3rd time we have visited this restaurant and on every occasion the food and service has been exceptional. This time with the weather being extremely cold we asked to be seated inside. The meet and greater Mohamed) was accommodating and seated us inside. The food ordered came and was the usual high standard.

It is a highly recommended place for the quality of service and the level of Italian cuisine. Prices are in range. It's worth it.

We were greeted and invited in by a ?waitress/manager while we were checking the menu outside. He advised we can eat and not pay if we didn't like the food. We ordered cappuccino (which was cold) and when I asked to make it warm they made it extremely hot, so I lost the desire to even drink it. The food was below average and pretty overpriced - 1 cappuccino, 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 lasagna and 1 portion of French fries, we paid around £54. I would not visit this place again.

Stay away from this place! They reel you in with friendliness on the street, but once you’re seated, the service is awful. They overcharge, don’t stick to the menu prices, and treat customers disrespectfully. Hidden fees and bad attitudes – avoid at all costs!

Below Expectations Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant did not meet my expectations. It started with the drink order – we clearly emphasized that we wanted our drinks without ice, but the waiter brought them with ice anyway. As for the food, we ordered lasagna and gnocchi sorrentina. Both dishes were disappointing – completely tasteless, as if they forgot to add any seasoning. To top it off, the bill was incorrect, so I had to point out the mistakes to the waiter, which further spoiled the experience. I believe that what we ate was not worth the price we paid.

Very good food. Very attentive service almost too much. They must have asked me 5 times within 10 minutes if we were ready to order. I felt a little rushed. The ambiance is great. Very festive for New Year's eve. Food was tasty. They tried to charge a 25% service fee. Fortunately, I read the fine print on the menu and saw it was 12.5% and it was discretionary. They raised it for the holidays but didn't give the patrons an option. I fought it and paid 12.5%, but other customers were not aware of the discretionary aspects and left very unhappy. At least 2 customers when I was there left very disgruntled. If I had known about the 25% service fee, I wouldn't have even gone to this restaurant. I don't know what management was thinking. Tipping and how much should always be at the discretion of the customer and not managment.

Pasta ok Average pizza In general, you can eat with taste wherever you go. Loud music, they probably want to convey the atmosphere of Italian noise too much (…)

We had a booking for 6:00, ordered at 6:20 and didn't receive our food until 7:15, despite only ordering two pizzas. The pizzas were big but nothing special, especially after an hour waiting.

We visited the restaurant today for lunch and were really impressed with the quality of the food. Our food was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. We were so pleased with everything about this restaurant that we will definitely visit again. My wife even went and thanked the chef for our meals. Everything about this restaurant was amazing. The service and the atmosphere both fully matched the food. In all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Food good but not worth the price. We got a 10% discount, which was a plus, but we paid £20.36 only for an outdoor table and service, which exceeded our expectations.

Very good restaurant, welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, hearty and good quality food. Very kind staff. Be careful with the bread and you have to pay for it. I don't know if it's normal or not in England but in our case it was homemade bread so that might be the reason.

Best Italian in a long time and definitely best in Leicester Square.

Looking for a place with a pre-show dinner and I think your could find better. My experience was just ok. I get it was swamped pre-show but other nearby restaurants have been able to do it well so this was just disappointing. We were sat at one table, then asked to move to another to accommodate a larger party. Totally fine, I get it, but we were told we’d be given limoncello for the trouble of moving, and that never happened. We were resat on the outdoor patio next to the curtain. Be mindful sitting here at night as when the curtain blows, it can blow inward knocking over beverages and oil and vinegar bottles which was a constant struggle all night. Food was alright. The Christmas bruschetta con gamberi didn’t look great, but tasted ok and I’ve never had a pizza Quattro stagioni like this before and though it tasted ok, just wasn’t what was expected. It was a meal but nothing special.

Without doubt the BEST lasagna I have ever had. We were greeted by the lovely Nada (biggest smile ever) and shown to our table by Johnny. The service was impeccable, the food absolutely fantastic and great ambiance-will defo be calling again x

The restaurant is excellent to take your meal out with a little heated garden in the front. The experience in here was amazing. The waiter was really polit and verry carefully with us, serving us with pleasure and verry friendly. The food was amazing having like starters "funghi e gorgonzola" and "gamberoni al burro"with small changes, we ask the waiter to remove the chilli . Like mains we had to steakes cooked perfectly with mash potatoes and 2 mushroom souces witch was great cooked like we ask for it. Now to be honest with you i can't lift up my ass from the chair and i'm licking my fingers (sorry for expresion but is true). 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for everything.

