Really authentic Italian food, good service. I've seen some negative reviews about prices but it's line with the area.

Pizza is good, not great, but good...

Really loved the place and the pizza, feels authentic Italian taste and vibe. 100% will return and would take friend and family there.

We had a most enjoyable evening here. All the dishes we ordered were spot on, and the service was personable and friendly, too.

A small family restaurant. The food is excellent; I had a pizza with gorgonzola, which was delicious. After that, I had tiramisu and espresso; I felt like I was in Italy. Big praise for the owner, especially for his daughter; she was very kind and cultured.

It’s a perfect place to enjoy dinner, a cosy little restaurant in the heart of Chelsea. Any dish you can order is expertly cooked by the local chefs, both from the north and the culinarily rich south of Italy. Rest assured that you leave with a full tummy and be warned: you will come again. The atmosphere is perfect: on a quiet street, yet really easily-reachable corner of Chelsea. If you live nearby it is certainly worth a visit, and also if you are passing by, and you want to treat yourself, swing by and don’t worry as the food won’t take long. The chefs vary, but not in quality. If your pizza doesn’t turn out like the one on the photos, it is only because a different cook was working, dig in though, it will still be exquisite

Pizza absolutely not as the one in the pictures saved on this google account. The pizza s pasta is tasteless but the prices are the same of not higher than the real pizza places like rossopomodoro. Those pictures should be removed as the pizza man and/or the pizza s pasta changed (to worse). Btw the boss and waiters are very nice and they have air conditioner inside.

Restaurant de petite taille avec une terrasse extérieure de quelques tables. La décoration intérieure est simple. Cote nourriture la pizza est correcte mais sans plus. Nous avons également pris la mozzarella et les aubergines qui étaient passables. Bon service dans une ambiance familiale. Prix correctes.

It's just not very pleasant as a dining experience, sticky plastic tables & a price which implies a sophisticated experience but actually food doesn't feel that fresh & the environment isn't very swish. I wouldn't visit again, even if service was very pleasant. £50 to share a starter, two glasses of wine and a main. It's not quite deal of the year and the experience doesn't justify the price. Food was alright.

What a lovely, family-run Italian restaurant close to the Kings Road. I had pasta with king prawn and my friend had a calzone. So delicious.

Absolutely perfect neighborhood Italian restaurant - food, service, atmosphere all fantastic. We stopped in right before closing to grab a few pizzas for takeaway and they couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. The pizzas were delicious. Can’t wait to go back again for the daily specials.

Been our local for many years, everything is fantastic and flavourful and consistent. The house pizza is addictive.

On entering the restaurant Isabella asked us if we had a reservation. My friend responded yes and on finding the booking said the booking was for 5 people. When she was told that only 3 of us were now dining she sarcastically thanked us "for letting her know" and chastised us for not letting the restaurant know before we arrived. My friend responded that the numbers had only changed an hour before the booking. When we were shown to our table I asked Isabella what her name was. Suddenly her manner became more appropriate and polite right up until we left. However my friend noticed that other non Black people entering the restaurant were seated without being asked if they had a reservation. Not quite the "customer experience" I was expecting on my first visit to the restaurant. The other waitress and a chef were very pleasant and greeted us warmly.

Absolutely fantastic place. Truly hidden gem just out of closely located Kings Road and really close to the Sloane Square. Small cozy family owned restaurant serving authentic Italian food. Pizza is highly recommended plus great selection of wines. 🍷 Definitely coming back and very soon!

Delicious authentic Italian food! Great service and nice staff. (Note: The Parmesan cheese was added to my choice) Everything was fresh and tasty. The place itself it’s really small and where we were there it was overcrowded, so make sure you reserve your seat. Really recommend for Italian food lovers!

The only restaurant that still had available seats for us at this area even though it was busy. Nice waiters that really care about your satisfaction and great food. The price is also good!

Walked in for a weekday lunch, very casual Italian bistro. We took the leeks and shrimp risotto, it was absolutely yummy. My husband is Italian and we both like it, a hidden gem in Chelsea, much better than those hyped ones

One of those small cosy tucked away places that I love, as soon as you walk in, the aroma of authentic Italian cooking hits your nostrils. The owner, Michele is friendly, chatty & has even extended the place to nextdoor. I also appreciate the trompe l'oeil as part of the surrounding decor.

There are not many restaurants like this one. What makes them one of a kind is the nice feel of this place. Genuine family run restaurant with super friendly staff and owner. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable. We had mussels for starter and 2 pizzas for main - food was so good I forgot to take a photo of the starter!

