Truly awful takeaway food. I think probably the worst I’ve ever eaten. But on the plus side it was good for my diet. I threw it in the bin.

I mean the food was good but I wasn’t able to enjoy the full dish cause I went to restroom and half of my dish was gone afterwards cause they stressed so much.

Always good been going there for years now , although typically London tight portions at times I might add .

Wasn't good. Ordered butter chicken, tandori chicken, and garlic naan. It was nothing like any other butter chicken I've had which makes me believe maybe they gave me the wrong order. Tasted more like creamy pumpkin soup with chicken pieces in it, and it was yellow rather than the red it is supposed to be Didn't enjoy it. Garlic naan was ok and Tandoori chicken was nice.

I’ve tried many Indian restaurants around the world, and this is the best lamb madras I have ever had, with some of the best garlic naan anywhere to be found anywhere, and a perfect Pilau Rice. Beautiful and delicious food, with kind and conscientious service, in an impeccably clean premises. Thank you to the people who work there for a truly great experience.

We have been to Curry Leaf several times now and have enjoyed it each time. The food in particular is amazing, I would recommend both the Lamb Karahi and the Shatkora Gosth however each dish we have tried has been delicious. It is also BYOB which makes the final bill quite cheap considering how good the food is.

The food was nice, but the service wasn't great and was no atmosphere at all. No room for big families to sit. People had to wait ages to pay their bill as the staff was too busy talking and watching their phones.

Very flavoursome food at reasonable prices. Lamb and aubergines were good quality. Will certainly be visiting again!

Great King Prawn curries. Bring your own drink was helpful as well.

Can't comment on atmosphere as I get food delivered in. I judge all curry houses on how tender the lamb dishes are and the heat quota of the madras. Curry Leaf get it spot on, the lamb is tender and succulent with a nice heat sting on the palette. Not blisteringly hot but you know you've had a great hot(ish) curry. Nice Bombay Aloo, tasty thin peshwari naan (not a big doughy mess), and great rice accompaniments. Only criticism is put the chicken pakora for delivery in a greaseproof paper bag to allow it to breath. Putting it in a foil dish makes it sweat and turn up soggy. (The cure though is 3 minutes in the air fryer at 180° to crisp up again). All in all, highly recommended.

Instant stomach trouble that doesn’t need any further description. Advised the manager who removed the food from the bill but that doesn’t change the fact that the food made me ill.

Ordered from this place on deliveroo. My order was accepted and being prepared, my driver was even there waiting. More than 25min after I receive the email saying my order is in the kitchen, they cancelled my order. Terrible service.

Food was nice but when I was eating the coconut ice cream it taist weird and was like icy then when I got half way through a weird yellow/greeny colour started appearing!

Just fine, service is quite slow, inattentive and unfriendly. Curry is good value and fairly tasty, you get what you pay for.

Nice no frills Indian restaurant. It's a short walk from CJ station and it's BYO. Food was good and service was quick.

I’ve been coming for years and I simply love the place! A great restaurant to come with a group of friends. A friendly and lively atmosphere with very very tasty food for the price! And a bonus that it’s BYOB! Definitely worth a visit!

Friendly staff, who welcomed us on arrival. A great choice of dishes at decent prices. I particularly enjoyed the chicken Karahi and pumpkin side dish. A very enjoyable visit.

Delicious, great service. Chicken tikka zali masala and chicken shashlik masala = incred. Had a wonderful evening with friends, great service from Rahel and Alam. Would 100% recommend- great value too!

A bit disappointing - both dishes were super creamy and too sweet. No real spice or depth of flavour! We were also seated next to a big, very loud (assuming due to the BYOB arrangement) table which kind of ruined the entire atmosphere in the restaurant. Kind and speedy service though!

Whether we dine in or take away, it’s always absolutely amazing. Our favourites are prawn purée starter, the mushroom rice is the best, we vary our mains but usually have chicken rogan and lamb bhuna. The staff are very generous with poppadoms and dips and drinks on our delivery. We have always had a first class service, interesting to read other reviews that give one star. I do wonder if they are mixing it up with another restaurant as I’ve been going here for over 10 years and never ever had nothing but amazing food and always made to feel very welcome. Thank you to all the staff you do a wonderful job.

My wife and I come in often, being from indian descent, it reminds me of the cooking I ate with my parents when visiting old school british curry houses. The BYOB policy makes it very accessible. The paneer shashlik dishes are very good, bread choices are execellent but my personal favourite is the chicken madras which has the right amount of heat I expect! The staff are super friendly and helpful, they are happy to reccomend a dish based on your preferences, which is a massive plus when bring someone who is not sure and what they would personally get. They are absolutely lovely and make the experience that more special. I would highly reccomend anyone who happens to live nearby to go in for dinner sometime. They also deliver if you cannot be bothered to walk down!

Ordered a chicken tikka masala, rice and naan bread… food was cold when arrived and the rice was hard and stuck together You could tell this was not fresh as the chicken had a hard texture called up and they sent a replacement which was even worse… I strongly advice not to go to this restaurant

Absolute train wreck of a meal. The food arrived cold. Apart from just one of the mains, the other two and all three side dishes were somehow tasteless. My lamb dish was tiny. It didn’t even reach a third of the shallow plastic box it was in. It was just over a cm high. And as if that wasn’t enough, they forgot the rice!! Despite their high prices, they even charged a bagging fee. The whole meal was almost £80 for three people, and it’s just left us all sitting here feeling hungry, unsatisfied and robbed.

