This store is a real jewel in the crown of this area. Lovely packaged products to buy such as health food and grocery items and really excellent food to takeaway, including special diet like keto and gluten free. The staff are also excellent, very helpful and polite.

Stopped whilst out for walk for a hot chocolate. This wasn't hot and there was no taste so bland I always tend to have my hot chocolate made with oat milk I find it give a little extra flavour. But not this time no chocolate flavour and an odd tang to the milk.

Lovely cafe, coffee was good and all the food is gluten free. Very aware of allergies and good selection of Vegan food.

Just passing through and looking for somewhere to have a quick healthy snack or light meal. It looked clean and inviting so we popped in, with no idea of the revelation about to unfold. I asked for a simple soup and if they possibly had any gluten free bread... nervously awaiting the answer the lovely lady said EVERYTHING is gluten free...!!!!!! EVERYTHING...!!!!! All the cakes, the scotch eggs, the sausage rolls... needless to say we had a fab light lunch and asked if they could possibly open a shop in our home town. I’d forgotten how nice it was to just order something and not worry.

First visit but I will be back everything tiptop,can highly recommend the baked salmon and the cakes were lovely

What a treat to find an ethical, vegetarian, friendly cafe in Clevedon! I don't live in Clevedon but would go out of my way to return this little gem. I've been three times and will go many more. Congratulations! to you friendly, welcoming atmosphere and good food.

A really lovely lunch of cheese and tomato quiche with grains, salad and slaw. Healthy and delicious!

This restaurant is wheat free - the whole place, so no risk of contamination. To walk in for a coffee and face a counter of 6 or 7 sweet options I can eat is a bit overwhelming, but I actually have to make a decision about what to chose! (not used to having a choice). Amazing choice of healthy tasty savoury and sweet options all baked in house. My favourites are paleo scotch egg, sweet potato brownie.

Popped in for breakfast. Met Pauline who was happy to discuss the ways of healthy eating. Staff pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend for a visit.

This was my first visit, recommended by my daughters. Knowledgeable friendly staff, fantastic food reasonably priced. Nice environment.

Overall Customer experience was poor. Only popped in while waiting to meet a friend.. Long wait for service and coffee lukewarm at best.. I would’ve brought this to their attention, however, the costumer before me had beaten me to it.. how this place gets repeat business is beyond me?!?

Stopped in for lunch today with grandma. Really welcoming staff and a very relaxed feel. Opted for the vegan mushroom struganof, which was delicious! So refreshing to try something different. Will be back!

This restaurant is relaxed. It is not huge, but will take middle sized partues. There is a feeling of health and happiness inside. Healthy slogans written on the walls,all positive.Staff very helpful and well informed. Nice wooden tables. The food is tasty and very healthy, you feel full but not stuffed. They make their own bread which we brough. Lunch was the KFC keto friendly chicken priced at £9. 95. This is oven roasted chicken with a keto crumb on it, very crunchy and tasty, with salad, sweet potato wedges,cucumber with mint, a pot of driessing, slaw. tasty and good to look at. for dessert, I had little gluten free choc orange tart. Very dark chocolate, you could only eat one. also brough the daily chia pot, a unusual dessert, but so tasty. service was attentive but not in your face. we felt very healthy after we had eaten, but not stuffed. other people had the mushroom strognoff, now this also looked very nice. burgers, lamb, curry , salmon available. give it a try,it is very nice.

It was visiting the past in two ways as the proprietors of this great establishment promote the paleo diet, ketogenic eating and healthy eating whether vegetarian, vegan or meat. The other hark to the past was me remembering how hard it was to be vegetarian never mind vegan back in the sixties and seventies. The meal we ( my wife and I) had yesterday was in the palaeolithic style and was a wonderful curry which had great flavours and did not contain meat, legumes or grain. Not only a very healthy meal but a delicious one as well.

Came upon this cafe by total chance. Most importantly the service was excellent and ever so friendly, something I had not experienced and walked out from in another nearby establishment. Food was good, toast was a wheat free product which wasn’t as per your normal bloomer! but the assistant explained this to me before ordering and explained it was excellent for digestive etc.. felt ever so welcome and informed. I had a really great breakfast, Cappuccino and juice in a good and friendly setting. If I pass again I will come straight here :-) happy customer.