Enjoyable evening in the Covid restrictions era (outdoor dining) with good selection of wines and Italian dishes. Recommend the pizza which is thin and fresh. Good choice of pasta also. Limoncello on the house was a nice (and warming!) touch. Recommended.

Entró y el restaurante estaba lleno, así que me senté afuera con los calentadores encendidos. perfecto para un frío final de septiembre, Sardinas compartidas y una hermosa botella de Barolo. Servicio amigable. Tuve una pizza maravillosa, los amigos comieron el hígado y una pasta de mariscos para los tres compartimos un poco de pudín, todos tuvimos que irnos a las 10 pm lo disfruté todo el tiempo que fuimos, definitivamente regresaría.

The 4 of us walked into a completely full restaurant, thank god we booked a table in this very small restaurant been already twice liked this place very much. Cosy and not expensive, we ordered 4 pizzas to share between us and two pasta to share to start with , all were very good friendly service and in fun and very local place that has been there for years serving the locals.

Popped in and the restaurant was full so sat outside and put the heaters on. Shared a antipasti platter and a lovely glass of rose. Quick and friendly service. Would definitely return.

i have been alerady twice and i like this place very much. Cosy and not expensive, we ordered 2 pizzas to share between my wife and little boy.

A great place to have a get together without huge prices in fun and very local place that has been there for years serving the locals.

We ate here this evening and really enjoyed. It's a small restaurant but really buzzing. The menu isn't big but food was excellent and house red was terrific. Saff were helpful and attentive.

I had not been to La Delizia in ages and the pizzas are still very good. Will not wait as long to go back

OK, you hear "small, neighborhood, pizzeria, pasta" and yawn, right? If you're in Chelsea, love authentic Italian cooking, and are hungry, get in here. It's is really warm, welcoming, and from a fondness for alliteration, wonderful. There are a half dozen or more unique and flavorful pastas on the fresh daily menu, as well as excellent authentically Italian pizzas. There's a nice wine list and the host makes excellent Negroni - the king of cocktails. I'm fortunate a close family member moved into the neighborhood because we'll be back often. Highly recommended. Very small, so come early or call ahead.

We received a warm welcome, the choice of courses was original and the quality excellent. There was a good choice of sensibly priced wines and the service was efficient. This is a small restaurant which delivers consistent quality and deserves regular support.

A delightful small local restaurant with a happy atmosphere. No frills, but excellent pasta and pizzas plus ‘specials’. Recommended for couples or small groups. I really enjoyed it.

BEST PASTA EVER!! All of the pasta dishes are delicious and it’s all home made. The pizza dishes are also good. Only thing is the starter selection isn’t great.

Is 25 years that I moved to London and La Delizia is still going strong. Is always so nice to find the old places and not new things and of course La Delizia with its simple Italian menu is always a good choice: prices are reasonable for the area, service is ok and you can be in and out rather quickly...perfect for a quick stop! Great really.

Honestly, I can't believe I haven't written a review for La Delizia before now since we've been coming here for more than 10 years. The pizzas are all original, and each one has a story behind it. Just ask Michele the manager about the story behind "Sol" and "O' Femminiello" pizzas. Actually on the subject of O Femminiello it's one of our favourite pizzas when we fancy something a little lighter, because it's got chunks of mozzarella di bufala, rocket and cherry tomatoes on top. Easy to eat, and you don't feel 'stuffed' afterwards.

Small neighbourhood restaurant with possibly the worlds smallest kitchen. Very authentic, fantastic pizza, limited range of dishes but good enough to regularly attract quite a few local celebs I’m told. Great place to hang out for a drink and a light bite too

Four of us decided to go to this small unpretentious restaurant just off the Kings Road. We were not disappointed. Excellent pastas and pizzas all washed down with a bottle of Montepulciano helped to make for a super, relaxed evening. We'll be back!

Via tripadvisor dit leuke restaurantje gevonden. Ondanks dat het in een rustige straat ligt, is het erg druk . Ze hebben nog net 1 tafeltje vrij voor ons. Gezellige sfeer, Italiaanse bediening. We bestelden raviolo met zalm en krab , een pizza magherita en een penne . Snel op tafel, goed warm en smaakvol. Vooral de ravioli is een aanrader.

A friend recommended this small pizzeria, and could not wait to try, we ordered 2 pasta to share before our pizza , one was meant to be a Gnocchi, which was only a small pasta, the other was meant to be cooked el dente but was quite hard to swallow.

