Spicy Grill in Bedford

Possibly the best kebab I’ve ever had. Instead of serving in a standard pita they hand make a naan and cook in front of you which tastes superb, plus the amount of meat and salad added is both sizeable yet appropriate. There’s a few tables for dining in which were clean and the staff were friendly enough. This will be my kebab place of choice from now on.

Shouldn't have to air fry my chicken strips once they get here because they are still pink. To the point where they are more dry than drought on a summers day, in 40 plus degree heat , for it still not be cooked.

They take advantage of drunk people, selling food for 3x the price on normal menue. Stay away

Awlful service, ordered a platter and only wings came instead. When we called them up, they said we ordered the wrong the thing, turns out we didn’t, called them back and they said they ran out of the meats. Don’t bother with them and save your money.

very rude staff, been a customer for 3 years and keep messing up the order, when we call staff act as if we're the ones that have ordered the wrong thing but when it clearly says on our order what we have ordered, very disrespectful and need to get a check in what actually a business should be run like, very unprofessional and very disappointed this isn't the first time that they have done this been multiple times and now was the last time we order from here. We called them and they answer call they say "spicy grill" but then when we say something they continue to say "oh no this is a house number" . Which business does that? Very disappointed

Bad food and scam on prices. They have written in very small print the increase in prices so that nobody will notice. Then inform only when paying the bill.

Please do not buy food from here, especially wings. The wings are mostly rotten, you will smell them when you take a bite. This restaurant has a dangerous health and food hygiene issue. I am going to report this restaurant to the public authorities related. Please eat at your own risk.

Staff were friendly and service was quick. Wasn't too sure what to expect, but wasn't disappointed in what I got. Chips were tasty but could have been hotter. Got a mixed kebab, doner meat was great, still not sure what the other meat was but it was tasty, just not a lot of it and was shredded, so little bits of whatever. Salad was nice and fresh, naan bread was made fresh and was awesome, chilli sauce had no real bite to it. I'd definitely go back when next in the area.

Amazing staff who are very welcoming and make an effort to learn about the customers! The food is phenomenal!! I tried the new smash burger tonight and honestly it’s the best burger I’ve ever had!!! 10/10 highly recommend to anyone locally or in surrounding areas!

I absolutely loved eating here tonight. The rice, the naan breads, lamb biryani and dhaal/lentils was absolutely gorgeous. My mouth started watering while the staff were making the food. Excellent service and polite staff.

Disgrace, gummy chips that tastes more like burnt oil than chips, chicken that's tasteless inside, only the crispy side tastes like some spices. Definitely, do NOT recommend.

Order food last night 1am got confirmation via email to say my order has taken place, never turned up. Waiting while your hungry atleast have the decency to call up and say we are closing early I could of orderd else where.

Ordered half pounder and quarter pounder meal, arrived 30 mins late. Their burgers used to be grilled on the plate with fried onions but the new chef/management seem to think it tastes the same if they are deep fried. Sheer laziness in my opinion. Their burgers used to be one of juiciest burgers but now are the most dried out burgers in town

Environment is very bad and unhygienic. Staff behavior is very bad with customers. Food quality is not good.

Poor customer service, Raw chicken wings, chips were soggy, left the food outside my door step. I should have checked the hygiene rating for this shop before i ordered as well which is poor

The chips were crispy just enough, not too hard but crispy and good. The chicken strips I ordered 3 but was given 5 which was a nice surprise to open up however my wing and chips meal came with no chips so I'll let that slide because that's the still good service (they may have put the chips with my burger meal but i'm unsure) . The strips and the chicken zinger burger were really well seasoned and you barely had to add anything to make them good which was nice. I also ordered a doner side which wasn't too greasy but wasn't too dry either making it have a good texture. The only downside was that the wings were not given the same treatment as the burger fillet and strips in that they tasted very floury and were a bit cold. Overall this may become one of my favourite places over time.

I never received my order but was still charged for it. Now spending hrs with Just Eat to get my money back. Horrible service!

