Great place for a quick bite to eat

Came for food after a birthday party, totally unexpected and with 12 hungry children. Staff made sure the table was clean, they helped us set up a table and made sure we had plenty of plates, cups and sauces. The food came out hot and quick and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely and attentive staff.

Food came out quickly and Jon was really friendly and polite

As always a great eating experience on a friday lunchtime. And Jon was informative of promotions inshore.

We are from Stoke on Trent and this KFC knocks spots of any of the KFC's in our area the food is always hot & very tasty as we visit Tamworth every fortnight always happy to visit Tamworth branch

Really great service - was really busy when I visited was served by Jack who revealed he was the manager. Service was quick and food was great, wasn’t sure what to have since it had been a while since I’d had a KFC but he was quick to point me to a really tasty box meal and the wings were delicious as promised. Customer service was great given how busy they were. Will definitely be back again!

Clean and tidy, quick service. Food was hot and brought to the table but they didn't bring napkins. Overall a good experience.

it's fine, just like any KFC, sometimes the chicken is wildly salty and sometimes the zinger is not at all spicy. but haven't seen a KFC where this isn't the case tbh

I had the best time here the guy on counter (Jae) helped me out by sorting my burger even though it was my fault for ordering it with mayo the place is great and NOT UNHYGIENIC The food was great and divine food come quicker than ever before!!

Visited today for lunch, Jae served us..was very friendly and checked we were happy with our visit. Food was fresh and hot. The only disappointing thing is that the restaurant was really cold! No heating on so not an ideal place to stay long.

What a shame, nice new building that looks like it hasent had the floor swept all day, the tables covered in waste. The food was cold, but ok. Won't be rushing back to this restaurant

Is it really that hard to read an order and put the right things in the bag? It's not rocket science! Not a piece of chicken in sight, just got fries and 2 wrong drinks when it should have been 2 box meals!

Only half of my order was delivered. I phoned them and they said they can’t do anything about it. They have robbed me. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t order from this KFC. The delivery service was great they can't be blamed for incompetent workers at kfc that can't get an order right

staff were very rude. we ask in the drive thru to do two separate orders and could hear another employee shouting and complaining about it. proceeded to give us non of our drinks and tried to claim we hadn’t payed for drinks even tho we had meals.

Never get order right food is usually quite bad, always have to drive through again to correct order and that's when it's empty, dread to think how they would cope when it's busy

Nice hot food, served by Jae who is absolutely lovely and made sure everything was good for us. Nice and clean compared to other KFCs we have been to.

We got a KFC to save cooking tonight. I ain't usually a big fan of fast food. But we got one to keep the kids happy. Food was standard takeaway. Served by Jae who helpful and polite.

Much better now that the KFC app is more reliable. Excellent staff service. (Shout out to Jake, who's a cheery guy who always goes the extra mile!) Meals prepared to a higher standard than in most branches. Temperature in the main indoor dining area a bit on the low side. Always space to park nearby. Rarely a long wait for food. If you like KFC, you'll like this place.

Jae was very friendly in serving the food - interacted with the kids and was very informative.

Toilets was’nt clean last time we were in. Toilet wasn’t clean today either.

I walked into KFC and the main restaurant stank like urine. Someone has either urinated in the restaurant or an idiot has used the same toilet mop in the main restaurant.

Should be renamed kf garlic instead of kfc. Everything served had garlic in in or on it from the chips to chicken nuggets and even the baked beans.

The car park is a bit small, but you can park at lidl.

They press the 'ready to collect ' before its ready to make their figures look better but means I need to come up early and wait 10 more minutes. This shows they care more about figures than customer 🙄

Such slow service and not very accurate with orders

Meal was nice, only down fall was the size of the cookies for £1.59

It seems they just can't get the order right when going via the drive-through. On a number of occasions, there has just been items missing.

The food was great just a shame not everything we wanted was available at the time.

The manager told me i wasn’t able to use my student discount with a reward, when i come to KFC regularly and this isnt a problem. The manager spoke to me poorly and decided to make her own rules.

WORST KFC EVER !!!!! Staff seem to make up their own minds about what belongs in a meal and how much they are going to charge for it. Once you’ve lost the argument with a very vocal and shouty manager you will have the pleasure of enjoying your half complete meal and to top it off, you will have to enjoy this half complete meal stone cold! On a table that still has spilt beans and gravy on it from the day before. The place is disgusting, the food is disgusting and the managers rude behaviour is disgusting. Avoid at all costs. 🤬🤬

Simple order completely wrong, they told a popcorn chicken is a kids meal never go here go ventura lot less stress

I have been here a few times with my 11 year old. Food is always served quickly and is very tasty. All facilities are always clean and welcoming.

