I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service by Hira, I recently received at this restaurant.

Very tasty chicken burgers! New for me: you can choose between chest or thigh meat. We were absolutely stuffed after one burger each and a shared portion of fries loaded with gravy and cheese.

All around good experience 😋 Chicken was good and service was with a smile 😊

Such a lovely warm welcome from Abbas and the team as we were eating out to celebrate my son’s birthday. The Bird of Prey Burger is highly recommended, really flavoursome. The strips were really tender and the coating was sublime. If you were wanting some recommendations, the Alabama Sauce is delicious and the cheese sauce is full of flavour.

This place gave me the worst sh1ts I've ever had in my entire life. AVOID especially if you have a 5 hour drive home the next day and don't want the world's dodgiest stomach to contend with. I had a beef burger and chicken strips, and in hindsight the turkey bacon on the burger was a bit raw looking. Either that or the kitchen was unclean.

Avoid at all costs! Don't know who rated this place 4.7stars+ but I've had tastier meals from KFC. Not good value for money at all and the texture of the chicken batter resembled tissue paper. Not to mention the thing that vaguely resembles gravy in appearance only. Worst fried chicken I've had in Manchester, stick to NYC or Miami and save your money.

American rating here 🫡! Cool vibes and the staff were friendly but the chicken was not good. As I took a bite of the chicken I could still see that they left the skin and covered it in thin little batter. Made me feel sick. Plus it did not have flavor at all. Needed some pepper and salt. Dipping sauce was not great either. I would not try it again, sorry

I came a couple of weeks ago with my whole family after my graduation - as a uni student the loaded fries were my favourite part of studying in Manchester, and so when my family were in town I knew I had to get them to try it. We got loads of burgers and the loaded fries and everything was amazing - the food was hot and fresh, and everyone loved it! Considering how big the portions were and how good the food was, we were also quite shocked at how cheap it was too! The owner was lovely too - he gave us some sauces to try out too and they were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here, and would recommend to absolutely everyone who is looking for the best burger and loaded fries in Manchester - good atmosphere, great food and amazing value for money :)

Everything was perfect. The mac n cheese was a next level. Gorgeous chicken burger. Delicious milkshake . I just didn’t like the smashed burger. It wasn’t juicy and a bit dry.

We were looking for a place to have something to eat and we found this place. The food is very good and quite affordable price... But above all I would highlight the treatment of the two women who were at the cashier, super attentive to everything! If I ever return to Manchester I will definitely repeat! :D

Great fried chicken and some really nice sides too. I would personally recommend the Mac and Cheese options if that’s the kind of thing you like.

Really quick service, staff were friendly enough. Plenty of seating and restaurant seemed clean. Wings, Loaded Fries and Milkshakes were phenomenal. Burgers a little disappointing, I didn't think they was bad but was expecting them to be a lot better. Overall was decent, if they can improve their burgers this has potential to be the best "chicken shop" in Manchester.

Good food, had the chicken burger and milkshake at a good price. Burger was cooked well although a little too crispy personally. Nice service from the waitress was very friendly. It was surprisingly quiet around lunchtime on a Friday, but that meant quick service.

Genuinely awful. Waited 25 minutes for a burger and chips. It's probably alright but not worth waiting for. Staff members just mooching about in the back in no hurry at all. Lots of people waiting for food. Prioritising collection orders over walk ins.

A must visit when in Manchester! One of my favourite chicken restaurants - love the menu, quality of food and atmosphere. The staff are always so friendly and we chatted with one of the owners who wanted to know if we enjoyed the food and showed a lot of pride in the business. You can tell a lot of love goes into every item on the menu, including their dips! Thoroughly enjoy every visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my second time visiting birds of prey and I can tell you they dont disappoint! The food is cooked fresh to your order and tastes so good. The milkshakes are the best I’ve ever had. The honey teaser is my favourite. The burgers are insane, this time round I went for the patty smash burger which was just perfect. The amount of pickles they put on the burger is so good as I loveee pickles! I also tried some of their Korean chicken burger, filled with crispy chicken and what it seemed like a teriyaki sauce. Again with lots of pickles - it was sooo good. I had some of their loaded fries which are also really nice, however I do feel there is a bit too much cheese sauce on them. The halloumi fries are gorgeous. I also tried some chicken wings (buffalo hot) but these were a little too hot for me. However the chicken is cooked so well! The restaurant itself is clean. Staff are friendly. I would recommend paying them a visit for sure :)

