All the food turned up cold and missing items won’t order again. No one answered his home to try and sort

Went to watch JDC darts here.. excellent set up brilliant afternoon night and my team won the competition so great day didn't have any food but it did look good 😊

I paid £2 for a coke and it didnt come rest of the order was there

ignored my order notes entirely so had to replate the entire thing and portion size dramatically less however taste is just as lush. it was cold though so currently reheating in oven!

most veg is boiled, beef was chewy and tasteless. only 1 Yorkshire, no cheese on cauliflower.

From placing my order at 936 to it arriving after going to other places 1st my food was stone cold and hard over a hour it took to get here

Rest beef dinner really good tasty will be ordering again and will probably be popping in for breakfast over the week thanks

Dinner was nice, had to reheat as was luke warm, No Cheesecake or Custard. 2nd time messed up order.

Another beautiful Sunday roast from here. My go to when I’m not cooking. Portions are huge so enough left for another meal tomorrow. Highly recommend you try you won’t be disappointed

Again another lovely breakfast delivered really love the hash browns the sausages were different this time, I did prefer the previous sausages but my partner was happy as he made a sarnie with them so we both got a breakie haha

Breakfast was lovely and not cold like suggested in reviews and my delivery was to duffryn from maindee so they did well keeping it warm enjoyed so much that I’ve just reordered this morning

Food arrived cold, but after a quick blast in the microwave it was fine. Don't think the driver has a warm bag.

Dinner was nice, good portions. Nice meat and thick gravy! But the cauliflower cheese was absolutely appalling, I felt like crying when I seen it. Where was the cheese??? You should just call it extra cauliflower

food was horrible half of the breakfast was undercooked and covered in tomatoes despite them not being advertised on the menu this resulted in bacon hash browns and black pudding being inedible

Ordered a homemade crumble and custard and the crumble was just like flour had been poured on top not cooked at all. And the custard was not custard at all but a gooey bright orange, transparent, bitsy gloop on top

Had a meal for 2 roast dinner sit in and some drinks. Lovely roast, couldn't decide what meat so we had all 3 oops! Was absolutely delicious, Best roasties I've had in a very long time. Will definitely be back again.

Wooow what a experience I witness, normally I wouldn't write a review but I feel that today needs addressing specially the women behide the bar, today I came in and I can honestly say I doubt il return.. I ordered my drinks an was minding own business when a young family came in and the women behide the bar got very snappy and arsy over a young boy trying to order a coke.. she told him he had to be 18.. then refused to serve him a burger and chips even tho there's a massive sign on the bar stating they serve food daily She carried on to tell him there was nothing yet couldn't be bothered to check as she was glued to her mobile phone and smoking like a tropper... What a shame a pub had this lazily approach the poor boy was told he couldn't play darts

Arrived, didn’t have us booked in. Went to check and came back and asked us what we wanted. We hadn’t sat down or seen a menu yet…. Bar service was awful…had to ask for drinks as not offered. Wine choice was terrible. Food arrived 5 mins later! Beef was very thin and overcooked. The ‘new’ potatoes were solid and had seen much better days, were sprouting new life, clearly they were weeks old. The gravy was the only nice part which you had to drown the dinner with to try and eat it. Nobody came to check if it was ok at any point. We quickly drank up and left. Person came to clear the table….no ‘thank you’ or how was your food etc. I definitely wouldn’t go back again. No idea why I didn’t check….the hygiene rating of 1 just completed an awful experience.

Scrumtious Sunday Lunch. Beef Lunch that was So Perfect. It consisted of Roast Beef,Boiled Pots,Roasted Pots,Cabbage,Green Beans,Carrots,Gorgeous Loads Gravy.

Had a lunch for 30 delivered to Cardiff Gate today - all arranged at super short notice when planned caterer fell through. Really accommodating and food was fab. Plentiful and very tasty. Highly recommended.

Ordered 2 sunday meals for me and the wife but they only sent the 1 meal and to add salt in the wound there is no gravy ,tried to phone but no answer so had to leave a message but they have not replied .very disappointed and will never order from here again ,also ordered a dessert for £4 which was a joke it was cheap and tiny looks like a bit of left over food . Got to go through the process of a refund now which will take a week to sort out .

Shocking quality ‘breakfast roll’ for £11. Avoid.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest. Dinner arrived looked amazing but I’m unable to eat it due to the gravy being so powdery you can just taste and feel flour, I’ve taken photos and videos showing that I am unable to but the beef it’s so tough, I had 2 stuffing balls one was ok but the other rock hard and burnt along with burnt roast potatoes and burnt Yorkshire puddings, the veg I can’t comment on because it was already spoilt from the gravy such a shame as looks wise the dinner looked amazing

Home delivery Sunday lunch, advised at booking we had covid so no contact and paid by bank transfer, Dinner was delightful, I have no smell but I could taste and it was just what the doctor ordered, everything was lovely and it was a massive portion, gravy was plentiful which is a must for me, thank you Mr M From Helen & Dave

Ordered: 2x 6 Oz Premium Cheese & Bacon burger, delivered only one burger and without chips and the "food" was cold! Garlic bread? Joke. 4£ for two slices of dumplings. Shocked! I will never buy or use any service from OUT OUT BAR & GRILL.

First time trying it, got the large brekkie. Cold on delivery, not all items as advertised were included. Over cooked. Had to heat it up in microwave. Shame really as wanted to support a local place, over priced for what was received.

Food was alright for the price. Cant say I was impressed at the man testing the karaoke out with the music so loud I couldn't even here what barmaid was saying to me. Pay for pool then find out a ball missing and no tip on cue so not greatest lunch time outing to be fair

Absolutely fantastic food. Have had deliveries twice and they were absolutely delicious. Delivery late but contacted restaurant and they could not have been anymore helpful and friendly. Will definitely be ordering again.

Both our lasagna was burnt to a crisp couldn’t even bite it to eat it waste of money Also I ordered ice cream and it was placed in the bag on top of food as was melted paid £3 for ice cream miniature portion

Had a roast dinner delivered today it was fantastic couldn't believe what I had for my money it was delicious. I recommend it .5 stars.
