Spice Room Balti & Pizza takeaway in Stratford-on-Avon

Thought we’d try the spice room for the first time after a late night Christmas shopping, food was delicious and service was brilliant, will now be our new regular Indian. Only thing I could say is to make the menu more accessible online - other than that 10/10

Just taken delivery of a pizza from here , I have to say , after a brief conversation over the phone , they sounded a bit weary about delivering to me in my truck , but took my order anyway , Amazing pizza , delivered a lot earlier that estimated , thank you so much , I will be back when I'm in the area again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The food was bad service was bad wouldn’t recommend it asked for chilli sauce never got it

Spice rooms is our go to takeaway food is always lovely hot and never had any issues, delivery and service is quick also and the staff are friendly to talk to, our favourite is the chicken bhuna pizza highly recommend to try spice rooms curry pizzas they are delicious!

Loved our Indian starters and main dishes.Enjoyed every mouthful.

We couldn't find a pub open Sunday evening so tried a takeaway from Spice Rooms, so glad we did, only tried the Chicken Jalfrezi with rice and naan but it was absoluetly delicious - ready in 30 mins as promised, good value and piping hot. Will definitely be back!

Regularly order Pizza’s from here and always have a great tasting Pizza. Can highly recommend.

Ordered take away. The curry was nice but the pizza was terrible - rubbery and chewy. The pepperoni pizza had about 3 pieces of pepperoni on it. Would not order again.

Take away Indian food was rather nice. Took about 30 mins but it was peak time. Reccomended

Very nice food have been eating here for over 10 years never seem to disappoint the customer service is exceptionally well very kind staff even the delivery drivers are so positive and full of energy.

Takeaway was booked and collected within 20 minutes, polite service, incredible food as always. We have the curry pizza which sounds questionable but is an amazing combination. Highly recommended!

I called them. They took my order and then told me that they are closing in 5 minutes amd shut down the phone and didn't even took my address or apologies. Avoid at any cost i am so disappointed i use to order often from them, but not anymore.

New thing here!!!! I've been in and asked for a kebab pizza, I know they do curry pizza etc but I fancied pizza but also kebab. They done me one and OMG!!!! it is bloody gorgeous! The best pizza I've had in a long time, absolutely gorgeous

First time ordering, after having a menu put through the door. One of few places that will deliver to Salford Priors which is always a plus. Must say we've tried a few curries around the villages, dining in and out and this is up there with the best. We'll be back no doubt again soon.

Ordered 2 mixed kebab wraps last night and a shaslick main, always order with no salad, always confirms order For the third time and whats worse is the wrap had salad and then majority scrapped out, so they knew the mistake and did not care about quality of food we received. £35 order put in bin as could not be eaten with all the lettuce still attached to wrap. Like I said not the first time... Wont be back...

Nothing but greatness from this place. Perfectly cooked pizzas with double cheese and toppings for no extra charge. Curries that are out of this world, perfectly balanced in flavor, spice and portion size. Great prices and fast delivery. been ordering for years and never had any major issues. Big Ups

The Spice Room is synonymous with Saturday nights in our house and they’re great. Not only is the food always lovely, tasty and hot, the staff are really helpful and friendly too. And the pizzas are delicious!

We use the spice room a fair bit and has always been Ok but sorry to say the last time we couldn't eat it as it was covered in salt it wasn't just the chips the curry was the same,have spoke to other people and they have had the same problem, needs looking into.

Both my wife and I love Indian food and admit to living in Alcester for many years and always going to the same restaurant. On the occasions when we've had a takeaway we've always ordered from the takeaway that isn't ( if you know what I mean) and always been disappointed, frequently Luke warm and definitely not restaurant standard so this time we decided to try The Spice Room. The staff were very friendly, the main courses were full of flavour and well spiced ( my wife found the vindaloo a little challenging although I loved it) and definitely good value. So why only 4 out of 5? Simple, the nan bread was served in a plastic bag !!! by the time we got home the heat and steam had almost turned it into a pudding. Secondly, the onion bahjee... the flavour was good but unfortunately let down by the fact it was very soggy. Lastly, this is 2018 it's almost inconceivable that any business doesn't have a website, it would have been a lot more convenient to browse the menu on their webpage and telephone and order through rather than order in store and wait 30 mins for the food. Apart from the minor criticism above the food was very good overall and we will definitely be returning next time we need a takeaway.

Pizza was quality, had a good laugh with the lad in the shop when i picked it up earlier than they said so timekeeping spot on as well. Will be coming back whenever im in the area again

Been using these guys for Indian take out for a few years now. The service has always been excellent. The staff always friendly. The food incredible. Just last night I had the lamb Madras and I think it was quite possibly the best lamb Madras I have ever had. They also seem cheaper than the competition too. I strongly recommended The Spice Room to all