First visit today after following them on instagram. It was quiet when we arrived, and only one person serving. We ordered the deal for 4 people, so 4 burgers & fries, 10 chicken wings and upgraded to shakes for all. Overall good value for the meal deal but we didn't eat it all. Milkshakes were really good, best thing about the meal. Couldn't eat it all so boxed it up and brought it hoke for tea

My daughter, husband, and I visited this evening. Before our theatre plans, we ordered, and we waited and waited, and then I sent my husband over as people who arrived after us were being served food. As he went up we realised - they had already figured there had been a mistake and were talking and trying to resolve. Very apologetic - human so mistakes happens. Our ticket got missed. Totally fine we explained we had plans and were now in a little rush, and she said 5 mins and we had our food in 5 mins. She gave us freebies, and they came to check on us a few times. Mistakes happen, but how you deal with it after is what matters, and they were spot on - they acknowledged, apologised and dealt with jt. The food was lovely, and they were very attentive even before the mistake was brought to their attention. So great staff, service and food. This was our second visit and we'll come again.

Amazing fried chicken wings and burgers. There is a bit of a wait but that's only because everything is made fresh to order. Hera the server was very knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service. Believe the hype! I definitely recommend this place and hope to return very soon!

Would not recommend if vegan or vegetarian. Went with some meat eating friends who said their food was great but mine and my partner’s was not. We ordered the clone burger, and considering it was called a “clone” and we were in a chicken burger shop we obviously expected a chicken burger. However, we got a “beef”-like burger which was considerably smaller than everyone else’s but the same price and it was very bland. I appreciate them having a vegan option but it felt like very little effort when into coming up with it as it was just mayo and pickles compared to all the exciting toppings for the meat burgers. The fries were ok hence the 2 stars but overall a disappointing experience.

Hira is an amazing person she always goes out of the way to adjust my demands. But I think overall the pricing is a bit on the higher side for a fast food joint.

Outstanding fried chicken. It is all cooked fresh even at 12:30 in the morning when we visited. Crispy, hot, fresh and all sauces home made. We only had wings and chicken burgers.

Came by chance, both guys working very friendly and menu looked great. Had a couple of burgers (Bird of Prey and Buffalo), halloumi and strips... we're really fresh and hot. Milkshake was on point. Bit too much sauce on the burgers but not everyone's bad thing. Place had just opened so was quiet, served quick and tunes in background were good. Maybe a touch overpriced. Overall good

I went there with alot of expectations given the 4.8 rating. The only thing that tasted nice was the coke. Order took 22min. Chicken strips were flavorless, burger was not tasty and was soggy from too much sauce, overall tasted below average. Even fries were mediocre.

We were visiting Manchester for the weekend from Bristol and were lucky enough to stumble across the Bird of Pray restaurant. The service was excellent. We had the korean wings, chips and chicken strips. I just wish we had time to go back and try more. Please open a shop in Bristol!!

Lovely staff with a brilliant range of delicious food

Before I start, I want to say that the restaurant is genuinely very cool, the chips I genuinely enjoyed even without any sauce and the staff were friendly and attentive. However the tribute burger (thigh cut - as I asked what would the staff recommend when I ordered) was not particularly flavourful. I was not expecting it to be particularly spicy but it tasted pretty bland and standard, like any cheap chicken burger place but more a 'doll-ed up' look. Unfortunately it isn't cheap and therefore it led me to be disappointed.

The house gravy is the most amazing gravy ever I thought KFC gravy was good but not a match for this amazing food and staff so friendly and attentive worth a visit just for the gravy

We recently visited the place and had and exceptional experience, and everything from the food to the service was top-notch. We had the Bibimbop burger, the patty melt tribute and the crispy wings with 2 sides of choice which were nice and enjoyable for shakes we had choc-a-block, accept all cookies and bisc on/bisc off which were delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the overall experience was nice and we highly recommend the place. CajDining

I had the PFK burger and it was amazing one of the best burgers I’ve had. My partner had the spicy smash burger and really enjoyed it. The man serving us gave us some gravy to try and it was amazing and a must have when we return. The wings weren’t the best we’ve had but the sauces we’ve very nice!!

We ordered crispy chicken and bufflo hot wings. There was 50% every Wednesday for the month. It was worth every penny. I especially love the generous portion of the Cheese Sauce. The hot wings has a nice balance too. 10/10 will come again

Takes way too long after you order a burger. It took over an hour from order to the burger came. Chill vibe and good music, but thats the only good thing when you wait over an hour for a burger
