I needed some carbs before the London Marathon 🏃‍♂️💨 and we booked in here the afternoon before the big day💂🇬🇧💂 As we entered it was very busy, we had booked a table for 16:30 and our arrival prompted the opening of the lower floor restaurant. It was nice and quiet but soon filled up as we got closer to 5pm. The restaurant is a stones throw from the Lyceum Theatre 🎭 (🦁 👑 was amazing BTW 🤩🇬🇧💂) Anyway... Back to the Bella Italia review... The service was fantastic, the waiter was happy, helpful and just plain brilliant. The food came quickly and was really tasty 😋 to feed 6 of us (3 adults 3 kids) 2-3 course, a couple of glasses of wine it came to just shy of £150 incl. Service charge. The restaurant was clean and well looked after. The toilets were on the ground floor level. A really good meal and experience! Thanks for hosting us ❤️💫👏💪🤩

What a painful experience. Waiters keep running like it's the end of the world. Yes, you are in a rush but you create a very bad atmosphere. They empty tables and put their hands in the cups, not hand cleaning. I told them and their response was full of denial. Beurk

The food was delicious. Double chicken BBQ pizza* and Lasagna. The EMRE waiters are very friendly, some also speak Spanish so it's great. We will be back

The pizzas and sweet potato potatoes were delicious, but the best part of the service was the waiter Guido who recommended the food to perfection and gave us very good treatment, a great atmosphere and good service.

We went to this restaurant because of the very good reviews online. Michi served us at Bella Italia and he is one of the kindest and courteous waiters I‘ve ever had at an restaurant. The atmosphere is familiar with a good music playlist. The food was delicious and hot. All in all 5/5 stars.

A cozy little restaurant. Michi served us very friendly. We thought the food was good. The optional service fee of 12.5% ​​is already activated on the bill, which I find demanding and unpleasant.

My boyfriend and I ate in on Friday night, seated quickly with no booking required, Jonluke looked after us and despite the place being HEAVING was super attentive and friendly! Drinks arrived in a matter of minutes and essentially the same with our pizzas! (Which were 10/10!) We were very grateful to recieve a complimentary limoncello shot and made our London experience that bit more special with a taste from home! Atmosphere was also very cozy and personal despite being busy, not too loud or loud music! By far the best service we’ve received in a long while! We’ll definitely be back!

The food was good, if a bit under seasoned, luckily there was salt on the table. Our server Michi was very attentive and helpful. Nice location and the restaurant is well decorated, although the chairs are a bit hard. Music not too soft, not too loud, but just right.

Don't go there!!! Especially if you are Italian, overcooked sour tomato pasta, a skimpy inedible pizza, two mini appetizers for the children at ridiculous prices, two children's menus, 1 Milanese cutlet, a pizza (?) Margherita for 76 pounds, they aren't even nice .

Good pasta and pizza, but Tiramisu is supper tasty! The only thing is wine glass. You could see dried water drops on the glass. It is better to clean it. The staffs are friendly.

I don't write negative reviews normally but I hope my feedback will help somebody not to order Marco Polo pasta that I ordered today. It was over cooked, with watery sweet sauce and tiny pieces of tasteless duck. My husband also tried it and didn't like it. He ordered beef tortellini which was OK. Service was good, wine was good as well.

It has been neither “Bella” nor Italy. I had some fried calamari (squid) and a pizza margherita. Calamari was ok but pizza…
