Had an amazing meal here last night, food and wine was absolutely fantastic, fresh authentic Italian. Service first class, made to feel warm and welcomed. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend

Most impressed with this Spaghetti House. We visited on a very cold and windy outside but received a welcoming and warm greeting inside. Our food was most pleasing and our glasses of wine accompanied it well. The treat of a chocolate mint after asking for the bill was a most appreciative touch and rounded off our meal nicely. All in all a most enjoyable meal and would highly recommend.

Very pleasant restaurant with lovely menu. My friends and I enjoyed our meal of pasta & pizza. The staff were very friendly & polite. The only downside was that we had to wait quite a while for our main meal and also deliveries were being brought through the restaurant, which was uncomfortable, as the door was kept open, allowing a cold draught through th restaurant. However, I would return here.

Lovely find - happy to recommend the Spaghetti House. Great staff - really friendly and attentive and happy to be looking after us. 7 of us (family) and we all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. No complaints at all - which is quite tough with my family :-) You will not be disappointed.

Food was dreadful. Vast quantities of pasta that could be easily prepared by a 12 year old at home. Green salad arrived with a dressing on, so why were we given oil and vinegar for the salad? Couldn't wait to get out.

It was okay. We had booked the table weeks in advance and still the table was at the door. Every time it opened it was so cold. Staff were pleasant. Some errors in the orders as we had requested some dishes to arrive together but it was all sorted in the end. Food was average. I’ve had better Italian food.

I had a great time in spaghetti house, the staff are really wonderful and so easy going. the good thing was the location. the restaurant was directly in front of Royal Garden's Hotel.

This is a lovely authentic Italian place! All food we had was delicious and tasty. Service is attentive, kind and patient. We had many requests to change some dishes due to allergies-food reactions and they went above and beyond for us. We are really pleased with this place and will definitely come back. Came on the 30th for my friends birthday with no reservation and was instantly accustomed to. The carbonara was as good as last time and would highly recommend the pastata (proudly misspelt that) but it’s a huge bowl for £25 and you can choose any pasta dish. A huge thanks to Maria, she was a huge positive energy on our meal and didn’t skip out on the Parmesan cheese. Would go back again!

The service was excellent. I started with a caprese salad which was quite good. We also shared the pizza dough balls. Very chewy. We both had the lasagna. Good flavour but over cooked pasta left the dish with the same texture throughout.- mushy. Dessert was very good we had the chocolate layer cake with vanilla gelato.

Nous y avons dîner en famille ce soir très bonne nourriture , personnel agréable. De plus le restaurant est situé en face de notre hôtel ( royal garden). Tiramisu incroyable et on y trouve du ice tea pêche ( ce qui est difficile à londres). Nous reviendrons c est certain 👍👏👏

We had dinner here on Saturday, and despite the restaurant being nearly fully booked in advance because of the holiday season, the host was very kind and found a table for us. We both had the chicken entree, and it was very good; it was obvious everything was prepared to order and made with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We plan to go back next week to sample the festive Christmas Dinner menu.

Ate here before a show at the Royal Albert Hall. It was a great experience. Delicious food and friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to the guy who served us - didn’t get his name unfortunately - who was everything you’d expect from an efficient, pleasant member of the team.

Stopped in for lunch while on a stroll. We are carbonara lovers so figured let’s give a shot. Calamari fritti, carbonara, margherita pizza, a couple of glasses of wine, tiramisu, we departed happy campers. Service was excellent, and they were very generous on the pancetta. Will come back when in town.

I opted for the spaghetti pasta for two, hoping for a hearty and fulfilling meal. While the dish was undeniably delicious, I couldn't help but notice the absence of a few key ingredients that were mentioned in the menu description, specifically egg and mushrooms. These missing elements were a bit disappointing, considering they were part of the advertised recipe. However, even without these components, the pasta was well-cooked and flavorful. Despite the minor hiccup with the missing ingredients, I left the restaurant feeling satisfied. The overall dining experience, combined with the warm ambience and excellent service, made for an enjoyable evening. I would certainly consider returning, hoping that the next visit might include all the promised ingredients for a perfect meal.

Londres tiene muchos restaurantes excelentes que ofrecen cocina italiana, pero no se pierda Spaghetti House en Kensington High Street. Disfrutamos de una excelente cena y una maravillosa experiencia gastronómica el viernes 2 de octubre. Apreciamos mucho la cálida hospitalidad del Gerente José Silva y su equipo. Teníamos una acogedora cabina en el frente del restaurante. ¡La comida estuvo grandiosa! Los espaguetis a la boloñesa estaban cocinados a la perfección. Las ensaladas y verduras eran frescas y significativamente mejores que muchas de las que hemos tenido en Londres, donde las ensaladas no son un tema prioritario, desde que llegaron hace 7 semanas. Disfrutamos de un plato completo, incluido el postre, y lo disfrutamos todo. Si tiene la oportunidad de disfrutar de una noche en Spaghetti House, no se sentirá decepcionado.

Después de haber estado y disfrutado de esta casa de espaguetis en particular un par de veces antes, me encantó descubrir que estaba tan bien como siempre. Con demasiada frecuencia en estos días, después de haber encontrado un lugar que te gusta, volver más tarde no siempre es una buena idea, ya que los estándares pueden deslizarse. Pero esta Spaghetti House en particular no solo ha mantenido su estándar, sino que ha mejorado, en todo caso.Desde un punto de vista personal, tengo que decir que las albóndigas de espagueti eran las mejores que he probado en mi vida. . . . . . ¡y eso incluye a Italia! ! ! ! ! No puedo recomendar lo suficiente.

