Living in a village on the outskirts of Ely, I didn't think that The Ladz delivered this way, so when I found I could do so, I was really pleased! Delivered was early and prompt, and served with a smile!

Bit disappointed with our order this time. It was marked left at 5.45pm, however didn’t get it until around 6.30pm. The chips were cold and soggy, burgers were lukewarm warm.

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive and was like warm. Had to call twice to check where it was as showed as delivered on app. Such as shame as food could have been good but had gone soggy as in bag for so long

It was cold. Wrap and sweet potato fries cold chicken strips were at an edible temperature but seeing as they were in a tub i would expect this

Food was very late, when i rang the restaurant the number on just eat doesn’t work, so you have to Google it, the man who answered was rude and didn’t apologise for the food not being here. When the food arrived it the pizza was barely warm and the chips were cold and very soggy. The pizza had a strange taste to it, we didn’t finish it and it’s gone in the bin. Very disappointed there food used to be really good, but this is the 2nd time the food has been bad

Don’t normally leave reviews but I had to as this was amazing. I work away a lot all over the UK and this has to be one of the best takeaways I’ve had. It could even be better than Nando’s

I had a veggie burger and added halloumi was honestly the best veggie burger I’ve had yet! My kids had the chicken nuggets and a burger which were both good too! Both peri chips and steak chips were lovely also, we ordered a peri chicken whole for dinner later on and that was beautiful, whole family enjoyed and we added our own rice, will be ordering again and delivery was on time and delivery driver was pleasant also 😊

brilliant store with a wide selection of items to choose from. Love that there is a ladz grill in store. I always pop in for drinks and household goods and end up grabbing a wrap meal as well. Fantastic staff, they always go the extra mile for me and even mix my flavours.

We’ve been going here regularly since we moved to Ely, absolutely love the food here. The riceboxes are so good, burgers and wraps too. Defo try the milkshakes too. Will always recommend and bring visiting friends here!
