Such slow service and not very accurate with orders

Meal was nice, only down fall was the size of the cookies for £1.59

It seems they just can't get the order right when going via the drive-through. On a number of occasions, there has just been items missing.

The food was great just a shame not everything we wanted was available at the time.

The manager told me i wasn’t able to use my student discount with a reward, when i come to KFC regularly and this isnt a problem. The manager spoke to me poorly and decided to make her own rules.

WORST KFC EVER !!!!! Staff seem to make up their own minds about what belongs in a meal and how much they are going to charge for it. Once you’ve lost the argument with a very vocal and shouty manager you will have the pleasure of enjoying your half complete meal and to top it off, you will have to enjoy this half complete meal stone cold! On a table that still has spilt beans and gravy on it from the day before. The place is disgusting, the food is disgusting and the managers rude behaviour is disgusting. Avoid at all costs. 🤬🤬

Simple order completely wrong, they told a popcorn chicken is a kids meal never go here go ventura lot less stress

I have been here a few times with my 11 year old. Food is always served quickly and is very tasty. All facilities are always clean and welcoming.

It's kfc. You get to eat chicken and listen to all the Albanians waiting in their cage to potentially deliver your just eat order. Takeaway is definitely the best idea.

Great KFC one that actually doesn't miss half your order everytime, Friendly staff nice modern building and facilities and very clean, just be careful of the floors when there wet can be extremely slippy, But overall one of the best KFC's I've been to for service and getting your order right first time.

Visited on a Thursday after school. It wasn't busy at all but the tables were filthy. And what establishment doesn't serve hot drinks.

Very unhappy with my order. I got a box meal and half of it was rubbish. They left my chill dip which comes with the meal. The fillet I was given was a so small. I didn’t order a mini fillet. The gravy was more like mush. I also ordered two hot wings and I was literally given the smallest ones possible. Not happy ain’t coming again

Waited at the drive through window for about 5 minutes until I had to beep the horn to get someone’s attention that I was waiting to be served and I got home the food was VILE! Chicken wasn’t even crispy just slimey, chips were hard and undercooked same as the wings all pink in the middle.. clearly run by kids who have no idea how to run a fast food restaurant. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really need to get this place sorted most of the staff are OK but their is a definite lack of management always running out of essentials like chicken!! Ordered a bargain bucket which they were prepared to fill with just legs no breasts left and they wasn't going to cook any more, when they get it right the food is great but let's say out of 5 visits twice the food has been not great, I don't even eat the stuff my kids do but I am paying an 10 pound a time not a cheap meal, could be a nice little KFC. READ THE REVIEWS KFC FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!!!!! GET IT SORTED.

Ordered a six wing meal with fries , checked the order before l left the counter , fries where bearly warm and the chicken looked like it had been sitting for a while and again only warm , asked staff to change it , l waited 15 minutes for a fresh meal and all that time fries sat on the side no wonder they give them to you only warm , will not be returning to this KFC

Absolutely awful service through the drive thru tonight!! No service with or smile, no words at all tbh. 20 minutes sat with zero communication, no apology for a long wait or “have a lovely night”. No sight of any manager and the kitchen area looked a mess, rubbish and food on the floor or food all over the counters.

Visited the drive thru today and we were given drinks from our meal and asked to park. After over 20 minutes of waiting, my wife went into the store and no one seemed to know what they were doing. They eventually gave her the food (which were, by the way all chicken based meals - We thought we would play to their strengths maybe). The chips were greasy and not crispy at all. The gravy was weak and watery. The burger was edible, in a kind of "I'll eat a scabby horse by now!" way. I don't think I will rush back.

Toilets in very poor state First Ladies toilet door lock broken Second Ladies toilet covered in faeces so had to use gents and they had urine all over the seats. Disgusting considering only 2 other people in the store. Needs checking regularly. Food not hot and building freezing cold. Will not return again second time we have been and been dissatisfied. Spoils the brands reputation. Only been open a couple of months so very poor.

went inside to ask for the managers help got assisted by a shift runner called ellie. she was very rude and unwelcoming. it was very unhelpful and i will not be coming back. sort it out!

Ordered via the kfc app to have it delivered from this store at 20:02 waited for nearly 2hrs to then ring the store to speak to the manager and after giving him my order number the order suddenly turns to cancelled on the app tracking system safe to say that I won’t be ordering via the app from this one again

I went on Friday with my family and i have seen one of KFC staff was shouting on delivery driver. I could see KFC member of staff was very rude and said to driver, get out from the shop. I took the photo of the staff, if manager needs then i am happy to provide.

