Always great food. Tried many things on the menu and everything was lovely. My only niggle is the curry containers... the lids are very poor, so by the time I get the curry home half of it is in the bottom of the bag.

Completely dreadful experience. Clueless staff not helpful in any way. Waited 2 hrs and 35 minutes for nothing. No food. No explanation. No help. Never again

I ordered veg biryani, served with sliced eggs. Raita - was just yogurt and pinch of red chilli powder. Even I clearly told them to put separate veg food in separate bag but they just put everything in same bag my friends ordered non-veg food. Don’t you know Indian vegetarian people do not eat eggs, do you know what is recipe of Raita? I would not recommend any vegetarian people to eat food from here.

Food arrived early, which wasn't a problem. The rice was very dry and bland. The naan bread was partially burned on the bottom. With the poppadum came only one dip and it was a horrible onion mix. The main chicken dish was good and very tasty

delivery guy never called or messaged about the late delivery.

It is second time that an I'll mannered driver who did not know where Kingsley house in the hospital is came and instead of delivering it to staff accomodation Kingsley , I had to walk down to main hospital reception. Instead of saying sorry that he did not know address he should have delivered, he was being very rude. You train him how to find address, if you can not do that , do not send this person or people like him , who don't admit their mistakes and don't want to learn either. Spice India is good shop but staff from just eat today and last time is unbearable.not knowing English in depth is acceptable but not accepting mistakes and being rude to your customers will damage the spice India,s business.

Was told that the food would be ready at 6.50, then updated to 7.10 - 7.30, eventually arrived at 7.45. But the food tasted amazing, everyone happy and enjoyed it, just needed it a bit earlier!

Meal arrived 90 minutes late and only after I phoned to ask where it was. Took 11 attempts for them to answer the phone and then was very rude and put the phone down on me.

Delivery didn’t arrive and I had to drive to the store.

Food ordered for 7.15. 7.30 had a message “enjoy your food”. No delivery, contacted spice of india & told 2-3 mins delivery on way. 8pm still no food yo enjoy!! Called again & told no order in our name & told again it’s on its way.. then sorry my English is not good & hung up.

Food cold when eventually arrived

We loved it. Excellent Indian cuisine of the best standard. We had Chicken tikka biryani, chicken madras and chicken malaya. The flavours were so good we each tried some of each and agreed. Will certainly go again. The peshwari naan and tandoori mixed starter great too. Thank you.

Got to be the best Indian on just eat. 👍 We picked up from the local pub as we are out of the normal delivery window. Will be doing it again as such a great meal.

I think the only thing that was good on this order was the sauce and veg and bhajis. I don't like writing bad reviews but garlic bread was "doughy" and the chicken was dry throught the 3 different types of dishes we had. Wouldn't be rushing back here. The only excellent review was the fact it arrived early.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive. Food was warm but not hot, naan’s soggy as they had been in the packets for a while. Ordered at 8.30 got a notification to say it wouldn’t be delivered til 10.20! Rang and they said they were busy and hoping to get it out earlier. Didn’t arrive until 9.45 not ideal but at least half an hour earlier than expected time. No apology offered and wouldn’t have been aware of the delay if I hadn’t checked the app. Won’t be ordering again!

The food was absolutely delicious. The garlic and peshwari naan was an excellent touch to a fantastic array of authentic curries. Probably one of the best Indians I’ve ever had!

Pre ordered food for 7.30 Rang the restaurant twice to find out where the order was, both times the person on the phone was rude try to talk over me to argue with me about pre order not mattering as it was busy turned up 20 minutes late no apologies…… food was good but not happy over all worst service I have received!!!!

The food was delivered on time, hot and in a large closed box to ensure it stayed that way. We tried a few dishes that we hadn't tried before and loved them! Large portions too.
