Awesome service.. catered for a rugby Christmas party with ease 40 pizzas no problem arrived hot and went down a treat with the players!

I last had a nice takeaway from here in March, since then they have cancelled every order put through. I figured out after a while they were closed but still taking orders on just-eat and that they would re-open on 1 June. Have ordered again and that too has been cancelled. They are still accepting orders on just-eat and also accepting orders via thier own website. Not only that, but by the time they cancel your order you've already been waiting at least half an hour Talk about a poor service. I used to recommend this place but unfortuantely I won't use them again.

We live quite close to sorento and use quite often. Definitely reasonable quality and never have to wait too long As someone else remarked too much iceberg lettuce when having salad. Pizza is lovely , probably some of the best I have eaten Kebabs are good but it’s a DIY job as you have to slice the pitta and put the ingredients inside, not a big problem unless you are out and about and don’t have a knife handy.

Visited as friend recommended but these were the worst kebabs we've had in a while. We actually threw them away in the end. Weren't assembled, chicken kebab was sliced (reheated??) cooked chicken, quite bland, a pile of wilting iceberg lettuce a slice of tomato a few onions and an uncut pitta. Lamb in shish kebab was overcooked and tough, similar ensemble. Checked back in with friend and he said he had pizza, so perhaps it's just the kebabs that aren't up to much. Disappointed as were really looking forward to a weekend lockdown treat!

Excellent pizzas enjoyed by all the family. Their chips are good too. Foods always consistently good

First time we have eaten from Sorento. We placed the order over the phone for delivery. The food arrived quicker than the 45 minute wait time and was piping hot. We had vegetarian pasta and a mixed kebab and both were delicious. One of the best takeaways we've had for a long time. The only niggle was that there was slightly too much iceberg lettuce in the mixed salad compared to the other ingredients but it was super fresh! Will definitely use again and happy to recommend.

Sorento pizza is always fresh, hot and tasty much better than other pizza places. We have never had a bad pizza from sorento and use it a lot

Food took an hour and a half, driver (the owner) knocked back on 10 minutes later to say it was in his car, didn't apologise just laughed whilst stepping into my house, when I sat down to eat it the pepperoni pizza was burned on the top completely (for the owner to then say it was suppose to be burned) the chips were soggy, stuck together, just a mess basically. I genuinely felt sick, man at the counter ageeed to pay back my money, for the owner to then ring me, in his aggressive tone insisting I'm not getting my money back. To then call me a liar about everything I'd said, he took the food in the end. I had to tell him to stay outside as he tried to enter the property again. DO NOT order from this place, it is disgusting the staff are rude, the owner is clearly in denial about how bad his food is as he told me to shut up multiple times and also told me to never order from there again. Simply just wanted my money back. Save your hard earned money and don't spend it at this vile place. I'm also sat in bed with food poisoning.

Awful food and service, food arrived wrong order then 5 minutes later brought the correct order but was cold and the chips were not cooked properly and were soggy and also the pizza was soggy and doughy and definitely not cooked properly took over an hour to arrive and wasn’t done properly at all. Service was absolutely horrendous especially the driver who stepped foot into my house without permission. Also very loyal customers and was told to never order from them again.

It’s your average type of takeaway. Not the nicest takeout I’ve had but certainly not the worst. They do a range of food and satisfy everyone’s food requests and requirements. This takeout is very near where I live. I would maybe recommend this to a friend

I have a takeaway once or twice a month and it is always very tasty and very reasonably priced. You can phone or call in or do it on line now. They also have a delivery service.

We have just had a pizza and chicken kebab from Sorento and I have to say it was very delicious. My son enjoyed it very much and he is quite a difficult customer!

Girl at the counter put my order trough the till wrong - chicken burger rather than beef burger - when I questioned the price difference I was rudely told 'that's just the price' despite me pointing out what I wanted on the menu, next to the correct price. When I was handed the wrong meal my order was quickly corrected and my money refunded. Usually very good service but let down on this occasion by one member of staff who seemed more interested in texting.

Good little takeaway , food is lovely and always consistently good! The chicken kebabs are delicious a must try. And the Mexican burgers also good. Lovely staff in here , very helpful & food cooked in front of you , highly recommended!

Tried a number of Pizzas in the area. In my view this is the best, Including excellent fries & salads

También pedimos kebabs de pollo, piezas de suculento pollo a la parrilla con vegetales y servido con una cálida pitta, una bonita opción sana!

I am looking for a good kebab shop in the Sale area and thought I would give Sorento a try. It took a long time to find two excellent ones in Rochdale, where I used to live, and I really need a good one near my present home.I had the mixed kebab and the meat, chicken and shish, was good quality as were the two sauces. I was surprised in that all of the components came separately but took a bit of time to put together the' jigsaw'The resulting kebab was very good but there just wasn't enough of it for the price, hence the average score. I really had to raid the fridge afterwards

Ordered a pizza for delivery. It took an hour and a half because the driver "got lost" even though the shop is literally two streets away. When it arrived I opened the box and the pizza was splattered to one side as if it had been dropped. I rang them back to be confronted by an aggressive manager basically telling me that I must have dropped it myself and that I must be having some kind of joke. I asked for a replacement but said I didn't want to wait another hour and a half, to which he responded by telling me to "wait there 2 minutes" and slammed the phone down. Two minutes later I heard a car screeching outside and saw the "manager" get out and walk up my drive. I opened the door to him swearing and shouting at me. He was pretty much trying to step into my front door and saying I was "out of order" and "winding him up" (to put it politely). I thought he was about to start fighting with me he was being so aggressive! He refused to give my money back because he thought I had eaten some of the pizza already (even though it was basically inedible) however I did get a refund eventually. I was left feeling speechless at what had just happened, and incidentally still very hungry!!! Since then i've told everyone I know to stop going there and I hope they go out of business because the whole episode was appalling!!! The food isn't even that great. Please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The title says it all. Don't try the veggie burgers - watery fried mush, I couldn't eat more than one terrible mouthful.Pizzas and garlic bread average, fries taste a bit funny, must be the oil they're cooked in. I usually love fries from these places. I'm not keen on them although my son's teenage friends think they're nicer than from other fastfood takeaways. They also like the burgers from here (being veggie I haven't tried them myself)Just average.

best pizza around the service is good . but check your order they some times give you some things you never ordered like some one else's

We are regular customers here. Great service and the food always the same lovely standard. Quality take away that is always ready for collection when they say it is going to be.
