wasted money. BUMPING BASTARDS.

Wouldn’t recommend this place only got chicken pakora and it was over cooked won’t be back

Pizza so greasy and not able to eat it

This is the way i got my food the pepperoni had a stale smell and then the munchy box was fulla grease and everything had to put it all in the bin contacted them for a refund n got told I’d get one now there not giving me one lolll how can they say this “they informed us that their establishment undergoes weekly inspections by the NHS, ensuring food quality remains at the highest standard.” Clearly they don’t lol!!!

My boy absolutely loved the munchy box - we were still eating it the next day. Edit: ordered the biggest munchy box again, still enough to feed two for dinner and leftovers for lunch the next day.

Ordered food didn’t arrive but been charged

1 star is too generous for the absolute disgraceful product service and attitude from staff, they don't understand clear English, talk over you on the phone even after they've messed up your order, if you want to waste your money this is the place for you, after calling to inform about my wrong order, I was told I'd get a call back in two minutes, I told the member of staff to take my number down as it was wrong on just eat, he told me he had done this, but obviously that was too difficult for the non English speaking staff, after 25 minutes I called back and they said the boss would call me back in two minutes. Another 20 minutes go by and I called again the disrespectful owner who wouldn't let me get two words in, talking over me telling me that he was calling the number on justeat which I already informed his brain dead staff it was incorrect, the owner then proceeded to tell me to f off, so know that this restaurant will mess your order up have you waiting 45 mins on a solution just to tell you to f off shows how much they appreciate the people putting money in their pockets, absolute scum.

Ordered a small dinner chips and cheese. Portion was huge and tasted very fresh

One star is generous,food is bland ,no taste at all ,when you order a Tikka u expect flavour, the meal felt as though it had been watered down, 😔, only saving grace was I had a voucher so I didn't pay full price,big let down, should have trusted the reviews on previous peoples experiences , and waited 2 hours for the food aswell

Not a very good 1st impression I ordered out here tonight for the 1st time. I got a king kebab and chips. When it came I knew I wasn't going to be happy as soon as I took the box out the bag. Now I've handled a lot of pizza boxes with king kebabs in them so I knew from how little it weighed I knew I was going to be disappointed. If it wasn't for the chips I would have given this a 1star. I will not be ordering from here again. It has a long way to go before it can compete with surrounding takeaways. I won't waste my money here. Be warned people .

There nearly every week but so disappointed tonight waited over 2 hours for food and when it arrived there was no sauce with the kebab and the cajun chicken burger wasn't as good as last time. Shame. Won't be back

What a find!! Best of the best place in this small town for curry and rice . Superb food with a good choice, Great ambience, Friendliest staff, Amazingly clean!! The owner is wonderful... Could not praise enough! Will definitely visit again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Placed an order through just eat got pizza an a large chicken pakora which cost alone £8.20 to open and you get 8 small pieces, phoned the shop to complain for the person that answered the phone whos name is Daniel be so cheeky and ignorant no customer service skills what so ever a total disgrace, will not be spending my hard earned cash in a place like that ever again 😡😡😡😡

Ordered via Uber Eats .. no show .. called takeaway who advised they turned Uber Eats off and no order placed, but money paid … this is 2 hrs later … disgusting customer service 😡

Ordered a special buffet which was good enough for the price, All Curries was delicious 😋 Definitely coming back 🤤

Probably the best indian/kebab takeaway about. I orderered the mixed grill which was excellent, I alo ordered the Bhoona sauce, which was probably the first take away to make a Bhoona sauce correctly. The vindaloo was excellent too.

By far the best takeaway that I have experienced. Everything from start to finish was an absolute delight. Food was piping hot, it was delicious and everything was fresh and the portion sizes are fantastic. Great customer service and special little touches added to my order made all the difference, very thoughtful owners. If you haven't tried Spicy Sizzlers please do, it's great!

