Italiensk restaurang med trevlig personal och god mat. Rent och fräscht överallt, även på toaletterna. Vi delade en pizza och drack vin resp öl. Italiensk Moretti öl, var jättegod!

Jag och min partner var där, vi har ätit på ett annat spaghetti house (det i westfild gallerian, rekommenderas starkt) och tänkte det här kommer ju gå fort, de va ju så bra service på andra stället. När vi kom in på restaurangen så tog det 10 min innan vi ens fick tag i någon hovmästare, fanns inget intresse av att sätta oss till bords eller ens välkomna oss. När vi väl blir välkomnade av hovmästaren så blir vi ombedda att vänta 5 min. Vi står och kollar på när personalen tar beställning från ett annat bord serverar ytterligare ett annat bord. Så dem fem minutrarna blev snabbt en kvart. Jag förstår att man har annat att göra, men en i personalen stod och tog beställningar och en annan serverade samma bord. vilket inte är speciellt nödvändigt med ett bord på fyra man. Vill ni äta Spaghetti house så rekommenderar jag att ni tar en annan restaurang, kryllar av dem i den här staden, för det är bra mat 😊

I visited the restaurant near Marble Arch Friday 12th with my daughter before the Stevie Nicks concert in Hyde Park. Our booking was for 3pm but we were early and the lovely lady at front of house even remembered my first name and was able to give us a table. As we were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday we were instantly given two glasses of Prosecco which I was blown away by. Our food was amazing particularly the crab linguine. Everything was beautiful and as we were full after starters and mains I asked for the bill. Then we were amazed as the staff came towards our table with a Tiramisu and candle singing Happy Birthday!!! What a lovely gesture. Top class, thank you so much 🥰

We had just arrived to London as out of towners from the US, having no clue where to eat. My father in law spotted it while we were walking by. There’s plenty of seating inside and a few patio tanks as well. Charming booths next to open windows. My husband and I started with a latte and cappuccino to help our jet lag. Ah-mazing. Espresso was smooth, and the home of chocolate on top was perfect! Next we ordered lasagna, chili oil and pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, and bruschetta. Everyone was very happy with their meal. We took our 9, 6, and 4 year old with us, so obviously it’s very family friendly. Waiting staff was also attentive and friendly.

An excellent carbonara although the wine was over priced at £14 for a 250ml portion I thought. Service was good and efficient.

Conveniently around the corner from the Cumberland Hotel. Young, energetic, and attentive staff. Staff are also quite fun to interact with. But …. The food. De.li.cious. I had the linguini with shrimp and it was exceptional. Cooked perfectly and very very tasty. Hubs had a pizza with pepperoni and too was delicious. The crust was so soft and tasty! Wine and beer selection was also good. Overall very satisfied with the experience. A do over.

The service was great. They were very kind. Food was not fresh and no flavor. My lasagna tasted like it was frozen and sat in a hot box warmer for an entire day. Horrible.

We were staying nearby and fancied some hearty Italian food which is exactly what we found here at Spaghetti House. A truly warm and friendly welcome from the manager (sorry we didn’t catch your name!) who provided attentive and charismatic service. A special mention to my Maccheroni cacio e pepe which was delicious. Thanks so much to the staff for a great last meal on our weekend away :)

Nice enough little restaurant and very comfortable seating and ambience, but food wasn’t great. Ordered a simple tomato and basil pasta and a pesto pasta, both arriving at the table within a couple of minutes of being ordered, and weren’t flavoursome at all. Service was ok at best, when you could get the attention on the waiting staff. There’s definitely much better Italian restaurants to go to, at a similar or cheaper price not to far away from here.