Ordered a 10pc Wicked Variety bucket but only for 6pc For a place that has been set up for a few months its no good. Wouldn't find this happening at McDonald's.

Went through the drive through. No member of staff at the window. Had to beep the horn to get attention after sitting at the window for more than 5 minutes. Member of staff took the order over the intercom. Drove round to the next window. Employees could not figure out the blue light discount. Then sent around the corner to wait for the food. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for food which arrived cold. No apology. Every other car that went through after me had the same issue. Contacted customer services and yet to be contacted by the branch. Safe to say I will not be back

If I could give zero stars trust me I definitely would, I waited 25 minutes for an order then had to send it back as it was cold to then wait another 15 minutes for it to be redone and for food missing and then having to send it back a 3rd time due to the order then not being correct, personally the staff are rude and not helpful they just ignore you. Secondly I work in the food industry and the way staff wear hairnets is disgusting you have to cover your whole head believe it or not!!!

Long wait at drive thru no one turn up drove round to the servicing window told to go back to other window by a young lad with slewing words sounded stoned like off cheech and Chong didn’t fancy sitting there again wasting fuel, last time I used this kfc they had no beans and service was rubbish then nothing as changed

Newly opened, looks good, fairly fast service. Had 8 salt sachets in the bag, chips were great, but the actual wrap was a bit embarrassing, thrown in a wrapper not actually made, overcooked chicken mess sadly.

Awful service, slow and staff don’t care

Our favourite KFC has always been on Ventura Park. We used to go 2 Sundays a week for 15 years or so. This branch opened and thought we'd give it a go. The times we've been the food has been cooked fresh, so longer waiting times but that's fine. Good experience overall. The worse thing has been I ordered a meal to takeaway and they forgot my fries. No issue though and remedied quickly. Staff helped with an app order (doubt we'll be ordering from that again but do like scan the app. Speaking of which, the barcode scanners don't work. I've missed on a few potential offers.

Ordered through Just Eat twice now and both times the delivery has been late, the 1st order came incorrect so had to drive to KFC to pick it up only to find out it was still there waiting for a driver to collect. The 2nd experience was due for delivery at 7pm, never arrived so called KFC at 8pm to find out it was still there again waiting for a driver to collect. Let's just say we won't be using Just Eat ever again or that KFC.

Been here multiple times as it is close to my workplace. EVERY single time the staff have been messing around having a laugh in the back. Very rude to talk to and clearly don’t give a damn! On top of this, my order has been wrong on MOST occasions. Avoid until there is competent management in place.

Good location as not too much of a detour from M42, good opening times and we had really good service and food! The chicken was cooked to perfection, nice and crispy. Dolly was great and really helpful! I think she is the hardest worker they have, a credit to the business! Definitely would come back

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Ordered twice, both times took ridiculously long and when food came was wrong. Sorry to say but staff are useless too - no solution offered. First time just accepted the wrong order as no solution and quality of food was disgraceful, not even edible. Should’ve learnt off the first time.

To start with the restaurant smells funny, not like a KFC, tried to to use the self-service and it didn't give options to remove items and sauces from burgers and wraps. I asked for help to be told I would need to wait a minute, I waited 5 and ordered something else. Same person actually gave me my food and still didn't ask if I had managed to sort it myself or apologize for not coming back to me. First and last visit

Ordered a family feast. Got home the bucket split clean open and chicken went everywhere! The chips where terrible and agin just chucked in a bag. The beans tub, half empty and way over cooked to the point we just binned them! I guess this is what you expect from children running a restaurant and spending more time on the phones instead of actually working!

As a diabetic, I needed food fast….. well I waited that long I collapsed and died, luckily greggs was next door and came to the rescue with a nice big juicy sausage roll in my gob and brought me back to life…. I’ll be avoiding this KFC at all costs

We ordered table service but found the blond teenage girl Brogan behind the counter didn't want to do that today, she rudely kept shouting our number out while we were sat down waiting until we went to get the food even though we had a table number etc. I then noticed she had missed part of our order, we should have had a box of chips in a gravy megabox she then moaned at me that it's not instructed to give me chips then begrudgingly (only another member of staff said it comes with chips) gave me a tiny amount about a 3rd I'd usually get I did explain this but she was not very nice and would not give me the normal portion I'd got at other kfcs for years she was blindly argumentive and did not care how she spoke to me she kept saying the gravy megabox comes with a regular chips it's actually meant to be a large chips even says on the website and even after I showed her she wouldn't give me what id paid for. The bins at the kfc were so full the whole restaurant stunk. I have not been to a worse KFC in the UK. No management was present was just a bunch of teenage chavs running the place with no care in the world