It's kfc. You get to eat chicken and listen to all the Albanians waiting in their cage to potentially deliver your just eat order. Takeaway is definitely the best idea.

Great KFC one that actually doesn't miss half your order everytime, Friendly staff nice modern building and facilities and very clean, just be careful of the floors when there wet can be extremely slippy, But overall one of the best KFC's I've been to for service and getting your order right first time.

Visited on a Thursday after school. It wasn't busy at all but the tables were filthy. And what establishment doesn't serve hot drinks.

Very unhappy with my order. I got a box meal and half of it was rubbish. They left my chill dip which comes with the meal. The fillet I was given was a so small. I didn’t order a mini fillet. The gravy was more like mush. I also ordered two hot wings and I was literally given the smallest ones possible. Not happy ain’t coming again

Waited at the drive through window for about 5 minutes until I had to beep the horn to get someone’s attention that I was waiting to be served and I got home the food was VILE! Chicken wasn’t even crispy just slimey, chips were hard and undercooked same as the wings all pink in the middle.. clearly run by kids who have no idea how to run a fast food restaurant. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really need to get this place sorted most of the staff are OK but their is a definite lack of management always running out of essentials like chicken!! Ordered a bargain bucket which they were prepared to fill with just legs no breasts left and they wasn't going to cook any more, when they get it right the food is great but let's say out of 5 visits twice the food has been not great, I don't even eat the stuff my kids do but I am paying an 10 pound a time not a cheap meal, could be a nice little KFC. READ THE REVIEWS KFC FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!!!!! GET IT SORTED.

Ordered a six wing meal with fries , checked the order before l left the counter , fries where bearly warm and the chicken looked like it had been sitting for a while and again only warm , asked staff to change it , l waited 15 minutes for a fresh meal and all that time fries sat on the side no wonder they give them to you only warm , will not be returning to this KFC

Absolutely awful service through the drive thru tonight!! No service with or smile, no words at all tbh. 20 minutes sat with zero communication, no apology for a long wait or “have a lovely night”. No sight of any manager and the kitchen area looked a mess, rubbish and food on the floor or food all over the counters.

Visited the drive thru today and we were given drinks from our meal and asked to park. After over 20 minutes of waiting, my wife went into the store and no one seemed to know what they were doing. They eventually gave her the food (which were, by the way all chicken based meals - We thought we would play to their strengths maybe). The chips were greasy and not crispy at all. The gravy was weak and watery. The burger was edible, in a kind of "I'll eat a scabby horse by now!" way. I don't think I will rush back.

Toilets in very poor state First Ladies toilet door lock broken Second Ladies toilet covered in faeces so had to use gents and they had urine all over the seats. Disgusting considering only 2 other people in the store. Needs checking regularly. Food not hot and building freezing cold. Will not return again second time we have been and been dissatisfied. Spoils the brands reputation. Only been open a couple of months so very poor.

went inside to ask for the managers help got assisted by a shift runner called ellie. she was very rude and unwelcoming. it was very unhelpful and i will not be coming back. sort it out!

Ordered via the kfc app to have it delivered from this store at 20:02 waited for nearly 2hrs to then ring the store to speak to the manager and after giving him my order number the order suddenly turns to cancelled on the app tracking system safe to say that I won’t be ordering via the app from this one again

I went on Friday with my family and i have seen one of KFC staff was shouting on delivery driver. I could see KFC member of staff was very rude and said to driver, get out from the shop. I took the photo of the staff, if manager needs then i am happy to provide.

Ordered a 10pc Wicked Variety bucket but only for 6pc For a place that has been set up for a few months its no good. Wouldn't find this happening at McDonald's.

Went through the drive through. No member of staff at the window. Had to beep the horn to get attention after sitting at the window for more than 5 minutes. Member of staff took the order over the intercom. Drove round to the next window. Employees could not figure out the blue light discount. Then sent around the corner to wait for the food. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for food which arrived cold. No apology. Every other car that went through after me had the same issue. Contacted customer services and yet to be contacted by the branch. Safe to say I will not be back

Went through drive thru and ordered and then told it will be at least 20 wait for chicken! This is not fast food!!
