Spicy Aroma in Newport

Usually get a perfect service but today they missed a naan from the order so there’s £4 down the drain but food was delicious as always

It's been a while since we've ordered from Spicy, I have no idea why because the four of us were all groaning with delight while we stood in the kitchen dishing up our own meal and having a quick sneaky taste. Absolutely stunning food. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning, best place in Newport, been ordering from here often over the last 4 years since I moved. The one time I bought from somewhere else it was shocking, terrible! this place is just insane. Will never order from any one else.

I was in the mood for something very spicy, the chicken tikka vindaloo was excellent. As spicy as I wanted but still full of flavour. The peshwari naan and mint dip helped me to enjoy the ferocious vindaloo heat even more. Look no further if you want an excellent curry. Been ordering from Spicy Aroma for years, they've never disappointed.

Lovely good again, it was late but when I messaged I was told it was late and the reason

Meal was 45 minutes late . Rang spicy aroma first time told food on. It’s way. Rang back 30 mins later to be told it had just left should be ten minutes. Half hour later arrived food was stone cold. Most was thrown away

Really enjoyed except for the HUGE slices or garlic. I know I ordered a garlic dish but it would be nice if the garlic was chopped or pressed instead of being just roughly sliced and thrown in

Banging food I'm from Birmingham so I know my food most places in newport area filling it up with Onions peppers and tomatoes less meat to make it look like it meant to be like but it not The food was banging on point 190% going back

Used to use this takeaway years ago and the food was always good. Recently bumped into a friend, Chris Bevan who I haven’t seen for a while but works as a delivery driver for the Spicy Aroma. He was telling me that an original chef was back with them and that the food was amazing with so much flavour. How right he was, Chris delivered our second Meal last night, and it was absolutely delicious…….Well done Chris and the Spicy Aroma Staff, will be using all the time 👍👍👍👍

Last night, I changed my order from my ‘usual’ to King Prawn Bombay and it was absolutely superb; brimming full of flavour and a generous quantity of King Prawns too. Highly recommended. The Marshala chips were dry and tasted of pure chilli powder. All of them went in the bin disgusting. Curries as usual amazing

Went for the set meal for two (which was amazing value for money). The chicken (bhuna) boona, was very bland and a bit watery in my opinion, the other curry, korma, was nice. All of the starters were great, as were the rices and nann. I'd definitely go back but just try another curry.

Food was a little late but was kept informed that there was a delay and when it was on the way to us so it wasn’t like we was left wondering if we was forgotten about. Food came to us piping hot and was delicious! First time ordering and will definitely be back again soon!

Apparently there was a crash that caused the delivery to be v late...weird we saw the same delivery csr earlier on on our road...to return nearly an hour and half later to deliver our cold food....

I ordered peshwari Nan bread had a garlic Nan. The half and half rice and chips was watery and soggy and meal was cold. Very disappointed