First day in London, and wanted something close to the hotel. And how lucky we were having this place right up the street. Tasty food, attentive staff and a quiet atmosphere. Would highly recommend Spaghetti house if you want a homely italian meal! Kids are very welcome

Cercando un posticino dove mangiare italiano a Londra abbiamo scelto di dare fiducia a Spaghetti House. Entrati in questo ristorante abbiamo sentito subito aria di casa. Il locale è arredato in maniera carina, gli ambienti sono puliti e ordinati e il bagno è degno di essere chiamato tale. Il cibo non male, meglio la carbonara delle lasagne. La vera nota di merito vogliamo darla al servizio, Manuela ci ha accolti calorosamente e servito in modo impeccabile. Conto nella media.

I was just off a long flight and planned to eat in at my hotel, but saw the menu as I walked by and went in. I really expected a cafe experience, but was happy to see this is an authentic Italian food chain.I was greeted immediately on entering and was given a choice of two tables. The place was half full but my drinks arrived immediately after ordering. My pasta arrived less than 10 minutes after ordering. The pasta was very fresh and the sauce was gorgeous, tasted like home made with lovely chunks of tomato and a sprig of basil.I enjoyed my meal immensely. The staff were very pleasant and professional. Happy to recommend and I will return. Food is of high standard.

Un restaurante de un grupo con una decena de sedes en Londres donde se come muy bien, el trato es bueno con mucho personal italiano y a un precio razonable. Tienen unos menùs infantiles riquisimos y de cantidad exagerada.Dado el nibel de la cocina en Londres, los Spaguetti House son restaurantes a tener muy en cuenta.

Have not visited for a long time as I used to work near there. The food is good and although I only had minestrone followed by spaghetti bolognese it did not disappoint. If I am around there I would certainly visit again. The menu is extensive and everything is covered.

I should not really advertise this place as it is so lovely to have a place like that just 2 minutes walk from Oxford Street and Edgware Road. I used to frequent if every week when I worked at Oxford Circus, and now make sure I visit whenever I come to the West End. As it was a Sunday and the sales were on, I decided to book.The service is excellent and I enjoyed the meal and the visit as usual. My son and ai weee foi g to see a show and needed to be out by 1. It worked like clockwork.I cannot wait for my next visit.

Don’t go to this restaurant. It’s so unlike Spaghetti House.. food is served cold, multiple errors with our order, they put pepperoni on a vegetarian pizza..I could keep going.

The staff was moody. Overrated prices. The food was frozen and heated in the microwave obviously. Soggy and cold when served. The atmosphere is depressing. My cat cooks better food.

Well situated, close to Marble Arch tube station and opposite Hard rock cafe hotel.

A really enjoyable meal. I visited with a family member after a trip to the area. The menu is varied and very impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food came very promptly. Furthermore, the food was delicious. I would certainly visit again. Located just a few minutes away from Marble Arch and Hyde Park.

As soon as I walked in, I remembered this place. What I hadn't remembered was what I ate so ordered a seafood macaroni type dish. Turns out reading TA this was similar to what I had last time! It was really lovely. I do think that the waitresses were struggling a bit but we had a great time.

Pensavo fosse impossibile mangiare un buon piatto di pasta a Londra, e invece da spaghetti house ho mangiato degli ottimi primi piatti !

There was a wait at the door, but it was worth it. My friend and I loved our pasta mains and ice cream, and our server (Giovanni?) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. They had no issues making gluten-free pasta for me, and everything came quickly. The wine was good, too, and there was no pressure to leave, even though there was a queue at the door. I would definitely recommend for a relaxed evening, and delicious pasta!

Great location near the Hyde Park and Oxford street. Cozy and friendly atmosphere with great service and staff. Prices are good and affordable. Would definitely recommend

Everything was delicious! We went there 3 times (once just for dessert) during our short stay in London. The portions we received were perfect for sharing, but we didn't want left-overs so that may have contributed to the sizes being right for us.

We went here because we were in the mood for a dish of spaghetti.

It takes skill to produce sauté potato that is so tough that your fork has difficulty in penetrating it. It takes effort to present a scallopini in such an unappetising manner. It takes preparation to plate a tagliatelle polo with the pasta so al to be almost beyond dente. To be able to maintain this level of QA,I suspect these meals are factory produced.