Food wasn't the hottest, but it arrived very quickly and gosh, absolutely the most delicious spicy chicken i have had in a long time. Next time I'm gonna get a spicy chicken pizza instead of nachos, which were yummy. Plenty of cheese and meat on them. Donner meat portion good and also delicious.

Absolutely appalling!! And could only laugh when we complained!!!! Avoid at all costs !! You'd be better picking out of the bins

Portions ridiculous all because I had a voucher from a website. Chicken pakora in mixed pakora so dry because it was cut so thin mushroom pakora? Well I'm still looking for that.

First time getting a food delivery from the Spicy Sizzlers and it has to be said it was great , i would recomend the tandoori mixed grill to everyone . Will deffo be back and for the delivery time to be so quick with piping hot food , well 5 stars alround

This is our new favourite takeaway! We ordered a munchy box and a pizza - both were delicious 😋 even the chips, which usually get forgotten about in a munchy box, were really tasty! Also got nice fresh salad included!

I've had a spicy chicken and chicken tikka pizza from Spicy Sizzlers! both amazing, especially with their kebab sauce for dipping! on another occasion I order a small peshawari nan with chicken tikka, chips and kebab sauce which is not on their menu and it wasn't any problem to make this! superb service, excellent customer service, very fresh food and always a quick delivery! could not recommend highly enough. you will not be disappointed

The absolute best takeaway for miles around, we've tried lots off the menu and can honestly say everything is delicious...my favourite is the lamb bhuna...or mixed hoagie...or calzone....oh I just love it all!!! 5 ⭐ food from a 5 ⭐ takeaway

I don't really like curry and usually stick to pizza or BBQ chicken kebab from here which are so good. Decided to try a curry last night and it was so delicious! Chicken was so soft and sauce was so nice, you could actually taste all the flavours rather than just overwhelmed with heat or garlic. Everything always tastes so fresh too..no horrible artificial aftertastes here ❤️

Quick delivery service, great food but unfortunately my can of coca cola wasn't in the bag there even they just charged me for it but I didn't received it, can yous please gave me a refund for my can of juice thanks

Waited 90 minutes for delivery .... arrived cold ... quality no better, probably less than others around ...

I made a £30 order as I had company in my house & delivery stated it would arrive at 19:10 so I took my insulin as I'm diabetic expecting my food to arrive on time, it got to 20 past then I phoned & explained. They said it had left, phoned 20 minutes later then they said it was just leaving the shop. Utter disgrace!!!

Ordered mush pizza n mixed kebab asked total price Inc delivery £12.40 An hour later cold pizza n a donna kebab with chicken tikka missing and sauce missing then to add insult the driver charged £14.40. Called back to complain their apologised n said they would send down the overcharge and the extra food I paid for. The night went by and they have not given me anything. Well you can keep my money n keep your food. Good news is I won't buy from them and if your reading this DONT DO IT EITHER.. Big con I would even trust the food now at same time enjoy yer steeling spicy sizzler

Ordered took absolutely ages foelr our delivery and when it came it wass all wrong we had asked for a chicken tikka kebab and they somehow gave us a donner kebab also without the sauce and we had ordered pizza and the pizza was one of the worst i had tasted in my life and they failed to astound me the pizza was cold then it got worse the driver had took an extra 2 pounds for himself scandless !! So we phoned they apologied for it all said they would drop off the chicken tika kebab and the 2 pounds the driver had took for himself and no one came not at all extremely unhappy with the service we got from spicy sizzler and i would highly un reccomend anyone from ordering as the trouble you get from the place just out of order one of the worst places to order from as we had high expectations but they let us down big time and 100% sure we wont be visiting or ordering from ever again !!!!!!

I ordered a baked potato with a tub of cheese and a tub of onions !! Got a normal potato the size of a small potato and two bags of wat I can only describe as a utter disgrace won't be calling back been getting deliveries for 5 years but am done with that if it was a small child I could see the point but not an adult utterly took the pi.. From me never again !!! Please compensate me !