My sister and I found ourselves around 8pm, walking down High Street hungry and no dinner plan. We came across Spaghetti House and just agreed we were hungry and tired and it looked cozy and clean enough, so we just took a chance on it. It was quite tasty! The pasta was just perfectly al dente, with lovely flavor, and bubbling hot. We enjoyed salad, pasta, wine. After dinner, our lovely server surprised us with complimentary limoncellos. It proved to be most enjoyable with great food, service, and welcoming atmosphere.

On visiting this restaurant prior to going to The Royal Albert Hall, being the closest walking distance, I was very disappointed with the lack of atmosphere and Italian feel. I would have expected water and a basket of bread to accompany a meal as standard in this type of restaurant, but had to pay £4 for an 'assortment of Italian breads' only to be one piece of bread cut into slices. Had to ask for the water twice with the meal. Wanted to have olive oil to dip the bread into, or to be served on the bread, but given a bottle of olive oil instead. There again common condiment in an Italian restaurant would have olive oil in a pouring bottle standard. Had a salad serving, which was just a selection of leaves with a small section of avocado. No basil herbs or tomato and quite bland. Overall a disappointment and staff were arguing between each other, albeit in a foreign language, but easy to recognise raised tones. Apart from location, wished we had more time and gone to eat in Whole Foods.

My husband and I were going to see an evening Cirque De Soleil show at The Royal Albert Hall and wanted to eat somewhere close. We were also staying at The Royal Garden Hotel, which is just across the road from the restaurant, so the location was perfect. I booked a table via their website, which was really easy to do. It was our first time at the restaurant and found the staff were friendly and received a warm welcome. We were not rushed at ordering and the food arrived quickly and piping hot. My husband had the Calzone and i had the Spaghetti Carbonara, which both were delicious. We will definatley be eating there again and fully recommend.

Encantador restaurante a unos cinco minutos a pie del Albert Hall. Perfecto para almorzar con mis dos hijas antes de dirigirse al Salón de Cirque du Soleil. Had the pizza (excellent flatbread), tortellini (excellent) and spaghetti (excellent). Go for the smaller portions because the portion sizes are certainly adequate. House white is very nice.

Fitted the bill perfectly for a quick Friday night meal after a day of travel. Decor festive. Updated menu from last time I ate hear. All four dishes were scored high by family. Gluten pasta - excellent. Caesar salad full of lettuce. Staff could be a tad more attentive.

Жаль, что хозяева так мало уделяют внимания удобству клиентов. Еда тоже не вызвала восторга. Цена выше среднего, но карбонара оказалась совершенно безвкусной. Налог не включён в цену блюда, поэтому смело прибавляйте 12,5%. Персонал в целом дружелюбный, но не все делают своё дело как надо.

I passed this place while looking for a place to have an evening meal, from the outside it looked warm and inviting. The only issue was the outside decoration made reading the menu quite difficult.

Authentic Italian minestrone soup, bread and Tiramisu! Also very good red dry wine from Toscana! Felt like little Italy in the heart of London!

Siamo stati ieri sera a cena in questo ristorante, sperando di poter mangiare pasta dignitosa. Abbiamo preso spaghetti al pomodoro, piatto abbondante, buono il sugo ma la pasta era scotta (probabilmente a causa della precottura, visto che abbiamo ricevuto i piatti a meno di 5 minuti dall'ordine, e non puoi precuocere gli spaghetti!!!). La nota dolente è arrivata con il conto, dove, mio malgrado, ho notato un'aggiunta del 12,5% relativa al servizio... Dopo 6 giorni a Londra è stato l'unico ristorante ad inserire, per un tavolo di 2 persone, direttamente nel conto, il servizio (in Italia se lo sognano). Tra l'altro avrei dato molto più volentieri la mancia ai camerieri, così invece mi sembra molto scorretto. Da non frequentare.

Nice restaurant right near Hyde Park, the staff is efficient, very friendly and ... Italian! Very good cuisine although my penne were a bit overcooked. I had a starter, a main course and a desert plus a bottle of sparkling water for 39£. Italian music playing in the background, nice atmosphere.

We've been here several times. We find the food is very tasty and reasonably priced. Not sure what it's called, but we get this pasta dish with 4 cheeses (??). They serve large portions so we share it along with a salad. It is delish!! Service is OK -- the staff are not overly friendly, sometimes it's like they just don't want to be there. But they do know how to cook there, they take care of us and the food is served hot and pretty quickly. So we just brush it off to the the fact that we're there late and the staff is tired!

We found this restaurant when we got off the hop on hop off bus and ate there 2 nights in a row!!! Great food, wine and service.

We found this restaurant through reviews on Tripadvisor and went there three times in one week pre prom concerts in the Royal Albert Hall. We were very pleased with our excellent meals, the reasonable prices and especially the very pleasant staff. It feels like a real Italian place in atmosphere and attitude and not like a chain restaurant at all. We will be back next year!

Delicious food left a bad taste in our mouth when we realised they had included (without advising us) an automatic gratuity of 12.5%. By all means enjoy a meal with Spaghetti House, but be prepared for the hit at the end, or negotiate up front.

A due passi dai meravigliosi giardini di Kensington c’è questo locale, non grandissimo ma confortevole, con una spiccata vocazione italiana, come suggerisce il nome. Gentile il personale, prezzi in linea con la media, il locale è particolarmente adatto per i connazionali che non padroneggiano l’inglese e desiderano mangiare all’italiana. Buona la carne e il pesce, i primi e le pizze. A fine pasto, fatevi viziare con crescentine e Nutella. In sintesi, affidabilità e posizione strategica.

For a meal that cost £80 (US $100) for 3 people, I expect way more than the average food we received!

We stopped in here for an early supper with my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter.
