Spice Invaders in Tamworth

DO NOT TRUST ONLINE ORDER! Ordered online via Bookyup, received confirmation and reference from the restaurant with estimated delivery time of 60 minutes. An hour and a half later no food, so called them to check and they said they had no order. Good job we didn’t pay by card! No apology, totally unhelpful on the phone. Can’t rate the food as it didn’t arrive.

Possibly the worst take away I've had in ages. Over salted food, the Biryani veg sauce looked like it was out of a can. It wasn't particularly warm when it arrived. Some of the other food was hard and under cooked. We won't be coming back.

Food is absolutely dreadful I had a chicken balti that tastes nuthink like one I had chips that were white no colour and were soggy my popperdoms folded in half cuz they must have been stale or been around steam sorry about my review but I will not be returning worse curry in Tamworth I have had so far and to top if if they couldn't realy understand my English had to repeatedly my self about 10 times

I've had a ten pound vouchers as being late they never deducted it off my bill Got my kebab wrong tonight not happy

Absolutely terrible service, orders the food 1 hour and 10 minutes in advance , it was then 45 minutes late, so in total nearly 2 hours late from order to delivery , do not bother with them

30 minutes late and was freezing cold I warmed it up and it had a horrible smell so I took it back for a refund and was told to get out BEWARE

Called up and asked for a minted lamb dish. Chef said nothing on the menu but said he would cook me something. Wow. Fantastic. Nailed it, Thankyou. Quality, tender lamb. Gentle flavours, mild with a little kick. Perfect for me. Other food was hot, tasty and fresh. My new go to Takeaway.

I am so annoyed , I ordered from you tonight on Deliveroo , it was a long day working and I wanted some nice food as I had liked your food before . Then tonight I ordered it took my money said it was being prepared and would arrive and over an hour I waited . And it never came . I called endless times no answer then it state on your website you are closed . Why take on your own orders of you cannot be available for people . When you are looking forward to food and you end up with nothing it’s not very fare . You shouldn’t even take money if you are not open . Thankfully I got my money back but I went hungry as I need to go shopping tomorrow. Be mindful of that when you leave it open for orders . Really disappointing

I have had yet another great delivered takeaway from spice invaders ,I had to find where to leave a review and now I have found it I just need to say excellent food and such great quality with excellent portions.. Well done the team at Spice invaders... Well recommended.

Can not explain how fantastic this curry house is we ordered couple weeks ago as new to area we explains to them as our first time of ordering food from them. and it was delicious ordered again this evening and they went far and beyond. Presentation was excellent and the taste of the food spectacular portion sizes and extras were amazing. King prawn korma. Was perfect . Highly recommend

Went here for a Fathers Day take away, Service was very friendly but food was very disappointing, we ordered 4 different dishes and not one was good,I ordered house special masala which had no prawns (as stated on the menu) and was so sweet I couldn't eat it,my father ordered a King prawn dish which had hardly any prawns and again was far too sweet, the other 2 dishes didn't fare much better either, and to top it off the pilau rice we ordered wasn't pilau rice but plain rice.I don't like leaving poor reviews but this was probably the worst Indian meal I've ever eaten and spoilt our Fathers Day gathering ☹️

Really convenient and great tasting food. Friendly staff. It is just a takeaway and not part of a restaurant. We like traditional Indian food and not the arty stuff. Their customer service is also on the money and always remember you and when you were last in. Give them a go.

Have used these guys for absolutely years and will continue to use them for as long as I live in the area! The food is always bang on and real fairly priced, especially if you have the set menu! The staff are always really friendly and always remember you. They were really accommodating with my partners egg allergy from day one and always remembers about it and tells us it contains egg if we order something different. Their customer service is genuinely absolutely spot on. We usually collect but have had it delivered in the past and have no complaints whatsoever about either! If you're looking for the best Indian takeaway in the area, you've just found it! Trust me, we've sampled loads and nothing compares the food, price and customer service you'll receive from Abdul and the guys at spice Invaders!

Ordered a set meal and was amazed at the quality. Really tasty, fresh, hot food which was delivered within 30 minutes of placing our order. One of the best Indian curries I’ve had in Tamworth.

Was told an hour wait but came within 30 mins food was hot and nice it's the 3rd time I've used this takeaway and never been disappointed

asked for king prawn got bits off something i dont really know what it was . i phoned them and they did jack s..t never going there again . very worrying they shoudent even have 1 star from me

Excellent! I have been using this Indian takeaway for some years now and highly recommend Spice Invaders - The food is superb (my favourite is the South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken), the delivery is quick and the prices very reasonable. They have an extensive menu, and the staff are always very friendly. 5 stars!

French fries with a curry ? which in itself was tasteless and rubber onion bhaji This is possibly the most disappointed i!ve been using a takeaway in Tamworth..Only gave 1 star because i could not leave none..

Had my curry from these guys for years gorgeous, there poppadoms and extras are gorgeous , I always have chicken balti, always tasty. We'll recommended

Ordered off just eat missing 1 item which was delivered 20mins later (lamb balti) which had 2 pieces off lamb in and was really runny and really watery, the female was fit who delivered it but still doesn't make up for the poor quality of service or delivery

Really disappointed some good reviews but just really didn't like the food had to leave most of it probably one of the worst Indian meals had for a long time. It's unfortunate because it is really course and convenient to where we live :( won't be going again.

Been serving me my chicken tikka bhuna Nan wraps forever. It's like a donut wrapped curry. Can't find them anywhere else.