Disgraceful. Ordered food sat waiting for an hour 5 mins before it should be delivered cancelled the order. Shouldn’t have accepted the order if they can’t fulfil it couldn’t have ordered as well. House full of angry kids. Waste of time will not bother again

Rude service, yanked my drink out of my hand until they figured it was mine. Didn’t tell me they’d ran out of what I wanted until I asked what they were handing me. Took 30 minutes to serve 3 people. We’ll stick to the other one lol

Never get your order on time, never seem to able to get the pieces of chicken I request, just watching behind the scenes through the drive thru window there's to many kids just having a good time lacks adults running the show professionally👎👎👎

Waited 15 mins in the drive through, they missed out additional wings I paid for, the food was very greasy and soggy and now both my wife and I have very very very upset stomachs. With 48 hrs off work this has turned out to be the most expensive and awful KFC I've had. There appears to be a lot of terrible reviews for a very new place, think the staff need retraining.

It's OK. For a new resturant I'd have expected more tbh. It was OK.

We were the only people in there when we ordered, and the drive thru wasn't overly busy, but it took over 20 minutes for 2 box meals. None of the tables were cleaned despite it being quiet, and when our food was eventually ready, we were called up to get it rather than it being brought over to the table. The food was actually ok but for the price it wasn't anything special.

Food as expected. Cleanliness could be improved somewhat. It is minus the rats that the one up the road has so that's a bonus

No location tents, auto service station did not give a receipt, we ate in but weren’t offered a tray, floor mucky. Overall, not good.

I’ve been here 2 times and both experiences have been awful. First time we ordered a wrap of the day meal and it took them 20 minutes to bring it to us in a parked bay. This time the burger doesn’t taste right, it’s dry with no flavour and stale. Don’t understand how it is so bad.

Took my son after he finished work to pick up his food, checked in at first window then arrived at second window only to asked "is this all you ordered" a sweet chilli dip! I said no and gave my order number 7107 to be told park up and the food will be bought to us. Which is what 2 cars Infront of of us also did. While waiting, food for 2 other cars was bought out and both orders were wrong. 15 minutes later still no food for us, bear in mind it was food for 1 person not a big bag of food so I drive back through the drive thru to be told they are just about to cook more mini fillets. Repeated I've already been waiting 15 minutes then asked do I want to speak to the manager I said yes. He then said there were cars in front of me that need serving first and mini fillets will take 4 minutes to cook and food will then be bought straight out to us. So I go and park back up. To then have another customer come and ask if I had just chased our food because she had been waiting half an hour. She goes inside and they give her food, she goes back to her car then returns to say it wrong. Then a car that arrived after us has 2 big full bags of food bought out to there car while we are still waiting for 1 meal. When the food does arrive we had been waiting 45 minutes in total god knows how long others were kept waiting. For a fast food chain not acceptable absolutely disgusting and certainly not fast. Worst KFC I have ever been to and I certainly won't use it again. Seems like inexperienced staff, not their fault if not trained, need more training and a manager that can't manage, can't keep the flow of food coming and no urgency to keep customers happy with little apology.

Cant order from a till has to be from the machine. Which when i went was out if ink on all of them so i didn’t know my order number. Its a pain to use your kfc rewards as the scanner for your phone doesn't work on all of the machines. Takes ages for food (there were people waiting for collection for 30mins+) and the food just isnt the same nor are the portion sizes. Wont be going back.

Ordered at the drive thru waited at drive thru for 7 minutes to be told to park up.. waited 20minutes in drive thru before I went in a asked where my food was was told its just being prepared now l, went back to car to wait another 3 minutes .. shopping melted and so hungry so I didnt even check the bag just drove home once it was handed to me ... big mistake they didn't put the beans in .. worst kfc I've ever been to

Uber eats order missing half the order. This job is not hard. Employ people who can actually count and follow orders other than mouth breathers! How do you mess up so bad on stuff written in front of you?

The toilets are mixed and I personally don’t agree with this at all, putting young girls and children at potential risk. Not to mention how uncomfortable people may feel. Food took ages to come and even when selecting table service, they made us go up to collect.

The toilets are communal. I wouldn’t use them if I was a lone female or vulnerable

Used the drive through & ordered a 10 piece family feast, i should have checked it before i drove away!!!! NO COLESLAW AS ORDERED BUT GOT 3 X SMALL GRAVY & 1 X SMALL BEANS????? The bucket of chicken contained 9 chicken legs & one dodgy thigh for £21.00( really)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use this place again. Had to give it a one star but i would have preferred to give it none.

