No salt or flavour to Biryani. Felt like I was eating plain rice with overly marinated chicken. Haven't tried other foods yet. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Cash only but there's cash machine right next door by Spar.

This is the best takeaway around. Good sized portions, always tastes lovely and always arrives hot. My order was missing something (This has never happened before in all the years we’ve ordered from them), when I rang up the staff were lovely, polite and got the missing item delivered really quickly.

I ordered tandoori chicken, chicken biryani and Murgi Masala. All three dishes were the same colour, red. I am surprised that the rice although heavily coloured, we’re absolutely tasteless. The tandoori chicken was like rubber. Awful food. Will not order again.

Arrived really quickly, well packed so the cartons didn’t leak. Piping hot & tasted great.

Food was delivered within time but was cold. Chips were hard & nan bread had gone soggy. Curry was slightly warm but nothing was delivered hot. Dissapointed as dont usually have a bad meal but put off ordering from here again

Really happy to have found this Indian takeaway. Definitely one of the better ones we've tried in Newport. It's great to be able to ask for things to be cooked "apna" style (traditionally). The saag paneer was a bit low on paneer but what was in there was of better quality than others I've tried. Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend to others to give it a go.

Once food was on the plate it was swimming with oily water! Food was Luke warm and to be honest the food portion sizes were absolutely shocking! Would never ever order again!!!!!!!!

Food arrived late, driver didn’t seem to know what he was doing and was sat outside the house in the car. Food was then cold, the Madras was oily, the Naan Bread was hard and Popadoms were not crunchy.

Order turned up incomplete, couldn’t refund me as the manager wasn’t available or send out missing items as they were busy. Said they’d send it with my next order 😂 food was nice though

The curry carton was not full and was about 1/4 to short of being full and as an mushroom balti dish very little mushroom was in there when we could find them. The same could be said on the rice more mushroom could have been used.

Spicy aroma has always been our favourite Indian takeaway and we have enjoyed our meals for years. We are really sad that you have stopped delivering to Langstone.

Excellent food, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal :) we had the House Special Share Box to start with which was amazing. We then had the Tandoori Rezala which had a nice kick to it and full of flavour! Will order again for sure!

This has always been a favourite of ours, but tonight they went above and beyond when app/husband set order for collection instead of delivery. Called when nothing arrived and they sorted it out for us with no problem at all. 20 mins later it arrived piping hot and to the same amazing standard they always prepare. Best butter chicken I have ever had and portions are fabulous. A big thank you for stunning food and great customer service.