Such a wonderful fine dining g experience for our last night in London. The staff was friendly, attentive and the food came fast. The food was amazing! So good! Highly recommend. Shout out to their staff working the front door getting people to come in, they are super!

La pizza ed i primi sono davvero buoni, si sente che sono realizzati con ingredienti freschi e genuini. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il locale è pulito e lo spazio esterno rilassante con vista sul variopinto passeggio pedonale (sempre imprevedibile e divertente). Servizio veloce e prezzi contenuti in una location super centrale. Lovely place, comfortable little terrace and utterly fantastic food. Service was on point and quick despite being busy. The meaty pizza was immense, and as for the Ferraro Roche dessert… wowzers. Definitely our go to place before the theatre

Absolutely foul, will never again come here. We went after a show across the street and we ordered a martini. It tasted like cotton candy with sweet vermouth. I felt bad bringing it up because the server was lovely, but it was painful to drink. The fried calamari made us want to throw up, we chewed into it and it was thick and tasteless. We paid over £15 and left the entire thing. When we told the server, she didn’t even bother making good by it. We then had a pizza and the cheese was melting but not in a good way. The meat was spare, so it was practically a cheese pizza but paid extra for no meat. I do not recommend this place ever. Atmosphere wasn’t great enough nor the service for the lack of food.

Had a lovely meal in here recently, reasonably priced for centre of London too. The steak was cooked to perfection and the pizzas are lovely also. Garlic Bread was given as a free starter.

We came here for hen doo and it was like stepping into Italy ! The staff were amazing and the food was even better.

As every restaurant in central London, I found it was over priced. The portions were good, we were definitely full but there was little flavour in any dish. It wasn't busy when we went, as such we got to pick a nice table outside and our food and drinks were quick to be delivered. We got the spaghetti bolognese, Margarita pizza & a shared garlic bread. The garlic bread, served in a focaccia style, was under seasoned. The texture was fine but literally just felt like eating slightly oiled bread. No flavour of garlic. My friend enjoyed the spaghetti, said it tasted great and was very filling. My pizza was huge! But again, bland. There seemed to be no seasoning, the cheese wasn't melty or stretchy or flavourful, the base was like the garlic bread (I suspect they use the same dough). In summary, stuck in central London and feeling very hungry? This may be the place to go. But if you have the time or energy to get a little further from the centre, you can find much nicer Italians, with the same portions, better prices and some actual flavour.

The ambiance of the place is nice. The salmon salad is delicious. Ask for extra lemon and enjoy. The pizza and penne pasta are very delicious. The soup was today’s soup with all vegetables, zucchini and cabbage. Never drink it😄 After the pizza is large enough for 4 people to rest.

I was visiting London with my friends and we decided to choose this restaurant. Oh boy! It was bloody delicious. Pizza was hot (but not too hot), ingrindients were fresh and yummy. Waiter was polite and we waited only about 10 min for 2 pizzas! One of the personels even called us "friends" Gosh it was beautiful experience and I wish I could go there next time when I will be visiting London 😇

Party of 4 bank Holiday Monday 27th,went in and found lovely decor and helpful staff. We chose the set menu 2 course and 2 pizza,bruschetta was good and large pizzas were big and tasty and came out in good time,tagliatelle big portion and creamy. Draught beer and cokes and no room for desserts,unexpected fantastic food and service within tourist London,doggy bag presented for pizza,and a fond farewell what a find. All the family would go back well done.

Had a wonderful afternoon drink at L’ulivo. Many options to choose from—mainly Italian but they also serve other cuisines. My friend and I had some cocktails and we loved it. Customer service is lovely. Bianca and her colleague were nice and accommodating. But what I appreciate most about this restaurant is the vibe, especially outside where you can enjoy your food while watching people pass by. I would definitely come back to try what more they have to offer.

Unpleasant food I wouldn't go back again I think it's the worst place I've been to eat abroad it really sucks the setting I have nothing except for the hole behind the bathroom door, staff nosy towards others the pasta was overcooked and it was moored in a sea of ​​tomatoes that weren't tomatoes anyway, I wouldn't advise anyone to go here