So unfortunately for my experience having ordered food from here only 2 times as a quick dinner, both times have been dreadful. The quality of food given is appalling. From dry over cooked chicken to soggy moist fries, I can honestly say this is the worst KFC I've ever eaten from. The kitchen staff need a debriefing on that fried chicken special recipe because wheres the juicy skin please 🙏🏽 I used to work for KFC many years ago so I know you doing something wrong. For the love of the customers PLEASE perfect your food standards! Thank you.

Fast food, what an absolute laugh. I have NEVER waited so long for food from a takeaway as long as I did at KFC Tamworth Ninian Way! I watched Uber, Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers come in and out. Yet it took over 30 minutes for my kid's order to be ready. Utterly ridiculous and this is a brand new store. There is no blame to the assistants, it is clearly poorly managed or inadequately staffed. I didn't expect to waste part of my Friday evening waiting on a big of fried chicken! Poor job KFC!

Was hoping for good things as the Ventura concession leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately they must have been trained by the same people. Went through the drive through and asked for a bargain bucket but with no legs and were told they didn't think they could do this. We asked them to check with the management and, fair play, they came back and said ok. We then went to the collection window and were told to park as it wasn't ready - there had been one car in front of us and not many people in the actual restaurant. It took 11 mins for them to bring the food out. The food was really not very good, overcooked chips and very very dry overcooked chicken. We will definitely be giving this place a miss! Shame - they could make a fortune here if only they learned how to cook.

Not a great experience at new store, went to the drive through, got to the first window sat there for 15 minutes nobody came, beeped the horn and even knocked on the window. Ended up reversing out and going inside, asked where was the server was, and got told 'oh, we are taking orders at the last window now', no signage at all explaining. We then went to order and got told they have no sides available at all, the food we did get was dry. Lots young staff standing around. Maybe it's because it's new but seems like they need abit more managing and organising.

It’s not a particularly complicated menu, I understand they get busy but will never get why multiple people do one order and don’t communicate, for a meal for 2 people there was 5-6 mistakes, wrong wrap, chips missing, 2 snack buckets both wrong, 1 corn missing. Genuinely terrible and looking on just eat its similar reviews. The food you get is fine, not dry but that many excuses after I asked the guy to check is terrible, not like you’re gunna drive back. Annoying first experience, but when the entire serving staff look barely out of nappies I’m not overly shocked.

Food was dry and overcooked. chicken breast was more like a wing. Chips portion was 5 chips in a bag and took ages waiting for food to be served as Uber eats and just eat are priority shocking!! Will never be going here again .

If I could give less than a star, I would. I ordered the delivery on Deliveroo and I paid £2,49 on service fees for nothing I tried to call the shop a dreadful amount of times as they took out one meal from my order without contacting me first and when I tried to cancel it it said I will not be able to get a refund. Definitely will not be ordering again. *update just got the order without the gravy and the corn on the cob that I PAID FOR

Worst KFC I've ever been to.. I arrive at the drive thru and the manager says to wait a second as he will take my order via a headset, only to then completely disappear. 10 minutes later and still no sign of anyone taking my order. I had to physically get out of the car that was still parked in the drive thru and go into the store to find out where the hell everyone had gone? I told them to please take drive thru orders and not forget about us all queuing there. After another 10 minutes we finally got our food only to have missing items, told there was no more gravy and got a completely different wrap from the one we ordered. Absolute mess of a place, AVOID!!!

What a shambles. Considering it's been open three days management appear to have absconded. It took over 19 minutes to get our food. Which let's face it is chicken and chips, that's all! The kitchen were not communicating with the staff on the counter at all and there was no food ready. Food simply wasn't been cooked and the backlog was apparent. That being said the counter staff were also not being efficient. Drinks were not prepped, boxes not made up, nothing was being done and they just stood there. One guy served two people and said twice, "sorry there's no reciept paper" well go get some, you're just stood there!! There was rubbish on the floor and tables. Again, if the kitchen are backed up and you're stood around, clean, wipe, tidy! Make use of the time to improve the surroundings. I could not see an obvious service point within the store to get serviettes, salt etc and we were not given any in the bag. So we left and had nothing to wipe our hands with, no fork for mash potato or serviettes. The box was a mess when I opened it with sauce everywhere. Considering the box meal has gone up about 20% it really isn't good enough! The other 5 star reviews to date, 4 of them mention RGM. Which suggests to me they are either being written by staff or they have been asked to write them. Because what is an RGM? My guess is Regional General Manager? Well he is long gone, and so are the standards. I hope for their sake these are teething problems, but for a first visit I've left really disappointed!
