Micky was great. Food was fast and good

There's only the name of Italy! I ordered a simple pasta with pomodoro sauce, what could go wrong? Everything, sauce without salt, without flavor, pasta was overcooked. Pure scam juice. I don't recommend it under any circumstances!!

Lovely dinner here, really good pasta. We weren’t expecting to get a table because it was Christmas Day, but the staff were lovely and service was incredibly quick! (Pictured is their pomodoro mozerella)

Bella Italia is such a gem. All the waiters are so sweet and accommodating. Emre’s hospitality was amazing. As for the food, delicious. Overall the entire atmosphere was wonderfully cozy and delightful.

Micky was our server and he was excellent

We went there 3 people. They told us they can give us a table for only 1 hour. It was fine. Our friend was very hungry and all of us were up for a quick drink. One of us ordered food and beer. 2 of us ordered cocktails. They told us no you can not get a table for 3 just with one pizza. We left there. And there were a lot of empty tables. They lost a quick 40-50 pounds. If you care about making more profit and we agreed to give you table in an hour you win in this situation. Poor management skills. Thank god London is full of many people so even those low management skilled people can even profit.. I have been to other frenchises of bella italia they have nice atmosphere and food is slightly above average. I will continue to dine in other branches but not this one.

Our experience at Bella Italia was wonderful. The food was delicious, same for the wine and our server, Micky, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time 😎. The tiramisu 😋 We highly recommend it ! Can't wait to go back! 😋

Cozy restaurant, but we were very much disappointed with the service from Ross. He was very unwelcoming even my children released that he was not nice. We have been waiting for our food more then 40min, no one was looking after us for entire time we were there. Our pasta was full of liquid and wasn’t saucy as I can imaging should be. Were sad.

Great food at reasonable prices in central London. Our server, Anna, was fantastic! She was friendly and made sure my allergies were accounted for, which I always appreciate. I got the calamari and sausage pasta, both of which were delicious!

Michal an amazing waiter, he helps always. No bullshit and all smiles. The food was amazing but his service was worth it even more. Recommendation 100% if you look for nice food and some drinks. Looks made up but i mean it down from my heart its the best place in london.

Absolutely amazing service from Anna and lovely food. Anna was fabulous, no one had to wait. She is an expert in multitasking. Customers were welcomed and seated, orders were taken and tables were cleared, whilst also stocking up, making and serving drinks and keeping the whole place in order. Anna ensured that we had a fabulous experience.

I highly recommend this cute place. If you are craving for good and tasty food, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Little Italy in London. The waiters were kind and patient. We got our food really fast, and those were taste like haeven. We ordered gamberoni pasta and spinach&ricotta cannelloni.

We were seated and helped very quickly, the food also came within 10 minutes which was very lovely. The service was also great, Jonluke was our server, he was very helpful and kind.

We came for the first time because it was not far from the Lyceum Theater and we had a great evening! So good, that we came back a second time a few days later. We were served by Anna who is simply adorable! Really attentive to her customers. The garlic and mozzarella flat bread is excellent and deserves its pizza-sized version. As for the pizzas, they are also excellent: the dough is thin and does not leave a feeling of heaviness afterwards.

The food was very good, the service very fast and attentive, especially Guido who is very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. We will return.