Went in on a weekday early evening. Took basic stuff: chicken jalfrezi, sag aloo, plain naan. It was so tasty, better than many similar restaurants. I was very happy with the food. Service was adequate. There is an off-license very close, if you want to bring a beer you can get it there.

Always a tasty meal from here. Great food and a proper selection of North Indian fare. Highly recommended for that curry and pint of lager, but it is bring your own booze. And all of good continuing quality.

I have just ordered my first takeaway from you and to be quite honest I'm very upset about the quality of the food. The prawns where so over cooked it was like trying to chew through rubber. The cheese naan had no sight of cheese but rather a dry stale bread. I also asked for a spicy main and it was sweeter then a bar of chocolate. Not to mention they provided quite literally 1 poppadom lol 27 quid for 1 meal which was horrendous. Very disappointed.

Awful customer service, rude on the phone and made no effort to help us with our situation when any other restaurant would have.

Always a great local Indian - highly recommend the butter chicken. Our new favourite spot for Indian cuisine.

This is not Indian food. Run by our friends from Bangladesh, who do a decent job, but definitely not authentic Indian food. Everything ranging from tandoori chicken to Dal was 7/10 by Indian standards. Surprised by the high rating on Google.

Ordered several entrees and a couple of sides for take out. The staff was friendly and helpful, and not too long of a wait either. Food was excellent, thanks for the lovely dinner!

This place is a hidden gem. The staff are always so welcoming and kind, it’s been the only Indian restaurant we’ve ordered from and if we have a good bottle of wine in, we often go for a dine in. We’ve never had a bad meal and I wish them the best of luck in the future.

Great local spot for a good curry any day of the week. The food was tasty, there were good portions and the meat was good quality.

We came here with the family as mum and dad love the place, and it is close to home. We had the chicken Jalafrazi, fish Bengal, prawn biryani and Pashwami naan - absolutely delicious! Very generous portions, wonderful quick service, a lovely smart restaurant. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone who loves curry in Wandsworth.

We had our 2nd takeaway meal tonight from leaf curry. The curried chicken was perfect with just the right amount of Spices and chillies. The Peshwari Nan bread was delicious with the coconut just the way we like it. Definitely will be ordering again or even going thrre for a meal.

Ordered through Uber eats. No way to contact them to say they were missing part of my order in the delivery. The refund they offered is less than the amount paid for what was missing.

I arranged a post Xmas and pre new years eve special meal for 8 of us and the food was absolutely amazing. The quality of the dishes were spot on and couldn't fault a thing. The staff are all so accomodatiing and really friendly. 5 out of 5 for sure. No1 curry house in Clapham. Chill a bottle of champagne in the fridge which they sorted for us and enjoy. We were at Battersea Rise and felt like a curry, searched on Google maps and came here after reading all the positive reviews. Good food, excellent service and great value. Remember to bring your own alcohol.

Bring your own booze and an incredible menu. The food is reasonably priced and the staff here are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. I go here a couple of times a month, it's that good.

After having struggled to find a good curry house in South-West London, I'm so glad I have found Curry Leaf. Food is consistently great, curry's really tasty and authentic with quality ingredients. Would highly recommend!

I visited with a friend and was optimistic given that it was highly rated. However, the service was vaguely indifferent and the best I can say about the food is that it wasn't unpleasant. We expected more and left disappointed.

Our group ended up having a great evening and enjoyed the currys we ordered. They don't sell alcohol, but there is an off licence next door but one.

Awful experience. Lazy service. Seated 45 minutes after our original booking time after arriving on time. Did very average quality. Poor service throughout the meal and at the end they put 10% service charge on the bill ha! Politely declined. Avoid I’d suggest.

Unfortunately a very disappointing meal here this evening. We booked in for our table at 20:00, arrived on time to find there was no take for us yet. After 15 minutes waiting outside they put a table on the street for us whilst waiting the next 30 mins. Eventually after an eternity and chasing for it we were seated at 20:45. Service was slow at best. Food was decent, nothing to write home about. No alcohol served so had to bring a bottle opener and drinks with us. Restaurant interior was very tired. Once we asked for the bill it was presented to us with a 10% service charge on the bottom.. Not sure if that was a joke or not however we politely declined, paid the rest and finished. In summary, a busy Saturday evening where they clearly took too many walk-ins and didn’t manage their tables effectively enough. Won’t be visiting again.

The meal was lovely, but I've been farting all day. My mum even kicked me out of the car it was so bad!

Friendly service, all the classics and some more unusual dishes as well. Had a great paneer tikka to start and a variety of curries and sides for mains. Well priced and you can BYO as well so works out as a very reasonable night out! Even managed to sit outside in the sunshine...

Greeted with a smile followed by delicious food. Everything was not only tasty but also had a distinctive and clean flavour. The Peshwari naan was superb and the chicken Pasanda flavourful. All rhe Indian classics like aloo gobi and saag aloo were all divine. Correctly priced it makes a great place for satisfy your cravings for Indian food.

The food is incredible and the staff are really nice. Definitely recommend eating in, really good service and food served piping hot. Waiter made a great suggestion for an option I don't usually have and it was delicious. Really helpful staff. Great experience, can't go wrong!

By far our favorite Indian restaurant in London! The service is amazing as is the food, and we find ourselves coming back again and again. Definitely recommend the tandoori prawns!!
