Soul Coffee in Manchester

Pasé por Soul Coffee alrededor de la 1 pm un domingo. Tuve un flat white y las tostadas francesas. Pan super esponjoso, salsa de caramelo dulce y algunos arándanos. Es un lugar pequeño con un servicio amable y rápido. Un gran lugar para los golosos.

Pequeña cafetería linda. Aparecí esta tarde para tomar un café y vi que hacían gelato vegano. Esto se hace usando una receta de helado auténtico, solo con soja en lugar de lácteos. ¡Fue absolutamente delicioso! Tan afrutado y cremoso. Altamente recomendado.

Encontrado por casualidad en un fin de semana fuera. Muy, muy buen café. Personal amable y servicial. Tenía un bagel de salmón ahumado que era muy agradable también. Un poco (5 - 10 minutos a pie) fuera del centro de la ciudad principal, pero definitivamente vale la pena caminar para escapar de las cadenas.

Disgusted that despite having had several take away meals from this takeaway - they rang an hour later to say they couldn't find my address! What a load of rubbish - I live on a main road!!!

Really disappointed usually great service but tonight they got order wrong we waited over 1hour food was poor and cold and I was over charged great Friday night not

Food was cold and bland ask for spicy but there was no heat to it

Did not taste nice the coleslaw was sour and to much water in the oxtail

Amazing food! Service was second to non! They ran out of one of our items we ordered. But we're straight on the phone to let us know and offer us alternatives. Real polite and helpful. Definitely recommend :)

Average service, forgot the Jamaican cheese bun and the Pepsi was warm

Not fresh food. Very small portions for price. We had large each. Still hungry after. They didn't look at comments box, so missed items. Not worth the money, and it's not authentic carribean food!

The food was amazing, I've been struggling to find good Caribbean take out since I moved to Bristol. Will definitely be reordering!! Only issue was when I rang up I thought I had the wrong number because the woman answered with a basic hello then sounded a bit bother by me calling then basically shoved the food at at me when being delivered. Decided to order with Just Eat instead to avoid contact and glad I did.

Ribs were over cooked and it was gravey rather than spicy sauce. Yummy rice n peas and patty.

Ordered on Sunday eve one hour and a quarter later a women with an awful tone rang up to say they haven't got half our order in stock and it still wasn't cooked like its our fault we ordered food from there establishment to say I will be going back there would be a lie

Lovely jerk chicken, definitely recommend

I mixed up the numbers in our postcode, however instead of calling me or looking up the street name (which would have taken about 1 minute), they basically totally ignored us for WELL over an hour, didn't call us after driving to the wrong address (about 2 minutes drive away - I looked it up) and then told me it was my fault after us waiting about 2 hours. apparently she totally bypassed our delivery and went to some other houses instead, which I think is ridiculous. I missed going out for some disappointingly bad jerk chicken with no steamed vegetables (even though it says on the menu that all the meals have them). No fun. Not worth the money for the food either.

Food was lovely but its always been lovely every time i have it

Called after waiting 90mins on a sunday evening. Lady on the phone was very helpful and sorry for the wait. Our had not been picked up by the chef. Chips were soggy because the food comes in those horrible polystyrene cartons, which also make all the food mash up by the time its delivered. Browed chicken was tasty but the jerk is something like I've never tasted before (more like hot sweet and sour). Won't be ordering from there again in a hurry.

Is the sort of meal you'd get from a food van, which is not necessarily a criticism it's just not what we expect. The food was alright.

Order was delivered 45mins early. The packaging was leaving. The food was reasonable but full of grissle. The rice was with kidney beans not peas.

It's ok if you've never had Caribbean food before, very bland and dry. Very disappointed will not be buying again.

Delivery time was certainly fast food was at a good standard but could of done with more sauce, and the drinks didn't come with the kids meal. But I would order from here again the chicken was cooked perfectly.

Very average, food barely warm and under seasoned. A real shame as was great to see some carribean food on just eat but unlikely to be a returning customer I'm afraid. The lady who delivered was very friendly however

Delicious. A real taste of Jamaica. Portions were good, food has a real home cooked comfort feel about it. Jerk chicken was outrageous! We'll be ordering again soon. Can't wait to make our way through the menu!

Unfortunately there was a missy ders ta img about when to deliver my preordered food, so it arrived two hours early, and I had to reheat, which probably affected the quality - although with a large portion I didn't expect to just have more rice and peas (which were nice) I expected more meat too, which I didn't get. Sorry, maybe with better time ring it would have been better.

Bit bland..dumplings hard..rice soggy..chicken just coated in few spices..coleslaw ok .

Food was delivered 20 minutes early. As for quality, it was spot on. Only niggle is that I asked for my jerk chicken very hot, and I didn't find very spicy at all, but this wasn't a problem as the food was delicious and full of flavour (the coleslaw was lush!l. Portion sizes were also decent. Will definitely order again :-)

Pattie was bad it was the same as what you can get from shop for £1 chips had black bits on them as when your oil gets dirty in chip pan chicken was dry (first time was bone dry as if made few days before) all in all I have it a second try and I won't be buying food from here again!!

I wasn't very impressed with our meal from Carribean Soul Food at all. We ordered curry goat, which was predominantly bone! We were actually left with very little meat at all, and what was left was a little dry and tasteless. The rice and peas seemed to be made with basmati rice, rather than long grain so it was very mushy. The jerk chicken was OK, we asked for 'hot' but I would say it was mildly spicy. The food arrived cold, and quite bland in comparison to other Caribbean takeaways we have ordered in the past. Overall a poor meal and I would not order from here again.

I ordered my food about 8.45pm and it did come quick but when the lady delivered she straight away was complaining at me where I lived/ couldnt find my Address and the fact she didn't have any change on her and it was my fault. Shouted at me whilst she left saying "Have some Change next time!" The food was OK, Ordered rice and peas and got just rice. I wont pay what I had again as it was just a standard size (in my opinion).

The meat was soft and flavoured well, will bu again.

Not authentic at all, very dry no gravy on the jerk chicken, bland and boring won't be eating here again not worth the money, not true carribean food.
