We ate in Bella Italia on Saturday 15th March. The food and our server (Guido) were fantastic. Guido was so attentive to our needs. We will definitely eat there again when we are back in London.👍👍👍

We were in a hurry to get to the theatre and the staff made every effort to get us fed and out the door in time, while offering great service at the same time. We were in and out in 20minutes, satisfied and happy! Anna was excellent.

A friend and I came in for dinner, and he said this place was good. Started the night off well, Service was good atmosphere was great. When it came time to order, I ordered 1x King prawns £9.29 1x meat feast pizza £17.79 Appond receiving my "King prawns" I notice the prawns in the bowl were Tiger prawns much smaller than king prawns, I know the difference because my family order prawns ALOT! So I asked the waiter if these were king prawns, and he said yes, the shells are just off, also giving us a serving of attitude. Even tho they are frozen packaged prawns.. On to the main. pizza was supposed to be a meat feast pizza. I got the pizza, and I would say I'm still waiting for the feast. As we proceeded to pay and asked to spilt, the waiter spits the dummy and gets the manager to take our payment and left. Overall. Food was not bad. Just miss lead in the menu Waiter could be friendlier

Quite Mediocre food, we had 3 dishes. Caprese salad, didn't finish, tomatoes were cut thick, no basil and mozzarella looked tired 😴, depressing dish. Lasagna was ok not more, beshamel sauce was on top. Tasted good. Bolonaise was mediocre, too watery Don't recommend eating here, as there are lots of other restaurants nearby. Service and waiters were very nice.

Jonluke was our server and we had a spectacular meal and service this evening. Coming from the US, it can be difficult to navigate a good restaurant. This was great!! Would definitely recommend & ask for Jonluke.

To avoid. Very expensive restaurant for poor quality! From cocktail to dessert, nothing but zero points. Between the bad products, the reheated frozen food, the lack of taste and the overflowing fat, it is only the very nice waiter who can justify 1 star.

John Luke was a beautifully kind individual and made all the guests at the table feel at ease instantly. Super amazing experience. He also gave us free limoncello shots at the end, free of charge, which was super nice. The food was great and John Luke was very attentive, checking in after the first 2-3 bites to make sure everything was spectacular (it was!!!). John Luke is an exemplary server that I cannot reccomend enough.

Guido, Guido, Guido! We had the best time at Bella Italia Wellington Street! We visit several locations throughout England. It means a lot to enjoy good food, good service, and good company when dining out. The food was tasty. We ordered the beef, red wine, mushroom tortellinis and a few other dishes. Adding a touch of olive oil made the mushroom dish perfection! Although we were supposed to be watching our waistlines (smile), the tiramisu topped off the night perfectly. Thanks, Guido for the great service! We’ll back again!

we went to this restaurant and our waitress was Anna she was amazing and so nice this is our first time visiting london and it was honestly so good. We enjoyed this lovely venue and the best part was the excellent host. I am not sure on his name, but he was Spanish and very attentive. It’s amazing how good hospitality can make a venue and an evening out. Thankyou

We had dinner today and we would like to highlight the pasta, which was very tasty, and also thank and congratulate Guido for the attention he gave us, for his kindness and willingness.

Food was quite good, came quickly and also many vegan options. Also Emre (our waiter) was fantastic, helpful and very friendly.
