Food cold, staff tried adding extra fees for nothing honestly I’d avoid ordering from here unless no where else is Available very sly services I looked at the menu after I placed my order they added extra on my order, guess they though u was stupid.

Large mixed kebab. Fair play it was large but they seemed to have missed the chicken. Very greasy and anemic to be honest

today i was served by Chef Dastan from southampton kebab house the food was amazing customer service was high class , fresh kebab, fresh salad, homemade chilli sauce was Wow! guys you should try, take it bite it feel beter, i'll recommended for everyone from southampton

Food was ok but sise of portions are small redicklus 8.90 kebab that is tiny no value there very disappointing at least my dog eat

Not a great doner kebab compared to others on Bedford Road and St Mary's Road. Always looks empty. I would not recommend.

The quality of the meat is good but recently ive orderd several times and my kebabs srrived with no sauces at all so it was dry (on deliveroo/uber eats it only allows you to selct one sauce) and we both like both chilli sauce and garlic sauce which is kind of standard .. also they place the meat etc ON the pitta not IN the pitta … its the little things that matter

Communication poor, what we ordered to go in wraps were wrong, wrap stuck to paper, maybe wrap in foil would be better and also keep warm as cold! large chips were small and cold, had to go and collect from the road side and late.

Great service, very polite owner! When it comes to the food, actually very surprised how good it was! I highly recommend their grilled chicken breast with garlic sauce.

Worst staff going, paid for a pizza and waited 45.mins and they wouldn’t proceed with the sale

Ordered a burger,nuggets, donner kebab,chips, food arrived minus the kebab but an extra portion of chips( obviously mistook the chips for the kebab) when we called they offered to re deliver the kebab….2 hours went by before we called them again when we were told they had spoken to delivero who told them we had gotten a refund( we did not) and wearnt going to replace. Terrible service would steal clear!

The guy was so rude and I was literally so polite to him. Most people were drunk but I was sober and being extremely nice to him and he was still rude to me. They lied about not having something on the menu and then served it to the next person. They also charged my friend extra when it said it was cheaper on the menu. All in all wouldn't wanna come here again. Don't stay open late if you don't want to be serving people at that time.

Best kebab in town. Lots of tasty nice hot food. Full recommendation. Keep the good work. Try the cups, they are awesome

The best hangover cure I strongly recommend the garlic mayo. The service is excellent and they all make sure you are safe. Food is fresh and hot and just wat you need.

The owner who took my order decided to take chips from the basket and put them in his mouth, then start touching my food. I asked him to use a new pitta bread for my kebab but he asked me to leave. I asked him why he told me I was rude and doesn’t need my custom. I think dirty hi-gene and disgusting habits are more important to be made known

Bought large chicken donar on monday night when came the whole kebab was bad and disgusting 🤮 probably it was very old 👎👎👎👎

Decent food after a night out and reasonably priced. The staff were really friendly and efficient to serve us. Good menu choice we had the chicken donner and chips. The burgers looked nice too.

Kebab itself is alright, chilli sauce not being home made is a definite no no for me though

Ordered kebab wrap. Took a while to arrive but when it arrived it was still hot. Maybe would have preferred a bigger wrap as wasn’t very filling hence why 3 stars. Taste wise it was probably the best kebab wrap I’ve had in Southampton but if they were to increase the size of it they’ll win me over for best kebab wrap anywhere.

Not a star from me kebab meat was pink chicken was pink also it was freezing cold took two hours for my delivery AVOID.

Pretty decent quality meat used in their shish kebabs.

Hard work or what!! The menu has chip pitta or salad pitta for £3.50. I asked for half-and-half and they tried to charge an extra £1. Finally they understood, made my order, and no pitta?! Literally chips and salad. Oh my days. So frustrating. Hence the 1*.

Do not go in here unless you want hair on your food. No hair nets, masks or protection especially in this pandemic. I asked for my food to be changed and the owner told me not to come back. When I left the store to see him put a face mask on. Tried to accuse me of placing my own hair on my food when my hair is pink. 😂 absolute disgrace spend your money else where.

Absolutely superb! Food piping hot. Arrived in 23 minutes from time of ordering, friendly and helpful staff. Great portion sizes and the food tasty and fresh. Recommended.

This is the worst place you could ever go, I watched someone get stabbed here and they wouldn't call the ambulance because they didnt want a bad review, my pregnant wife asked for water and he said we had to pay 1 pound for bottled water

I wish i could give 0 stars but i can't!Avoid at all costs. Chicken shish was already cooked from earlier and he just placed it on the grill to look like he was cooking it at the same time. When i complained that the chicken is not cooked from fresh they start shouting and acting like a gang. INCREDIBLY RUDE SERVERS AND PRECOOKED FOOD. They called the security staff to kick me out as well. (I haven't seen a kebab place with security before!) And when i asked for my money back they refused to give me a refund. It was the first and the last time for me. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Even if it's the last place open in Southampton i would never go again. Even if they would pay me i wouldn't eat there.

£15 for a kebab and chips. Massively overpriced for extremely poor quality food. I wasnt expecting much for a late night kebab house but this was rank

Would Not even give one star. They served me raw food. Had absolutely no remorse or any offer to sort it out. very rude staffing! All food ordered was undercooked. Establishment was very dirty and food was disgusting.

I don't know why this place has been getting bad reviews, I went in and the service was fine, staff friendly as anything, the food tasted good (no food poisoning, had good flavour) and most of all my order was correct. So no problems here what so ever in my opinion and to be honest i have been many times to the point they knew my order off by heart. No problems or issues with this place. I would go again and recommend people give it a try for themselves. Hint: least busy time is between 5pm-7pm

Worst kebab ever, I was glad it was really small for the money though, cos if it was any bigger I would be in hospital, AVOID THIS DUMP!!!!!!!!!!
