We ordered quite a few dishes and drinks and really enjoyed everything that came out. The food was very flavourful and everything was cooked well. It was on the pricey side for the portion size but I would definitely eat here again. The decorations and ambience were great. The service was quick and the waiters were attentive and polite. Really enjoyable evening.

Large group booking of 15 people Inc 3 children. The onion bajis were over cooked (put straight into oil which is too hot) so they were not cooked on the inside and way too chill. The chaats were nice (we ordered a couple of each type). The kids had burgers, nuggets and fries for mains as the food would have been too chill for them. The lamb karahi, fried fish where nice but the chicken karahi, and lamb Biryani was average. We ordered a butter chicken for the one of the older children and for one of the adults who can't do chill - their feedback was, it wasn't nice. The service was good and attentive which isn't normal in some of these restaurants (as its generally mad). The bill was just over £350 with an eye watering 15% service charge. Personally speaking I think the food is better in Dawat and second choice would be Royal Mahal. Though this restaurant looks nice the food needs improvement. Would I go back? It wouldn't be at the top of my list. Finally, in the event of needing the bathroom (kids of course). There is only one ladies and one gents cubicle, so you may need to queue up (seems strange for such a large restaurant).

Excellent food. Although we had to wait 30 minutes for a table , it was well worth the wait. The service was quick and the food was excellent. Please open a branch in Vancouver, Canada.

Wow. Salt levels off the scale. Rendering two courses inedible. Maybe an exception but will not trust and thus avoid for a while.

Dynamite shrimps and mango lassi were my favourites! Ask the waiter on spiciness level because a lot of items are very spicy. Overall very good place!

We had seekh kebab, lamb chops, shaami kebab, lamb biryani, kheema curry and afghani chicken karahi. Ambience was nice but we did not enjoy food so much. Also milk cake (pistachio) was disappointing and certain food items like kheema & biryani were oily and was not tasty enough.

Food was pretty average and portions were very small. It is very expensive for what they offer. The best thing was their naans. Wont recommend, far better options in the area.

Food was tasty, decoration and atmosphere was flamboyant and cleanliness was not an issue. Went for my mums birthday and it was jam packed for a Tuesday evening. Had to wait 10 mins for a table as a walk in, which was not bad at all. Ordered our food and it came in quick succession. Service was generally good except they forgot my drink, but due to the business of the restaurant I can understand it. From second time of asking, they brought it immediately. Food was nicely spiced and cooked to perfect. Highly recommend the Afghani chicken curry, was amazing. Well definitely go again

Without a doubt the best Pakistani restaurant we have been to. Food was excellent. Service was spot on. Instagram worthy backdrop and decor. Special thanks to Aksa for making it a great experience. Second visit in Oct 2024. The pani puri is simply unmatched. Same great experience. Arishma was a great host.

Excellent service, restaurant is very clean. The food was delicious, try the chicken wings. The afghani chicken curry was so lovely and the SB special Cheese cake was lush. Ended with a Karak Chai. Deffo recommend this place. Service from Shahid was excellent.

The food and service was disgusting. Table was booked but still had to wait 30 mins, starters were too spicy to eat, the main chicken karahi was below average, the service was too slow, the price is ridiculously high for such bad quality food and service. The management ain't got a clue how go run this place. Stay away, don't go by the reviews or the decor!!

Disappointed standard and quality is low. Firstly they ask you if you have a reservation if not they make you wait ages when there are available tables. Two many waiters walking up and down waiting for you to hurry up finish and pay. Food is very bland made for non Asian people. Biryani no flavour. Kebabs dry and hard. Mocktail full of ice and water with a quarter of juice in a glass. Spice village was good years ago before they moved from across the road. They have taken over a restaurant named MASALEDAR. Same setting inside. MASALEDAR was excellent in quality service, and price. Most customers are giving 5 star because the waiters are asking them for a review. So sad.

I find the staff need training on how to work in hospitality. I think the owners need to be on the floor and realise what is going on . We drove 1hr 30 minutes and the service and food quality was very poor.

I tried the balti chicken and it was worth all the travel from canary wharf! Really delicious and authentic! Hassan was amazing in his service and made sure we were well tended. Falooda was the star of the show, absolutely must try! This place will be my regular spot from now on!

The ambiance of this restaurant is amazing, the marble and warm colours are great for pictures. The food was amazing except the shot that comes with the pani puri. The staff didn’t have great communication as they kept changing our waiters and they didn’t bring want to bring out the cake ( for the birthday celebration) as they weren’t told and made a big fuss over it.

Today we went for dinner in spice village.. it was bday of my friend and one of my very nicest friend USMAN gave us very nice service.. Everything was so nice and perfect..the boy who served us Ehsaan was really really very nice…food was also really very tasty.. 👏👏

First visit to Spice Village on 17.09.24 for my NameDay. It was a lunch visit. The restaurant has 3 halls separated from one another each in different styles. Inside is super nice, modern and stylish. It features water walls. The comfort and atmosphere is very nice. Everything we ordered was super nice and tasty. The keema, fish masala and, rice paneer curry and butter chicken everything was brilliant. Stuff was nice, quick and professional. It is reasonably priced I recommend this restaurant.

The food here is good but the service is not. There are so many waiters just walking up and down hovering around your table making you feel like you need to hurry up and finish your food. They keep whisking your plates away sometimes when you are not even finished. I have had to ask them not to take my plate away because I was still eating. You should clear the table once everyone has finished and not start clearing it halfway through a meal. It just makes everything feel rushed. And asking for a review from every single customer is really over the top. It’s really annoying. If I want to leave a review I’ll leave it. Stop bothering customers, let them eat their food and enjoy it. And train your staff better, no one wants a waiter patrolling up and down staring at their table waiting to clear it up.

I had my order delivered. So can’t comment on service or atmosphere. I pass this place daily and it looks luxurious. The food now- tasty but was so full of spice that I couldn’t eat it. Never had a tikka masala that is so spicy in my life. That was a big disappointment.

This was the second time here and the pani puri here is the best in London. We ordered Balti chicken and afghan chicken karahi. Personally liked balti chicken more but both were amazing. Love that for an authentic halal place with no alcohol policy, they have the best mocktails. I tried lychee martini and pina colada and it was perfect. Our host was Satnam and she was so hospitable and friendly. Great staff and ambience

Decent restaurant in Tooting with nice decor. The food was good and the service was good as well. Sometimes the waiting area can be too congested. The choice on the menu is limited.

Food quality is really good but the quantity is a little less 🥲 I also ordered their newyork style cheesecake with lotus. The cheesecake seemed a little old so did the lotus biscuit, it was old and soggy 🥲 Overall I would give food a 4/5 and desert a 3/5 Also their mango chutney is really good 💯