They couldn’t even get chips right They were too under cooked And two boxes had a good portion but the third box had half the amount 😞😞😞

Ordered 3 x fillet burger meals, they were so salty and unedible had to throw them in the bin. Called the takeaway only to be told things will be ok on next order, how does that address the sub standard food i just paid for? Do not recommend this place.

Pakora's were hard and sub standard - disappointed at how these were expected to be edible. Rest of order was good.

Slower to arrive (1.5 hrs) then only received 4 pieces of chicken instead of the 5 I paid for. Food not particularly warm.

Third time I have ordered and clarified over the phone saying please put chillie sauce and mayo over the chips and they haven’t. The only reason we ordered from them is because we liked the chillie sauce. But as they are being tight with the chillie sauce wont bother ordering from here anymore.

Driver forgot to bring the pizzas to the door and had to go back after already being late the food was very nice tho.

The chips were not fresh. They were all hard and tasted re-fried.

I’m abit disappointed as my partner was really looking forward to the chicken supreme but that’s not what we had delivered.. it had olives and jalapeños on and my partner doesn’t like spicy food so it ruined it for him and the drink which should be included in our deal didn’t arrive. The other pizza was nice but this let our relaxing evening together down!

Food came 2 hours late and most of it was cold on arrival. Very disappointing as I order from here often.

This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, the food came on time, was hot and extremely delicious.

The food is great but every time I order the forget something. Always end i with an incomplete meal, then the restaurant don’t pick up the phone.

Peri peri wings are mad! And Rogan curry best I ever had! Recommend!

First time I’ve ordered from Spicy Grill but definitely won’t be the last. The food was tasty, arrived early (which has been rare during lockdown) & kept me updated with when the delivery driver was on the way. The variety of the menu meant I could have a curry, my partner had a peri peri chicken meal & my 2 year old had the nuggets & chips. Highly recommend.

I never recieved any of my food i ordered i called them an hour after my delivery they said they will send out some freshly cooked food and still 2 hours later havent received anything i ordered wont be ordering from here again

Absolutely loved the chips. Will have to order extra next time. I had some left over so heated it up the next day . The chicken crisped up beautifully. Hot wings were great also heated up well. Will be ordering again. Thank you.

The meat was so undercooked very pink not edible and the apple pies were stuck together so couldn’t cook properly.. worst food ever couldn’t even eat it straight in the bin .. the only things that were ok was the cans of coke ! Very disappointed 😔 and was left hungry !

I Did not expect the grilled chicken wings to be cooked with the marinated sauce, I was hoping for a dry grilled chicken wings!!! I find it also too spicy for me despite they called me to choice from mild to extra hot, I ordered lemon& herbs+ mild still hot for me, the lamb rogan was also a bit hot though tasty with rice, it was okay but not a fun of the colourful rice. Delivered on time so good service there..

Brilliant peri peri wings and the peri peri wrap is my favourite. Always order here on a lazy night when I can't be asked to cook. The cheesy chips used to be better, as now it seems like they just throw grated mozz over it and leave it at that. I'd recommend maybe leaving the cheese to melt over the chips for a bit first or even microwaving it first, as they used to be top notch. Other than that no complaints!

very late food, food was cold, order was slightly wrong( asked for no salad but got more salad than kebab meat) and very hard to get hold of resterant staff on the phone, was either busy or such a bad line i couldnt hear them.

Shocking Order especially for no sauce for allergies reasons Did not cater to what we ordered Rang them to resolve the problem they refused to do anything about it told me to just eat it this time and next time they will try to get it right ... all this after waiting nearly 2 hours for my cold food that I could not eat

My family use Spicy Grill quite often.... we find them very good on their delivery times (always comes early) and the service is good, even if you do have a problem. We have recommended Spicy Grill to friends and they loved it too. We will continue to use them. Thanks Spicy Grill.

Food was ok , but a little cold we had chicken chips and a rice , it wasnt bought in a delivery warm bag just in a plastic takeaway bag so didnt keep hot like other takeaways from just eat food needs to be hotter might try it again

Chips were warm. Burgers are nice. Prices were reasonable. Overall pretty good. But the drinks aren’t cold enough they’re in room temp.

I ordered chicken wings they looked really old dry, and tasted disgusting. Had to throw all the food away never ordering from there again.