The food was great, the service excellent, and it is a nice place to sit outside and people watch as you enjoy your meal

Nos alojamos en el Hard Rock Hotel y encontramos este lugar a solo una manzana. La comida estaba increible. Probamos uno de sus especiales que incluía un entrante, plato principal y postre. Tuvimos el postre de calamares, pizza y manzana la primera vez junto con un poco de vino, luego, cuando volvimos, comimos la bruschetta, un plato de pasta con pollo, espárragos y un postre de chocolate. Todo estuvo excelente. El servicio fue excelente y servicial.

10 minutes to get a drink order. 30 minutes for avocado on toast and after 45 mins after clearing the starters the mains still hadn't arrived. Didn't bother waiting. And when they presented the bill they added 12.5% service. What a cheek. Will not be going back.

Recently in London for a concert and happened to find this place on google maps, me and my Mother had dinner here on Saturday evening.

A good place for lunch, especially with so many neighboring restaurants gone. The food is nice with good service

I am an American businessman traveling alone and was eager for some pasta on my last night in London. I was so pleased to find this reasonably priced restaurant near my hotel. The service was friendly and polite without being formal. The food was excellent. I’ll not detail my very simple order. However, the quality of the tomato sauce at this restaurant was far superior to anything I was served on my business trip to Naples, Italy just 2 weeks ago. I would gladly eat here again and I’m sure eating with a larger group, sharing items and building multiple courses would be a great dining experience.

The worst lasania ever. All without meat just pasta and cheese. When we complained about this course to waiter, she said it is standard in this restaurant. Look like just give cheap dishes for tourists. Never back again there.

Cosy little restaurant off the side of the road with delicious dishes. The dishes were not bad and the prices were decent. Our server Manvela was fabulous and friendly. She was patient in understanding our english and also gave good food recommendation.

Came here with my friend after a day of shopping around mid-afternoon. We were seated immediately and had our drinks within the first 15 minutes. After ordering our food, it came rather quickly. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and my friend the lasagna. The lasagna came out on a plate, and it was in a black bowl which was scorching. The outer edges of the lasagna was incredibly hot but when he cut open the middle it was barely warm; clearly microwaved. Absolutely disappointing, we were hoping for some real cooked Italian food, not a microwave meal, especially for the price

Unfortunately despite good reviews, we were disappointed with the standard of food, calzone was burnt and waitress explained that this was due to oven being up too high! Perhaps it could have been turned down to avoid the burnt food! Food was luke warm.

We have had dinner at this Restaurant several times. The meals were well presented, portion size was either small or regular. The pasta was cooked al dente and decadently creamy. The waitress will ask if you want Parmesan cheese which is grated from the block directly onto your meal. Desert were equally as scrumptious. Moderately priced.

We were looking for a lovely Italian and we came across this one. We had a pizza and spaghetti bolognese. The food was great and the service friendly. Definitely recommend.

I started coming here in September last year after a hospital appointment which was normally late afternoon and as I hadn't been before I decided to try the food however I have a very sensitive stomach and a lot of food allergies so the worry of cross contamination is always an issue however it was different here because they were so understanding.

I visted here in mid-March as a large group with work. Due to the large sizing we were sat in a quieter area downstairs which was a good choice!

We booked this place for a Suprise Birthday lunch for 12. The staff were very accommodating and had set out our table in a quiet area of the restaurant (a great idea considering we had 3 small children with us). Food was delicious and very fillIing, most of our party decided on the set menu which was reasonably priced for 3 courses, wold have been nice to have a couple of extra choices as there was only 2 available for each course. However, what was on offer was lovely and well presented. Overall a very nice meal in a lovely setting which was perfect for what we were trying to achieve

No está mal para una cadena. He estado aquí varias veces, ya que está cerca de mi hotel cuando estoy en Londres por negocios. ¡No te puedes equivocar con el pan de ajo! Por lo general tengo espaguetis a la boloñesa. . . Tienen dos tamaños dependiendo de lo hambriento que estés. No es un lugar al que me fuera, pero es un buen lugar para obtener un buen bocado si estás en el vecindario.