La Delizia is a the choice in this small, smart part of London.The daily board announces what is fresh - supported by the delicious smells and shouts of orders. Or do as my wife does - she almost always asks for a 'penne arrabbiata' and it is prepared for her, whether it is on the menu or not. That is what a good local does. The food is simple, well prepared and generous. The day's special has always been good for me.The service is good, if occasionally slightly distracted - it is a small space with a lot going on and most people are in there for a quick, delicious meal. Authentic and charismatic restaurant with great food and ever cheerful staff. The aroma of truffle was heady enough to change my predictable pizza order to the sublime risotto- perfect on a cold winter's night.This is a consistent and unassuming restaurant which is understandably popular with the locals. Love this place and I've been often over the years. Tucked away off the main drag and always full of Italian Euro ex-pat types which is surely a good sign. Excellent food and friendly service. Busy and bustling, cafe style. The only thing I can say against it is that it gets very noisy inside with the hard surfaces everywhere and the quantity of people they cram in. So I try and sit outside.

I've been here twice, the first time I ate here and the food was fine but the service not great, not pleasant at all. The second time was last night. 4 tables outside all with people sitting at them, we very politely asked the lady working there "how long do you think it will be for a table outside" to which she replied very abruptly and whilst walking away from us "can't you see we have no tables". Well I guess she missed the whole point of customer service. Plenty of restaurants to chose from in Chelsea where you are talked to like a human, so unless you like rude people yelling at you whilst walking away go elsewhere. Dreadful experience.

I was introduced to this restaurant by my brother who told me that it was the best pizza he had eaten in London and was up there with the pizzas that we get when in Italy. He wasn't wrong!!! I love this place. The pizza really is the best in London and the rest of the menu does not disappoint either. I've become quite a regular here as I can't get enough of it. The only problem is that it is very small so getting a table sometimes can be difficult but the size of the place really adds to the charm. A must visit for those living in the area!

I love everything about this unpretentious Italian with great pasta. Have been about 5 times now. There's always a nice atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. Burrata is served really simply like they do in Italy, without masking the amazing taste. There's a specials menu that changes every visit. Lobster and crab spaghetti is amazing! Don't go if you're expecting fine dining or fussy small plates (abundance of them in central) but definitely go for authentic cooking. The best!

This is a local Italian in an expensive residential area with prices to match the neighbourhood as opposed to the food. It is comfortable with friendly and attentive staff but the food was quite ordinary.

The pizza's are good button asscher forum the garlic bread straight from the oven. And the prawns with als spread of Peas is was New tot me and very tastfull. The auberginestarter could be larger. The vitello was great. Item would have been marvelous when it was with fresh babyartichoke. The girls helping where great. So all in all good price, food and value.

We had dinner here last night, and thought we would be having the usual run of the mill Italian fare. Wrong! The food was very good, with plentiful portions, and a little bit different to the usual. The service was speedy and very friendly, and the wine was good too!If I was in the area, I would certainly return!

If one didn't know one was in the heart of fashionable Chelsea when eating here, one would know it from the prices. For nothing comes cheap, particularly the wine, and the cheaper bottles on offer are nothing to write home about. But the food is reliably good, rather surprisingly so. The pizzas are decent, and properly prepared, the burrata is delicate and delicious - and some of the pasta dishes could grace rather more pretentious establishments. La Delizia looks like a cafe but offers food worthy of a decent (simple) restaurant: make the mental adjustment and the prices become easier to swallow. I have lunched here many times and have never been disappointed.

We arranged to meet friends in that area for dinner. Wanted somewhere not flashy, with good straightforward food. This seemed to fit the bill as a friendly neighbourhood place. It was a bit odd all in all. Hard to make a booking, no online and phone not answered. Ordered a bottle of white wine which was picked off the shelf unchilled instead of from a fridge. Most surprising was the food wasn't very good, very bland polenta starter and pizza base was soggy. But by 9pm it was packed with locals (well, definitely not tourists) and they seemed to be happy. Sorry, we thought it was poor value for the food quality -even the pizzas - and the environment (hard chairs, very cramped).

The place it's quiet small so it get busy so easy, the service was fine and the food was testing, but the prices are so hight for the place, just pay the area where you are eating! Same restaurant in zone 5 will have half price for the same quality...

I came here with a friend of mine, good food and nice location, I do not put 5 stars because I am Italian and Italian pizza is hard to replicate abroad but the overall quality is good! Worth of it!

Always a wonderful standby for us when we're in Chelsea. No pretense, very good to excellent food for the value. The small size of the place adds to the charm, but may result in your not getting a table during peak times.

Little real italian, run by italians, tucked away off Kings Road. Mixed clientele of old Chelsea, new and smart Italians (a good sign). It's informal, child friendly and good food. We liked it so much we went agin with some friends who also loved it. %7 pounds for two including wine.
