The food is that amazing here that this is the third time have eaten there this week! It’s scrumptious and mouth watering !! The chicken burgers are the best chicken burgers we have ever had! And the wings are also mind blowing. If you’re looking for a great chicken spot to eat at then I strongly recommend BIRDS OF PREY!!!!!

Customer service are so bad, especially the women there that took order. No please or thank you at all, receipt and change was throw on table and not given to the customer at hand. At least say a thank you or a smile on the face if you’re going to work in hospitality, this really upsets customers. They give a very unwelcoming vibe! The door is super heavy and hard to open as well :(

Ordered wings from here and every single one was…wet? It was like they’d been fried for 10 total seconds. Yet, miraculously the meat itself was cooked. Out of 15 wings, 3 were crispy. Would not recommend

Great service, delicious food, £14 for a meal. I recommend it. They have a wide range of items available, wraps, tenders, fried chicken, burgers, sides... For spicy lovers, they have a spicy sauce they add to some of their burgers which hits the right spot. Follow me for more honest reviews, honesty is the best policy.

We came in late on a Saturday looking for a good meal after having been out in Manchester all day. The staff were very friendly and talked us through their menu and best sellers. We opted for a few different things to share as we hadn’t been to BOP before. The food came out promptly, and everything was super hot and fresh and tasted great. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and would return! The only downside was that despite it being very quiet, the dining area was quite dirty, and the toilets needed cleaning urgently too.

I always make sure I visit BoP when I visit Manchester. Food is fresh unique and tasty as hell. Service is great and the girls there are friendly and welcoming. Love it here - Recommended it to a team of footballers from America here yesterday and they all loved it. See you in a couple of weeks again Bird of Prey..

A great meal at a very affordable price! The chicken strips and fries were tasty, but the cheese sauce really made them even better. My friends ordered burgers and wings, and they enjoyed them as well—great food all around!

Overcasted and very poor value at £6.95 for 6 halloumi fries. That’s £1.15 per fry. The chicken burger appeared good value at ~£10, but it arrived cold and a poor cut of chicken, lots of gristle and fat. No atmosphere at all. Drinks were flat. However an interesting menu with some good looking stuff on there so I can’t lie, I am tempted to try again. The lady who took my order was very helpful too.

Popped in for a late lunch on a Sunday, so was very quiet. Chicken burger was solid, fried chicken still moist & tender; ditto for the chicken tenders. Good fries but they come ready-salted and to my taste over-salted. Will be back to try some of the more varied options.

Bird of prey quickly becomes my favourite spot of having burgers and fried chickens after my first trial. The chicken wings are so crispy and extremely juicy. Insanity sauce is fresh and unbelievable tasty. If you are the hot lover, must try.

Dined in recently. Menu doesn't make clear what can be upgraded to a meal or not. Asked for the strips to be upgraded to a meal as it showed on the giant menu, server said they couldn't be upgraded to a meal and in confusion asked why not as it was there clear as day, server just laughed at you... weird. Prices for some items were actually cheaper than the board. Just a confusing experience when trying to order. Between us had 2 burgers and some strips. Chicken was really dry. Seems they over season on the burgers with Kimchi on the Korean burger too sour, more than it should be and BBQ sauce concentrated too much. PFK burger was a sloppy mess with far too much black garlic hollandaise. Fries ironically could have had more seasoning. Best thing about the meal was the milkshakes. Overall a disappointing experience with the service, menu and food. A shame as it's just around the corner from Oxford Road station.

The food here was really good especially the biscoff milkshake and customer service wise, Hira was absolutely amazing and so kind.

We LOVE the chicken here - especially when they run 50% off offers! Bargain but good value for a sharing platter available anytime.

I arrived 10 mins before closing and the staff were still really lovely, patient and friendly, and happy to take my order. The food was cooked to order in 15 mins and tasted fantastic! I had Korean wings and my friend had a chicken burger and we shared fries. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, reasonable prices and really generous portions. Also packed in (non-leaking) paper packaging - not plastic. Totally recommend this little gem of a place!

My husband and I had chicken breast strips, turkey bacon burger , chicken breast, fries, dips and wings all great nice and hot and tasty. The dips tasted home-made. The staff could not be more helpful nice relaxed atmosphere.

The team at BoP did a great job, the food was quality and great portion sizes are good. The service can be a bit slow but that’s also because everything is made fresh so it’s something I’m happy to wait for. Mariah was front of house and she was brilliant at engaging with customers and ensuring the shop was clean and ready for customers.

We were going to Yes to watch a gig but they weren’t serving pizza at the time, so we nipped over the road to try this place. A great find, funky, independent place. Great service and the burgers were immense. Nice, relaxed atmosphere.

Worth a visit but the chicken burger was disappointing. Has the birds of prey burger which was good but nothing special. The smash burger was great, but can't go wrong here. The chicken tenders and the blue cheese were the highlight.

Great location near Oxford Street with plenty of seating in a quiet setting. The Smashburger was decent, the fries a bit dry, and the lemonades average. However, the Loaded Fries with Chicken were excellent and the highlight of the meal. Overall, a solid choice—4/5 stars.

Awful service and even worse food. ‘Best fried chicken’ it was wet and dry at the same time. Absolutely terrible avoid this place at all costs. Also the food is cooked on the sun? But not the burgers?? They’re just cold. Also a quid for sauce is ludicrous.

We visited Bird of Pray again in Manchester prior to Christmas. Friendly staff and really clean as normal. Great location and is easily accessible. The menu has a good selection of burgers and tender options. The chips are tasty with being crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The bbq sauce is really good from there when getting it as a dip for the chicken tenders. We got a tender meal and two different burgers the tribute and the bird of prey burger . Wow they tasted amazing. The special sauce on the bird of prey burger really added that extra wow to the burger. Chicken was cooked perfectly being crispy and juicy. Good amount of seasoning. We really like this chicken shop and will go again.

The Burger is good, but not as great as one would think, there is way to little salt on the fries and the service wasn't great either. I was there with 2 friends, and I definitely have eaten better chicken burgers so far..

The meal was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. The ambiance was also pleasant.

Skip this. I could not eat that chicken -- it was nauseatingly gamey and stinky. No amount of seasoning and frying can cover up the low quality base product. Secondly, very poor ventillation: your clothes WILL smell like a frying pit (unless you order 'to go'). Finally, rather slow for a fast food joint.

I passed the restaurant by chance one day and decided to give it a go, now I make sure to pop in every time I visit Manchester. The Buffalo Soldier is the best burger I have ever had, honestly unreal! Chips are always hot and crispy, and mac n cheese is also great!!