I'm a regular visitor due to business travel. The staff are welcoming, the menu is good and reasonably-priced for the location, the wine list is accommodating and the cooking is consistent. Always a safe bet, in my experience.

Reservamos para 8 personas, 6 adultos, dos niños. Nos pusieron en el comedor de abajo. El menu de los niños 6 libras y bastante bueno. En general, los entrantes y los principales bastante buenos. Los precios adecuados, pagamos unos 25 euros x persona y 8-9 euros los niños. Las camareras agradables aunque para pedir que nos trajesen mas bebidas o la cuenta o el postre tuvimos que pedirlo una media de 3 o 4 veces por cosa.

We ate here after watching The Tina Turner story at the Aldwych Theatre (highly recommended) and couldn't fault the place. The service was exemplary and the restaurant itself was very clean with a love ly friendly atmosphere. The food was cooked to perfection and piping hot. We would definitely eat here again.

Went here today 30th dec 18 12 people for early dinner was sat downstairs fair enough the very worst service I have ever received was given deserts on the house not really good enough waited 40 mins for a drink ect

Pour avoir pas mal voyagé, je peux vous dire que la nourriture de ce restaurant n'est pas très riche au niveau du goût! Pas beaucoup de saveurs pour des prix très élevés... Le menu est à fuir. Peut être que les plats à la carte sont mieux.

The food was beautiful, the layout of the restaurant is nice. Had veal and muscles (spaghetti). I would return if I came back to London.

Booked a table and arrived early which was no problem to them - great really as we were exhausted after an afternoon at Winter Wonderland ! We were last here two years ago for the same trip and I'm delighted to say it was as good as ever. Staff were polite and friendly, the food arrived promptly and was thoroughly enjoyable - my Veal was cooked to perfection and although my wife's main course was a little cool, it was quickly dealt with to her satisfaction. We enjoyed the Shiraz and the chance to relax and unwind in a nicely lit restaurant (I find too many are dark and unattractive) but this place is light and airy despite a major part of it being in the basement ! My Dad was once again jealous of our visit as the Spaghetti House was a favourite of his when he was around the West End in his late teens/early 20's when there were only two restaurants and not the chain its become now. That said, it doesn't look or feel like a chain and when next we return to London, anyone of them will get our visit - thank you !

Hyggeligt lille sted, eller rettere, stort sted. Udefra ser det småt og intimt ud, men når man kommer ind, er det et stort sted med skønne Italienske vibes og en herlig summen af glade gæster. Maden er lækker og autentisk, serveringen er hurtig, personalet venlig og smilende og priserne er fornuftige.

Siamo una famiglia di cinque italiani,abbiamo trovato per caso questo ristorante italiano e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Le porzioni sono abbondanti e molto gustose. Ci è sembrato davvero di essere nel nostro amato Paese..ed a migliorare l' atmosfera, la cameriera Emanuela con la sua disponibilità e simpatia, ci ha servito perfettamente.

Ate here on a Saturday lunch time with two friends when Oxford Street and the surrounding area was heaving with shoppers. Service was pleasant and we had a roomy table with space around it which was great. Just right for catching up with long standing friends especially as we don't often see each other. The restaurant was quiet as it is a bit off the beaten track which suited us fine. We all chose the burger and chips which we enjoyed and it was good to find that wine was served by the carafe in addition to bottles or glasses. We will certainly be back for another visit when we are all in London.

Another family member recommended this restaurant as close to our hotel in Marble Arch. We were served very quickly even if we had quite a big table. All happy with our dishes and drinks. Good service too. Would definitely come again.
