Spice Express in Kingston upon Thames

Spice Express catered my 40th birthday and they were brilliant. We didn't know they could fulfill this kind of request but went in and asked on the off chance as we wanted something hot and tasty for an October celebration. We had samosas, tikka chicken, spring rolls and battered prawns – perfect finger foods. Everything was delivered hot and fresh. Our guests enjoyed and complimented the food and we found it to be good value. Thank you Spice Express team.

With Out this Indian I will not be Alive, Love this Indian been ordering here a lot In my Life, only problem When you have the Curry you nail turn Yellow…. BUT THAT ALRIGHT it only goes in a week. Very nice place Will be ordering from Spice express for my entire life

I’ve been getting occasional curries from Spice for over 20 years and I’ve never been disappointed. The jalfrezi used to be my thing and nowadays as it’s a rarer treat and I’ve always loved heat I go for phall. Try it….

Great food well priced and friendly staff

Most disgusting curry I have ever had. So oily, even the mango chutney was oily. Absolutely vile. So disappointed. Don’t bother unless you like eating pure oil.

Ordered 5 dishes 4 were brilliant but the Lamb Rezalla was not good. The sauce was fine but the Lamb was inedible. Full of gristle and fat.

THE PORTIONS ARE SO SMALL ITS RIDICULOUS!! we ordered plain rice and they gave it to us in a tiny container for £ 2.75!! The paneer masala was not spicy at all and very bland.

Ordered some take away very oily I can see 2 inch layer of the oil top of the food also the prawn biriyani no salt at all very dissatisfaction

Ordered takeaway direct from the website. So glad we did. The food arrived hot and tasted fresh. Delicious Bhaji, naan, 2x different curry dishes and prawn with chapati. We googled the restaurant website and the 20% discount for ordering direct, online, made a big difference to us in terms of affordability and meant that we could treat ourselves to an extra starter (yummy prawn & chapatti). Food was very tasty and as long as the 20% offer is there, we will continue to order from them. Much better value ordering direct, compared to ordering via Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber (who now charge a ridiculous admin fee).

Went to my aunts we were very hungry and nearby there was a Indian restaurant so we order it when it arrived it was packed in plastic containers good it wasn’t cracked the meat was so juicy had it with some soft bread there was no mold in the bread and the service was really good and staff was lovely recommended to go here

I’ve tried many takeaways and restaurants , Best Indian food I’ve had, amazing taste, been having it for years. Tend to be busy in weekends but still does not fail me. Very friendly workers too

the grilled tandoori collection and biryanis are delicious here, amazing service and shall be returning here again. good portions too. also have options for children such as nuggets and chips

Worst curry I've ever had in my life, what chicken tikka masala has coconut through it absolute terrible and when I called them they acting like this is normal, if you want a good curry go to tooting and skip this waste of money and time

Told 1hrs wait for food, at the 1.5hr mark we phoned and told that food was coming and had been picked up. 45mins later food arrived and driver said he picked up 10mins prior. Should just be honest and see-through with customers and you wouldn't have lost this one. Go somewhere else, easier, no lies and probably exactly the same quality.

Very oily food and had stomach aches after eating. Lots of food colouring added to the food.

Food was awfull too much oil .heated from the microwave.The taste was just oil.lamb was so dry and even the chapati was a terrible taste

Spice Express came to host a stall and the food was delicious, the caterers were polite and friendly and they did a fantastic job! I could not recommend them high enough. Thank you for all you did for the school and the community.

The best Indians in the area. You can tell they are proud of there food which you can really taste as it’s delicious. Look no further than Spice express.

Yeh so some variable dishes from these guys but def one to avoid is the £10 prawn platter. it has3 prawns plus onions on it. I could upload a photo, and you would be in shock...I wont be going back there ever now. Its taking the proverbial P. I cannot begin to tell you how short of the described item this is. Its about one fifth of what should be there. Maybe they need a platter for Tyrion Lannister. Bit of joke, the other dishes are not better but occasionally they are ok.

