Beautifully cooked dishes especially the saag. Some of the best South-Asian food I have ever tried. Cute place, would highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I came for a meal after a challenging day and we were treated to some wonderful food. Well, if the food was wonderful, the service was even better and provided by a lovely guy named Yasir. I would recommend ‘Spice Village’ to anyone and when you come; ask for Yasir!

I was down in London on business for two days. I was lucky enough to be staying close to this restaurant. I decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. I can honestly say this was one of the best meals I have ever had! If you get a chance try the Chilli Paneer it's amazing ! Service was great, portions were fantastic which suited me as I was very hungry after a day of travel. Service was very professional, polite and speedy. If I ever get the chance I will visit again. 10 out of 10 👍

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spice Village, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing meal. The menu had a great selection of flavourful dishes, and every bite was absolutely delicious rich in spices and expertly prepared. What truly made the experience special, however, was the service. Nihal, our waitress, went above and beyond to ensure that we had an exceptional time. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations and making us feel truly taken care of. I highly recommend Spice Village for anyone craving flavourful, authentic cuisine with outstanding service. Nihal's hospitality was the cherry on top of an already fantastic dining experience!

On 15/02/25 I and my family (7 person) had a dinner around 5 pm under the reservation by the name "Nayyer Ahmed". My daughter had a severe stomach/abdominal pain, diarrhoea and nausea around 3 am. She was trembling with pain and we had to call 999 and 111 for help. After some medicines she relieved somewhat after very painful condition of more than 3 hours. Next day, around 10 am I also started suffering from stomach pain, diarrhoea and vomiting. Later one of my son Sarmad also fell ill because of same symptoms. Now 48 hours have passed since we had a dinner at Spice Village and still we (me, one of my daughter and one of my son) are still not well enough. Even today I and my daughter had to take leave from work because of the illness started after having dinner at this restaurant. It seems that some of the ingredients used in the cooking of our dinner were expired and thus we had to go though this extremely painful episode.

Beautiful restaurant with stunning decor and a lovely and attentive server named, Shahid. He was very welcoming and efficient. The tandoori prawns and lamb chops as starters were exquisite! Loved the pilau rice, paratha and lamb madras which was tender and flavourful. Will definitely be back!

Not happy with the foods is not the same and was very hot inside. The Chicken seekh kebab was tasteless slow service and not comfortable at all i will not go there again

Yasir who served and greeted me was brilliant. Very attentive and no delays considering I didn’t have much time over lunch. The food was to a good standard. It’s food value for money when you take everything into account. Overall, I was impressed with the space, atmosphere, hygiene and the service provided by Yasir.

Ordered paneer tikka but they served paneer and sliced vegetables in a (very unnatural) red sauce. Dal was average and the 'wholewheat' bread option wasn't wholewheat either. Not coming here again.

We recently ordered food from Spice Village Tooting for my daughter’s birthday party, and I can honestly say it was a huge hit! The portions were generous, and the flavors were absolutely outstanding. In fact, nearly every guest asked us where the food was from. The Haleem was the showstopper—it was simply delicious and the highlight of the meal. The service was top-notch as well, making the entire experience even better. Spice Village truly made our celebration special, and I couldn’t recommend them more. They definitely didn’t disappoint! We’ll be ordering from them again for sure. Thank you!

last night visited our experiene was better than our epectation.Amazing ambeience, delivious food and customer service excellent. It is clear that the restaurant takes great pride in both its cuisine and customer service. we were very happy and also celeberated my husband birthday there💯

Waiters are apparently “Allergy Trained” but when asked had to go back and forth and didn’t know what “peanut oil” was then after I’d had a reaction to the food he was certain there was no nuts. Upon checking both the online menu and in person menu I could spot dishes that had nuts were meant to be marked with “N” however for example (I am only allergic to peanuts and pistachios so this doesn’t impact me) the Peshwari Naan wasn’t marked N but below listed it had almonds and the Butter Chicken which is made with Cashews wasn’t even listed - so I was unconvinced when the waiter came back and said non of the dishes included peanuts or pistachios as I had an allergic reaction.

We had a lovely meal and Eshan was a very friendly waiter, great experience!

We hosted a party for 20 people here. The staff was accommodating and the food was served without delay. We ordered a mix of dishes and they all taste good. It’s missing a star as none of the dishes really stood out. We had a little issue with billing but that was because of a misunderstanding and was dealt with by the manager.

Had an amazing time at Spice Village Tooting the other week where we had Ehsan and a lovely female Nepali waitress aswell , who gave us complimentary popadoms, I actually really enjoyed the lamb biryanis which was also really good, and the ambience of the place aswell loved it fr

First time popped in seeing nice decor but as looked at jug to have some water, it had limescale inside as well as outside too felt haven't been wasted for long and was only rinsed everyday lol. The food is below average oily curries and dry chicken tikka. Biryani was ok but not exceptional compared to what they charge. They advertise as fine dine Pakistani and charge for it but cleanliness and food quality isn't near that. Also lamb wasn't lamb at all. It was mutton for sure that they sell as lamb karahi even mutton was more than half bones and fat instead of spring lamb with decent amount of meat on bones.

Sanjita did a great service. Always checking in about what we wanted.

We were walking down Tooting Broadway and saw this place. Given a table straight away and wonderful service. Highlight was the curly fry bhajis/ onion rings. All jokes aside it was nice…

USMAM was our waiter, we came here between 2-4pm on a thursday, only peopke in the restaurant . Usmam was amazing, amazing service thanks lovely indian food

The food is solid but the attraction of the place has to do with fancy presentation of the dishes and drinks. Once you’re past that the food in itself is definitely worth it. Zainab was very helpful throughout the dine-in!

Ordered collection of food, however I was very disappointed with the food, the bombay potatoes were not bombay potatoes as they're meant to be in a dry mix, however these were in a curry sauce and the potatoes had no flavour, the tikka paneer was same situation no flavour at all, the lamb rogan josh was the only "good" thing in our order and the butter chicken did NOT taste like butter chicken at all. Will be the first and last time get any food here. Decor seems very nice though, the two stars were for the decor / service and the lamb rogan josh.

Starter, amazing. Unfortunately went downhill from there. Had to wait an hour for main. Had to ask for cutlery that they didn't put on the table, that included a plate too. Masala fish, dreadful. Hardly any fish and super oily. After telling the waiter this the rudeness was incredible. Takeaway boxes put on our table instead of them putting what we asked away. Hardly any communication after this from them. Bill put down aggressively. From a great start is ended in disaster. Must be taught on how to accept criticism as they clearly can not take it.

Food was okay!!! I would recommend as a starter the fried fish and Aloo Papri Chaat. The butter chicken was not good at all!!! We asked if the prawn Brian was spicy and were told it’s not, but it was extremely spicy. Falooda desert was too sweet. The Nan Bread wasn’t freshly made. The service was not good at all. I initially asked for help with the menu if any recommendations and the waiter was rushing me to order. I placed an order for a chicken starter which never came to the table!!!