I’ve eaten here several times love the food , however on the last 2 occasions the service has been lacking , long waits, incomplete order, warm coffee. I wouldn’t have minded too much but we only ordered toast and spread - waited ages . There were only 2 other tables occupied both waiting for food. I hope they can sort staffing out as I really love this place .

We had to sit down & wait while the boy on till took ages to take the order from the person before us. We ordered our meals which also took too long & then he got the order wrong. It took 20 mins for breakfast to arrive, even though there is limited choice on menu. The place was only third full so can't see why it took so long. There were 4 noisy children alone on a table. It transpired their father worked there. The breakfast was basic & the toast horrible. The butter was rock hard even though they had been open 2 hours. We won't be going again!

My friend and I went for lunch here the last week . He had heard and been to this place so he said we should go and try it out .

This was my third lunch at this lovely cafe. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Have had Frittata, Keto chicken & today beef burrito. All food is gluten free & healthy,

Who would have thought this little gem of a cafe could exist in Clevedon? An eatery where meat eaters can sit down with vegans or vegetarians, knowing that the food will be equally delicious… and they seem to be able to deal with food intolerances and allergies too. The chefs Nic and Denise are superb, creating good quality, tasty food with fabulous flavours. The service was great - very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive. The coffee was perfect with options for dairy free or organic milk and a selection of gluten free/ sugar free / diary free and raw chocolate treats for afters. I can’t wait to go back to try out more… If you like good quality food, made with love, this is the place!

I have been here for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea - I can highly recommend all three! I look forward to my next visit.

Finally got to pop in for coffee and a bite to eat and wasn’t disappointed! It was quite busy and ordering process a little confusing but menu full of amazing options.

I am so so happy this cafe has opened in Clevedon. Food prepared with love and attention. Taste has not been compromised for healthy - the two are entwined. If you’ve not sampled the food yet, get yourself down there!

I have never eaten in such a healthy-type restaurant before, and was a bit worried it might not be my thing. How wrong could I be? The menu was inspiring - We had their version of KFC chicken with a coconut coating and delicious salads, whilst also reassuring with things like full breakfasts and shepherds pie on offer. The dessert/cake selection also delicious. We had chocolate brownies made with potatoes - Sounds weird, but tasted amazing. The food had great flavours, and was sooooooo fresh. Small seating area, with friendly and knowledgable staff. Great lunch and am definitely going again (and again)!

This cafe is brilliant. Not only does it serves good food for anyone who has allergies. But the staff are really knowledgeable giving good advice to help me choose foods and recipes I can try. I am on a lchf (low carbs high fat ) diet.

I was introduced to Sow and Arrow by a friend that knows I like healthy food. I come most Saturday’s for a takeaway lunch box. I like the way the menu changes daily and the side salads are also excellent. I have enjoyed the coconut wraps with chicken/lamb and the salmon with pea/avocado. Having lived in Portishead for a decade I have been waiting for something like this for an age and will continue to support these lovely people.

Provides a great selection of paleo and vegan foods, very tasty. The owner is very knowledgeable about the foods, and is keen to advise for any dietary requirements. Also has takeaway options.

We live just around the corner and decided to get a brunch to take out. Everything freshly cooked and delicious. We tried the lamb kofta, veggie frittata and a chia pudding pot. It's reasonably priced considering the quality of the ingredients! There's also a little deli area where you can buy products to take home.

eating paleo often means that food in restaurants are plain boring and non inviting Sow and Arrow have put the flavour back into eating out for me the food is amazing and the staff are the best, supporting the owner and chef to accomplishes a warn inviting and educating meal out. I cannot recommend enough even if you are not eating a specific diet give it a go you can eat cake and not feel naughty as its made with fresh healthy ingredients who'd have thought it. my favourite place to eat

A Paleo and ketogenic eatery, so no gluten or refined sugars here. So maybe you're now thinking yuk. But you would be wrong, oh so wrong.