Every time I've ordered its come perfect, hot and with in 25 mins. Very happy customer

I like this place, been going here for years, it’s cheap and cheerful, yes you can get better but it’s convenient and good value.

We often order a big takeaway to have friends over and the food is always delicious across the whole order with good quality meat and ingredients tastes freshly prepared. Delivery is reliable. One suggestion please try to replace the single use plastics with card containers.

Lovely curry full of flavour. I'm veggie and really enjoyed the pakoras and bhuna. Great, fresh naan bread too.

Love Spice Express and they know me well now. Portions are really good, enough meat and sauce compared to some that only fill half way of a container. Always have good chat with staff when I collect or they deliver and I think their prices are great, especially when you spend over a certain amount and get a discount.

The very, very worst Indian food I have ever tasted. The Lamb Rogan tasted like it wascin tomato sauce not curry sauce. Can you imagine it, tomato sauce! And they add a service charge for delivery - unheard of! Truly awful.

The only thing I can remember about this most forgettable Indian takeaway is that my Lamb Rogan came in what seemed to be tomato sauce rather than curry sauce. Very strange. Not nice at all. And they charged a service charge for delivery, never heard of that before. This Tomato Rogan didn't come cheap either. Never again. Never ever again.

As with other restaurants that are just there, the taste and quality of the food will depend on the chef's mood. Sometimes great, but often times disappointing and inconsistent.

I normally have a chicken tikka masala which Is pretty good but after having the rezala at a few eat in places I thought I’d give it a try , wow wish I Hadn’t , way way way too hot, and I Like hot but thAt was almost Uneatable, I Ordered veg rice, okish But Lacking veg and hunt the potatoe, if I order again it won’t be the rezala . Disappointed !

Serving takeaway only this little hut on malden manor train station continues to provide flavoursome cuisine...the dishes are always delivered hot and packed full of meat..they also offer a 20% discount on orders over 20 quid on the just eat app..very good value. Especially enjoy the house and chef specials..always good. Best indian in new malden area. Take away only

First time last night and very enjoyable, will definitely use in the future. Every dish was filled to the very top of the container, and received 20% total. Super saucy and tasty just as we like it. Thank you. Delivered on time. Also delivery man didn't hover for a tip (had to call him back to give the tip to him).

Rubbish takeaway, next to the train station it lives up to its poor looks. Kheema nan has doner kebab meat. Lamb Madras completely tasteless and tastes watered down . Not even the correct consistency. Paratha is thick and non authentic like a thick naan. Chicken tikka also taste watered down. Not impressed and will definitely NOT be back.. should have went to the Chinese around the corner..

DO NOT EAT HERE My sister has just attempted to get a refund for a dish with under cooked chicken, (it was still pink!) and the guy behind the counter came out, stood right infront of her and THREATENED TO RE-ARRANGE HER FACE!!! Shes only 5ft 4 and size 6 so hardly intimidating! Absolutely disgusted by this mans behaviour, and the manager wasn't any help either. These people don't deserve any business of that's how they treat their customers! Vile creatures

I placed an order for myself and my closest buddies when the food arrived we were missing two naan breads Instead of yummy yummy relishes there was vomit smelling shitepools of doom this aint no mint sucka the mango boy was watered down and oily and tasted of yuck topped up with eww when we wrang them to speak to them they would not answer the phone but we wrang them pleading till our eyes bled why is there cold rice pudding that smells of greek yogurt from a dead greek fox who had an eye hanging out because he was hit by a flymo which is a kind of lawn mower that some people use to mo the grass in there gaden which is called a lawn by some folk in the place but the real message here is that the relishes were rate bad like i can't relish the relish like i wanted to relish the relish like it should of been if i went to the mural for a real curry made by a nice man who looks like a small italian statue in a door way which could confuse some people who don't know what he looks like that is a man with love in his eyes and food in his heart and my tum its a shame that this has happened but we need to club together and move on can i have some relishes that are yummy please thank you bye.
