The first time I went there I ate chicken. The chicken tasted very good. It was not too expensive. It may be a small shop but the people inside are very welcoming. I would go back if I went back to Leicester. I think my husband went back there because he was staying in Leicester.

Lovely Shawarmas 😍. Love them with wraps. Chicken and lamb mix is my favourite. The baklava is also worth a try. Tried the pizza and chic pea soup. Delicious!

Working nearby and saw this place. The staff were friendly and polite, the service was excellent and speedy and the food was delicious all for less than the cost of a golden arches meal.

SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!! Terrible service. Tried ordering online on uber eats. Only told me that the food I'm ordering is unavailable once they are "wrapping up". So, the option to cancel order without fee is not there anymore. If I were to cancel, I'd be charged full amount. They should have let me know when they were preparing it. Tried calling them numerous times. I told them its up to the merchant (which is them) to cancel the order but they hung up the call because they "Don't understand". So I had to cancel my order and be charged. THESE PEOPLE HAVE SCAMMED ME. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place!!!

All I can say is terrible service, very rude. Stood waiting to be served. The guy looked at me ignored me. I stood a bit longer and another person came in. He looked at me once more and instantly served the other person. Not good

I come here on a regular basis but when I came down last week you were closed for renovations. When will you be open again?

First time in Leicester, me snd my husband were craving some shawarma. We went to special shawarma after seeing the reviews. Unfortunately they were out of lamb and only had chicken but that is because we got there at almost 9pm. Nevertheless, the chicken filled me up very well, beautiful taste and the naan was just super. We also had pizza which was cooked perfectly. I can imagine how delicious the lamb shawarma must've been if the chicken was this good. The service was also beautiful. The gentleman who served us was so polite and humble. I highly recommend this place. Please give it a try!

Got Mutton Shawarma and the meat wasn't cooked and it felt nearly raw. When asked about it, the guy said "It happens". This place is not a good place to have food

Sharwarma was mediocre at best. It's definitely not as nice as my friend made it out to be. The salad amount in the chicken sharwarma sandwich is very generous, but the meat is sparse. Maybe if I could taste more meat instead of wet salad in the bread, then I might have liked it. It wasn't hearty like a traditional sharwarma. It seems very popular for other dishes, though. Maybe if I get the courage to visit again, I will try something else on their menu and make a point that I am there for the sharwarma and not so much the salad.

We always visit here on the way back from a big shopping spree in town, as a special treat! Love the food and fast service and friendly atmosphere. Chicken is amazing!

Horrible experience! I was a regular customer, walked in today and ordered item number 4 on the menu. The guy taking my order didn’t pay any attention and packed 4 orders. I was told to pay for the wrong order. When I expressed my surprise and said its just one item “No.4 on your menu” he got frustrated and disrespectfully said that I haven’t got the money to pay for his mistake. The manager knew me and sorted it out quickly. All this happened after I paid for the entire wrong order. Pretty stupid to say I can’t pay after receiving the money. Horrible customer service and poor treatment of a regular customer. Make sure you hire some well mannered sensible staff who can understand plain English. Never going back again!

As name says, this is really a special Shawarma. The food here is really good, I like it. Expecting better quantity as prices are not that high, but still I will question them for quantity need to make customer feel the chicken in their mouth. Staff here is very friendly. the person on the main cash register is very kind. He feels bad that we dont take any salad into the Shawarma so he gv me salad separately. It is not the best place to dine in. The atmosphere is very chaotic. You will not enjoy dining in here with family

From Bermuda. I visit the UK a few times a year.. and for the past 6 years i have been coming to Leicester sometimes just to get a lamb shawarma from here. The flavors.. texture.. the freshly made to order wraps and breads are amazing! Currently here in UK until sunday... i have had 1. Will be back today for another and will take a few home with me !

I always do takeaway from this place but yesterday we went to dine in hear. I haven’t seen such a poor quality customer care in my life. The guy was so impatient and bordering on verbal aggression, literally shouting loud when I asked him about the order. He lacks basic manners to behave in front of a family. May be it was a off day for him? But if it is a repetitive pattern he needs to change his behaviour/approach for good.

It may be fast food but it is tasty and nourishing.

If you wanna die this is the place, I had the worst experience ever buying food from this place. We ordered a chicken shawarma and it was utterly disgusting, the food was dry and cold and gave us food poisoning, also the customer service is rubbish the man forgot to put sauces and was very inattentive. I do not recommend this place, do yourself a favour and eat a tesco meal deal when you’re hungry.

I tried their falafel plate with chips, bread and salad. Their falafel was probably the best I've had in Leicester, three falafel was crispy and soft on the inside but unlike falafel I've tried from many places this was full of flavour and was definitely moreish. Also the Kurdish bread was amazing! Fresh and baked on the premises. I think I'll definitely be back here to maybe try one of there shawarma sandwiches. This is a cash only establishment so bare that in mind. They interior was well presented and there was ample seating.

Tried few times in last few months, found their standard stable. I would rate chicken swarma higher than lamb and wrap is better than sandwich. Quick processing time. Humble behaviour.

Ordered a chicken shawarma and chips. The chip portion is ridiculously small. Not even a child would get full. The chicken shawarma was stone cold. No one wants to eat cold food. He seemed to make it from already shaved shawarma. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Clean space, good food and service, very good prices. I would strongly recommend for take away or even eat in but is a small place and very tight so you have to avoid rush hours will no be available tables. I returned many times and even I live in Loughborough, when I want eat a delicious shaworma I came all long trip to here. I would give 5* if the owner will provide the menu options online. A small website with the dishes and price available will be very helpful for customers in this times.

Ordered a soup asked about 5 times is it vegetarian they said yes and brought me chickpea soup with lamb in it!I am vegetarian !!I tried to explain to the waiter but he just pretending he doesnt speak English!!
