Nice food. Nice owner. Got a free garlic bread. The free sauce is a nice thing too. Really nice people, doing a great job.

Bad attitude would result in bad food

Not happy with this shop. Every time i order from here i pay for what i ask for but never get the right order and am asked to go out of my way to walk back to get the right order when they got it wrong. Happens everytime.

So salty that I couldn't even finish the food

Best pizza in Bristol, I go there every week. Good prices a good variety of food. Cheese on the pizza. Conveyor style cooking in a deep pan. Kababs are perfect, sides always fresh. Really good.

Everything is so delicious and fresh, and the portions are huge! Plus they gave us a free extremely delicious garlic bread 11/10 will order again

Wacked up prices and then proceeded to dish out not even child sized portions. Avoid and go somewhere else. Not worth the money! £5.50 for chips cheese and beans and gives you that is a joke. Used to be decent but gone down hill massively. Can definitely get better elsewhere.

I have been ordering from this place for some time now and never fail to disappoint your requests, I mean they do very big portions I asked for more meat and more salad and a can honestly say it could of fed me 2 times over, every bite is absolutely delicious! My all time to whenever I’m feeling a kebab :) Always making there customers Happy :)

Literally just ordered..2 Doners were fine...chicken kebab....cold..chicken smelled seriously weird..not good at all, had a mouthful but the smell made me think it was off.....and salt your chips man!!!!!!! Who wants chips with no salt, vinegar or any seasoning whatsoever....I await the results of the stinky chicken with interest 🤮🤮🤮 *Update..40 mins after ordering, 2 of us have headache, vomiting and diarrhea*

We order from southmead kebab the food was stone cold pitta bread was as dry as old boots , no dressing on salad, when I called them all they said was we will try better next time, what a joke we could not eat the food Please Stay away from ordering from here waist of money

Been going to this place for years but food not as nice as used to be. Tonight fried chicken wasn't fresh and rock hard. Unfortunately won't be using again

£19 for the larger mixed kebab and what a wast idf money . Would off been batter off walking over to regs . Will not be ordering anything from here agen

Iv ordered from here b4 but today was the worst ever after spending £30.40 to get the most salty kebabs ever infact I think it illegal to put that much salt in food..couldn't eat any of it Asked for them to collect food as it could not be eaten gave us 12 pounds back .. can not believe it the whole situation with salty kebabs completely ruined our friends birthday meal takeaway. To be refunded a still 12 pound and kebabs still sat on side that we could not eat. Then having to pay for further takeaway for birthday meal so in fact what should of cost 30.40 now cost over 70 pounds The management hasan did not seem to care at all.about the fact of the salt and my wife having kidney failure.. I am now sending food for enalasi And email send to food standards along with council food safety. As manger couldn't even say sorry and give us refunded for the food that hadn't been eaten.. bloody disappointing and discussed with this kebab shop and deffo won't be ordering again I will also be telling all my colleagues in nhs not to order after this evening. Don't waste your money go mc Donald you will save your self a liver or kidneys I feel very in salted .

We’ve been ordering from here for years and it’s always been good up until now…we ordered early at around 5pm on sat night. Waited over and hour for our food which turned up with all the boxes squashed so our Burgers and chips were flat and sauce splattered everywhere!! They delivered the wrong drinks and and portion of chips poor. I can honestly say I don’t think we will bother ordering from here anymore

Terrible food uncooked chips or they leave the chips in the pan for an hour.... taste funny. Really disapprove this place. I didn't even bother buying a kebab... The chips and everything else is terrible. I don't want food poisoning. Lastly hygiene... Flies on the counter by your food. Also staff rude mugs

I ordered 1 pizza an 2 kebabs which were really nice plus a cod an chips the chips were cold and like rubber the cod was dry and the breadcrumbs were burnt I phoned them up an they just said all there fish is like that burnt and dry they refused to refund or send more food even the cat wouldn't eat the fish

Got ok but it's better than that nice choice of kebabs pizza on the menu too could do with some chicken more often but that's it

I've been a customer for quite a while as I like the chicken kebab they do. Last time I placed an order I ordered a pizza, which had awful teste, something wasn't fine with it and it went in the bin. I raised it with them and they offered me a bottle of drink with the next odder. I would never order again.

Ordered online was delivery wasn’t too long but when food arrived the meat was cold as if it came out of a fridge gave them a call about it see what they would do to be told nothing they can do asked for fresh order with hot food and was gave attitude and told no so asked for money back as not happy with service and could return food was again told no so if want cold food and rubbish customer services this is the place to go WONT BE GOING BACK TO THEM FOR TAKE AWAY

Absolutely the worst food I've ever tasted! £10 foot a so called mixed kebab and it was just a small amount of donner meat and chicken meat! Never again! Avoid

As I entered the establishment I was greeted with a friendly smile and the smell of all the foods that are worst for me but taste the best. The friendly chap behind the counter seemed to know his way around the various cooking apparatus as he was paying attention to so many culinary delights on the go at once. I was so impressed with the look and smell of the food a just about forgot what I came in for. I did get around to ordering a burger and chips and was once again impressed with the both portion size and the price. Needless to say I came away not only happy but with a full belly and change in my pocket. Overall, great food, decent prices and friendly staff. I recommend you pay a visit to Southmead Kebab today 👍

They are ok, there food is amazing, however sometimes they get your order wrong and they forget items, and then they make you pay extra even tho you paid for it. They are ok, but sometimes they need to fix their mistakes more.

Good kebab, good pizza, a regular stop on the way back from the pub.

Hi we used to use another kebab shop and at least twice a week , but over covid they doubled their prices so we turned to southmead kebabs, they are lovely and polite , the food is delicious and we will never turn back ! We will continue with southmead kebabs and thank you from all at 120 penpark 😊😊😊😊

First time trying this place, we ordered take away and it was delicious. It was ready on time and the service was friendly. Great portion sizes compared with other places and the chicken was delicious and juicy. Very generous with the sauces too. Will definitely order again.

S**t don't bother Order over an hour late and some of our food was not available because they dropped our order. instead of giving us a refund for our trouble just added soft drinks to our order to make up the difference. S**t don't bother there are better kebab shops
